BDC-Not getting inserted when run in 'Display errors- (E)' mode

Hi,
I am doing a BDC for FS00 transaction through Call transaction method. The data is getting inserted into the table when i run the BDC program screen by screen through 'Display all screens - (A)' mode and is not getting inserted into the table when i run the BDC program through 'Display errors- (E)' mode.
What could be the reason for it?

If you have defined a non-existing screen or field, and error will rise and the transaction will be stoped....
When your working on 'A' mode, you need to perform an extra "Enter" button press to get rid of that problem....So you better check your Batch catalog and add some "Enter's" when need it -;)

What I have been able to figure out is that it returns complete data for the Default Website and then throws the error. Tried the same command on another server running 2 websites (both in started state) and same results :(
Question 2: When the same command "Get-Website" is run locally on the server then only 5 columns show by default; Name, ID, State, Physical Path & Bindings. Why then the command when run remotely returns slightly
more data?
PS: I have Win7 x64 on my desktop. Tried the commands from x86 as well as x64 shells and same results.

When I use Enter-PSSession, it works in the same manner as if the command is run locally. Hence the same output as local.
I am not sure of the exact way to use [Reflection.Assembly]::LoadFile('C:\Windows\System32\inetsrv\Microsoft.Web.Administration.dll')
I tried this and get an error:

Shutdown hook not getting called when running tomcat as a service

I have a shutdown hook as part of a lifecycle <Listener> tomcat6 class, which gets created and registered in the class's constructor (class is referenced in the server.xml). The hook gets called during shutdown when tomcat has been started from a shell, but not when tomcat has been installed as a service. The -Xrs flag doesn't make a difference either way. I am running java 6u12 server VM (haven't tried client) and prior versions. Does anyone have any ideas? This has been tested by starting/stopping from the Control Panel, and also with 'tomcat6 //TS/ServiceName' (i.e. in test mode)
One possibility is that tomcat internally calls Runtime.halt(), but the shutdown process appears to be normal and the same with either scenario. The other possibility is that the JVM has an issue. The tomcat user groups don't have anything to offer.

Yes I will try gdb (have cygwin) and see where this takes us - not sure if the JVM or tomcat6.exe have the symbols to get a meaningful stack trace. Educate me some more. The above description certainly seems like you are suggesting that both of the following are true.
1. It is not a bug in the VM.
2. The problem, for your implementation, is in how the wrapper terminates the windows service.
Perhaps what is actually happening it that addShutdownHook() is never being called at all? Thus of course any processing of the thread associated with that would never, ever run.
And that happens because you are banging on the stop service so fast that it doesn't actually have time to spin up?

Addon installer does not get installed when running BIDE setup

i've download BIDE version 1.3.
After running setup the installer projects for VS2005 does not appear in the VS2005. any ideas what could be causing the problem?

Print program is not getting triggered when saving the application

Hi all,
My requirement is when i save the invoice using VF01 the print program should get triggered.
The print program is not getting triggered when saving the application even when i have configured the outtype and have attached the print program.
The setting "send immediately (when saving application)" is also checked.
I need to configure it for VF01 transaction.
The error message displayed was " please maintain output device in master data".

I was not getting enough time to reply, so replying late.
Actaully the problem was with r/3 BAPI Code itself.
There was condition in the begining of the code to check the data in the workare of R/3, so this condition was failing here.
But when we try to invoke that bapi from r/3 workbench it works fine because the data first comes to R/3 workarea then to R/3 Tables.
But when we insert data from Webdynpro framework , the data directly goes to R/3 Tables rather than the R/3 Workarea. So in Bapi the first condition was failing and no data was getting inserted.
So this was the problem, and we solved it.

How to get informed when JPanel is displayed?

If have a separate swing component (JPanel) that is used by multiplt applications. I try to find a way for my panel to get informed when the panel is finally displayed on the screen. I tried overwriting some methods like setVisible() or paintAll(), but they are not called. Perhaps another overwritable method of JPanel that gets called when it is displayed?

we are deploying the SP1 via SCCM 2012 , and the success rate is around 50 %, its a Light touch installation where user will initiate the installation via Software Center ( Web based )
i was able to gather few errors , and this are the errors which failed during SP1 Installation 0x800f0828,
some errors which sccm reports display are

1602 - User Cancelled installation
113 - No more internal file identifiers available
10070 - File handle reference is no longer available
10050 - A socket operation encountered a dead network
11170 - The task sequence manager could not successfully complete execution of the task sequence
i could not find the reason for some of the errors, also i am looking for a fix/woraround if any
Also i have noticed that in few computers the task seq failed at a place where after the sp1 installation a reboot happens and then PGP BYPASS utility is uninstalled, it did not start the PGP bypass uninstall after reboot
is there a way to cut short the Task seq and keep it simple ?
right now its like this
1. checking for prerequisite : checks for OS Name and OS version
2. installs PGP Bootgaurd Bypass
3. System Restart
4. Installing Windows 7 Service Pack 1
5. Final Restart
6. uninstall PGP Bootgaurd Bypass

This is enhancement project and some one develops long back.
Regarding point (b) You should be using the java.net.URLEncoder to encode URL parameters, not a base64 encoder.

Getting error message when trying to display error messages on a ProfilePage

Hi All,
I'm getting following error message when trying to display error on a Profile page.
On page i'm seeing this:
     org.apache.jasper.JasperException: java.lang.IllegalStateException: getOutputStream() has already been called for this response
          org.apache.jasper.servlet.JspServletWrapper.handleJspException(JspServletWrapper.java:515)
          org.apache.jasper.servlet.JspServletWrapper.service(JspServletWrapper.java:405)
In condole, i'm seeing this:
     18:23:00,206 ERROR [[jsp]] Servlet.service() for servlet jsp threw exception
          java.lang.IllegalStateException: getOutputStream() has already been called for this response
             at org.apache.catalina.connector.Response.getWriter(Response.java:621)
             at org.apache.catalina.connector.ResponseFacade.getWriter(ResponseFacade.java:198)
Please let me know what could be the reason.

Place that first folder of photos that you synced to the iPad within the main folder of photos that you sync from and select them to sync again. You can place any number of subfolders within the main folder that you sync from and select those folders to sync. Just "tick"(select) the folders in the photos tab in iTunes.

0PS_C02 update rules are not getting activated when i install 4rm BI conten

Hi All,
In BI Dev. sys for PS module- Project System - Dates 0PS_C02 cube- update rules are not getting activated when i install from the business content and its giving the error " IC=0PS_C02 IS=0PS_DAT_PRJ error when checking the update rules Message no. RSAU461" .
I deleted the inactive update rules(6 nos) and installed again from BI Content, then the same issue raising.
Can anyone help me out as i stuck up with this to move to go-live.

here are some of the reasons for getting error in update rules activation.
1. Check the formula or routines that are used in Update rules and check is there any syntax errors.
2. check whether the mappings are correct or not.
3. check the info objects which ur used for mapping are in active or not..
(or) if the info object may be deleted which ur using for mappings.

Upgraded to iOS 7, now I do not get alerts when I have voicemails...what can I do?

My wife and I upgraded to iOS seven approximately two weeks ago. But now we do not get alerts when we have voicemails waiting. Also we do not have visual voicemail.... My daughter upgraded to iOS 7 around the same time. And has no problems with either settings. We both upgraded to 7.0.2 approximately one week ago. Did that cause everything to go awry? What should do?
