BCS - No inversions while inversion task has been run

Hi all,
I have a question regarding the inversion task in BCS.
We have a version that has as consolidation frequency "monthly" however this one has been used for quarterly reporting only up today.
In June the inversion task has been correctly run, but no inverted documents from March appeared in the list of journal entries of June. I did a test and think that the inversion task should have been run before in April and May since we have a monthly consolidation frequency for this version and even if we don't report anything in April and May.
Is this correct or am i totally out of subject?

You are correct that the inversion task must be executed for each period of the cons frequency.

After Firefox has been running a while, every link opens a new window

After Firefox has been running for a while, every link starts opening in a new window. Until today, if I closed Firefox and restarted it, it would stop happening ... until it started happening again. Then today, I closed it down and restarted it, and it was STILL happening. So either I find a solution, or I stop using Firefox on my Mac.
This is a vanilla installation - both for the Mac and Firefox. I don't use the Mac as my main computer. The Mac is running OS X 10.5 8. The problem has existed through many upgrades of Firefox. I always upgrade as requested. This last time, however may have been the killer. A new upgrade was installed right before the problem became unfixable by shutting down and restarting. I'm running Firefox 15.0. I just rebooted, however, and now (for now), it's working properly.
I have no add-ons installed in Firefox.
My only plug-ins are iPhotoPhotocast, QuickTime, SharePoint, and Shockwave Flash.
I've seen multiple reports of this problem on this Web site, but no solutions. Just a generic recommendation to disable add-ons to see which one is conflicting. But I'm running no add-ons. I think there's a bug in Firefox.

If it were an extension or theme or a Mac driver, wouldn't it cause the problem consistently? This only happens after Firefox has been running for a while. I'm using Firefox to type this reply right now, and the problem is not happening.
And it's not because I suddenly start using some offending software. As I said, I don't use the Mac as my main computer. Usually I'll have been using my PC, I'll go back to the Mac to check my email on Firefox, and suddenly the link problem is happening. I only use the Mac to check email on the server before I download it with Outlook (on the PC) so I can delete spam on the server first.

How to find the date on which notification task has been released?

I am an ABAPer, I have a functional doubt. I have got a functional Spec's for which I have to create a report.
Here, I need to retrieve the field for "Date when the notification RECV task has been released".
I have checked and analysed that the data has to be pulled from 'QMEL' and 'AFIH' tables. I have the notification number with me, I need to pull the "Date when the notification RECV task has been released", there are a lot of date fields in QMEL and AFIH tables, I am able to identify the creation date for particular notification. I need to get the release date?
Could someone please help me, what is the field for release date for the notification in these tables (OR) please let me know the transaction be which we can identify the release date for notification task, I'll get the field name from there.
Please help, I dont have any functional consultants around me.

Ringtones (and audiobooks) can't currently be re-downloaded from the store. If they are no longer on your device then have you not got them on your computer and/or on a backup ?

5W332 No task has been created-HELP

We have a problem in workflow area. When trying to create an standard
task TS (transaction pftc) I get transport request and ewerything seems
ok and the message "standard task saved".
However when exiting "pftc" I get message "5W332 No task has been
created".
Later on I can not invoke the task(I get the number in transport
request objects)
For 5W332 I do not find suitable note.
Maybe the problem is that systam was upgraded from 3.0 to 4.7 ext2.0.
How to solve this

Hi,
Once you create the task can you see the same in the Transport Organizer (SE01)? Just go into SE01 and choose to display and browse through and find whether the task is there?
Also within workflow when you are specifying the task to be as a workflow step try using the "TS" prefix to the number.

Hi,
If you are using the My Tasks to drive the task updates then you can use the 'Applied Requests and Errors' available under 'Go To' in the Task Updates area. Here the PM can find when requests have been approved and how many updates he/she received for a
particular task (by clicking the task name) etc.

After rebooting my Windows Vista 64 bit system, could not access iTunes; after uninstalling I tried reinstalling, but it has been running for more than 24 hrs. Should I cancel installation?

I had been updating my Windows Vista 64 bit system and as a result of a problem, had to reboot my system. Afterwards, I was no longer able to access iTunes. I got a message stating that there was a problem with some of the files associated with the application. A phone rep at Apple's Customer Service provided me with emails linking instructions on completely uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes. I did the uninstall, then checked for lingering iTunes files and couldn't completely remove some, but tried intalling the latest version of iTunes. It has been running for roughly 24 hours. The status bar is green all the way across, and when I try to cancel, I get the following message: "Are you sure you want to cancel iTunes installation?" I keep hitting "no," but am staring to wonder if there is a problem with the install. Should it take this long if I have roughly 134 gigs of music? I can still see the music in my computer's C drive, so I am worried that there is an error, perhpas because I didn't clear out all the lingering C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\ and all the lingering C:\Program Files\iTunes\. Any thoughts?

It is not just the HP. I have 3 HP computes and 2 Dell computers. 2 of the HP and 1 Dell suffer the iTunes internet block. Took me a while to figure it out also. But, the one thing that is different on the Dell, is that I can leave iTunes installed and not open it and everything works. As soon as I open it, internet access goes down. BUT secure sites (https:) works fine.

The startup disk may need repairing ...
Startup your Mac while holding down the Command + R keys.
From there you should be able to access the built in utilities to repair the disk and restore OS X using OS X Recovery

Backing up my Iphone 4S - it has been running the back up in itunes for over 14 hours. Is this NORMAL??

I am backing up my Iphone 4S so, I can transfer all my data, numbers, apps, etc to my new Iphone 5. Although I have synced my 4S with itunes before, and I updated the iOS last week, I have never ran a back-up on it. I have had this phone for over a year, it has about 11 GB of storage used. UGH....It has been running this back up for over 14 HOURS!
Is it normal for it to take this long? If it is, how much longer is the back up going to take?

IIf you previously had items backing up to the iCloud, changing to the new phone will take a while depending on how much data and apps your restoring to the new phone. If your like me with 1,000's of pics and videos, it's gonna take a while. Make sure your phone I plugged in, your on wifi and let it do its things. If you see all your apps updating, then it's doing something. If this is not your issue, then it could be the phone froze up. I have the 6 plus and recently switched from the 5, and it took a long time to restore from the cloud. Restoring from iTunes is quicker I guess, but I didn't have that option at the time and was dying to use the new phone I eaitrd 2 weeks for. Anyways, good luck and I hope I answered something for you.

Hi Murthy,
It sounds as though you have a schedule which is long running or the jobserverchild.exe process has become orphaned.
If you check with the Instance Manager you chould be able to see if any schedules are taking much longer than usual. The Task Manager on the XI3.1 server will also show you if any jobserverchild.exe processes are hung i.e. not consuming any CPU\memory - once located you can kill the process.
I would also recommend that you apply the -type OUTPROC switch on the Job Servers to ensure that in future the jobserverchild.exe processes are killed upon completion of the schedule task.

How many times a program has been run?

Is there a transaction or table or something that tracks how many times a program has been run? The number of times the program has been run plus using the programs' attributes for last changed would help me a lot. We need this for an archiving study to determine of the client has set up the configuration correctly since they went live and have been executing the correct programs. Thanks and mucho rewards if someone has an answer. FYI - I have done a forum search and could find nothing on this topic. I have looked at the tables TADIR and no help, as well as transaction STAT.

I know ST03N transaction can be used extensively to determine how the programs were executed or even to know who all are using a particular transaction...
I tried to find if we can find the number of executions of a program through this transaction, I could not find myself...
try if you can find it through this tcode.

A script in file EditingUtils.js has been running for a long time

Hello Everyone.   I just downloaded Dreamweaver CS 5.5 Trial version (Win 7), and I have been working on my home page. I've created a wonderful image map with spry widget tooltips (about 60 tooltips), and I'm really happy with the results....until this error started to pop-up. I have re-started the computer, deleted winfilecache****, and updated Dreamweaver through the help window.   I have googled this error, and found it existed in CS3 and CS4, and even in CS5, but no information as to why it's happening in CS 5.5.    I really want to buy this software, but am unsure as to why I would spend this amount of money on something that's going to give me a headache. I am a layman, and work on my site recreationally. I'm new to CSS and Spry so if i missed the obvious I apologize for that.   I inserted the spry widgets in the CODE screen by highlighting my hotspot CODE and clicking INSERT>SPRY>SPRYTOOLTIP. Each tooltip is checked to "follow on mouse" and "hide on mouse out" and horizontally moved -400.
So now every time I open this page in Dreamweaver this error "A script in file EditingUtils.js has been running for a long time. Do you wish to continue?" pops up, and whenever i try to edit the spry tooltip properties. Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere. thanks for your help and time. Hello cor-el, thanks for your reply. I changed my settings for downloads to desktop and it has appeared on there. When I double click I am asked which program I want to open file. I click firefox and another box "opening install" says I have chosen to open the file which is an application and do I want to save it. This is the only real option so I press save file. I get a box saying this is an executable file which may contain viruses - do you want to run. I press ok and the final box showing C drive file name and desktop appears stating application not found.
This happens the same whenever I try to install.
To my untrained eye the application is not being recognised as an application and I cannot work out how to get it to do that.
My plugin is still showing as out of date.
Is there anything you could suggest. Thanks for your time.
