BCM CDT login error

Question

I m getting following error while accessing CDT login page:

It seems login page is not present in the required directory. i m using BCM installation package version 6.0.9.0

Hi Experts,
I am also facing the issue with cdt browser all I got is: Waiting for permission to log in... then it gives the error AUTHLOADER_CSCONNECTION_FAILED.
It seem that some problem is with certificate but I am following the example guide and it doen't giving me any error.

I again tried to uninstall and then install the certificate service with the name SAPBCMCA but unfortunately it is not working as well. In fact getting same error in bcmcs* log at C:\Program Files\SAP\BCM\VU\SPARTA_TERMINAL_1\logs location. I have also changed the certificate name in VU as well at all locations. I also noticed some error in the system log as well -

You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event:
WebClient (180) reading registry from: SOFTWARE\Wicom\SPARTA_INTERNAL_1\webclient.
All the VU in IA are green and only Terminal VU unit is giving the error log.
I am using the below inf file to cretae the certificate and registering the same-

My domain is spartaconsulting.com and my server name is bcm and i tried to register the CA with name bcm as well but the same error. I haven't understand what else I can do to resolve this issue and what mistake I am doing.
