Bdoc Error

Hi All,
  We are using CRM 4.0. Since last few days, Bdoc of type BUS_TRANS_MSG has started failing.It is in the state Technical Error(incomplete).
In the error log, it is giving below error
"Document Not Found" (CRM_ORDER000)
"Service that caused the error: CRM_UPLOAD_BW_SRV" (SMO8047)
What is the issue behind this? I am not able to investigate. Please HELP.

  Thanks for your suggestions.
Yes the documents are distributed to R/3. This functionality is there since day one .  But ealier, if the document is locked then we used to check the Bdoc and it used to be in "Intermediate" state. Once the Bdoc is processed then then document was editable.
But now the Bodc is going in error state and not able to reprocess. I have already tried to unlock the document using report  CRM_CHECK_DISTRIBUTION_STATUS. The document get unlocked. Then again if I make any changes to the document and save it, it again generated the new Bdoc and it goes in error state making the document locked again.
Where are we suppose to set the Distribution Flag at header level? I don't know. Can you please tell me.
I want to know that for my knowledge.
Also I think that the my client needs the document to be distributed in R/3 hence they might have activated the distribution.

  • Initial Load of IS-U business partners to CRM - bdoc error

    Hi Gurus,
    i try to do an initial download from R/3 IS-U to CRM. Several objects from customizing have already been downloaded successfully. When downloading the business partners i get a bdoc error message for every single BP saying that
    'business partner role MKK is not available' Number R1206
    I figured out that the business partners in IS-U do have that role 'Contract partner' (which is technical 'MKK') and that data is maintained there. I also checked CRM and figured out that a business partner role 'contract partner' is not available there.
    Should i create it manually?? It is nowhere mentioned that a CRM role 'contract partner' should be created manually. Shouldn't the middleware do that? I found a document on service marketplace called 'IS-U specifics on the setup and load guide for the business partners' where i can read:
    'Sold-to-parties in CRM are replicated as contract partners in the OLTP system and vice versa'
    Does that mean that this mapping of roles is hardcoded? Is it customizeable? Does somenone know where to customize the mapping of business partner roles?

    Looks like as if you haven't activated the IS-U specific FM "COM_BUPA_MWX_BPS_FILL_ISU" in the BP middleware framework where the conversion between the IS-U role "MKK" and the CRM role "CRM000" takes place:
    Check via SM30 table com_bupa_call_fu in the IS-U system if the above FM is activated.

  • Processing BDocs Errors in the background

    Hi,
    I was wondering whether the following is possible.
    We currently have BDocs errors in SMW01 on a regular basis.  This is because our users are opening the BP record in CRM and R/3.  There the BDoc error will have a message saying that the business partner is currently being processed by XXXX.  We can reprocess these BDocs and they are processed successfully.  What we would like to do is process these BUPA_MAIN BDoc errors in the background so we don't need to go into them manually.  I understand the program for transaction SMW01 is RSMW_SHOW_BDOC.  Has anyone ever taken a copy of this program and modified it so that it can process the above BDoc errors automatically in the background?  We are looking into this as our business process allows the user to launch a record in both CRM and R/3.  (Don't ask)
    Anyway if anyone has done anything similar - any tips would be much appreciated.

    Hi Jojo,
    I have not done anything similar but can point you in right direction.
    You can refer to class cl_smw_mflow which handles the middleware for messaging bdoc's.  You can write a bespoek program from scratch with some selection parameters and process the messaging bdocs by looking at the status of bdoc's. There is a function module 'SMW3_MFLOW_QPROCESSMBDOC' which allows to process the bdoc's by passing the header information.
    You can read the status of bdoc's & other header infromation from table SMW3_BDOC.

  • Bdoc error : Plant IT01 is not assigned to any location

    Hi Experts,
    I have downloaded the Plants from r/3 to CRM [7.0] using object DNL_PLANT through /nr3as. I have checked the entries in /nCRM_LOCMAP, all plants are downloaded to CRM except IT01 & MS01.
    While downloading MATERIAL from r/3 to CRM, i am getting the following bdoc errors
    Plant IT01 is not assigned to any location
    Plant MS01 is not assigned to any location
    Since these do not exists in /nCRM_LOCMAP, i can see that i am getting this error. I have re downloaded DNL_PLANT & checked the status of completion as green. Still these two particular plants are missing.
    Also, when i checked the material [for which i am getting the bdoc error] in r/3, i can see that plants have maintained for that material.
    Is there anyway, to fix the issue?
    Appreciate if someone can suggest a solution on this.

    There are no filters set for this object. Also, i took your suggestion, & created a BP with role plant & maintained the details in  /nCRM_LOCMAP. Reprocessed the bdoc's, & i am done, worked finally.
    Thanks a lot for your valueable solution. I have another issue in bdoc error which says " Check-digit in GTIN 00001216000000 (unit of measure KG) is invalid"
    This is the only one i am getting in /nsmw01 & almost in all the bdocs erros. I did search online, but have not got any suitable solution on this.
    Can you help me resolving this issue also?

  • Bdocs error data SMW01 (PRODUCT_MATERIAL)

    After running some replication we have a lot of bdocs error with the following logs :
    "Data for set BBPM_PR_GENERAL may only be changed in the original system SIDCLNT050 (our crm logical system)"
    "Validation error occurred: Module COM_PRODUCT_MAT_VALIDATE, BDoc type PRODUCT_MAT."
    we have found the corresponding note 786409 but eveni if our system is update, the bug is not fixed (we had the same function module wgich triggers problem)
    I checked some tables with a not the right logical system (logsys) but we tried to change it from one product id and it does not work.
    Any help will be rewarded.

       Which CRM release are you using?
    You may try re-generating the Bdoc (PRODUCT_MAT) services using trx.
    SMOGGEN
    . Then try reprocessing one or the error Bdocs or run the delta load once again.
    If no success, you may have to debug the CRM inbound queue and the validation service module
    com_product_mat_validate

  • Bdoc error "B partner with GUID B................ does not exist"

    Hi Guru,
    basically here I experienced this Bdoc error due to the fact that R/3 people took the decision to delete Master client data from R/3 tables, and afterward to reload Master clients data via legacy.
    Some manual entries were already created in CRM, manually.
    So during the performance of download from R/3 only the clients not already created were "re-created", sucessfully.
    On the other hand for others already created in CRM with old Guids, the "re-download" with the new description, data, failed.
    BDOCs produced this error:
    "Business partner with GUID B............. does not exist" or "Business partner 1... already exists".
    Basically I thought that partner Guid was not the same to R/3 so I deleted the entry from But000, and I tried to reprocessed the BDOc. It did not work.
    I check the Guid entries in R/3 table CRMKUNNR and CRM table CRMM_BUT_CUSTNO. In these tables there the same entries.
    Think that some inconsistencies are due to the deletion of master client in R/3,  and next reloading via Legacy in R/3.
    The question is: Which tables should I revise in order to add the right Bp GUID? How can I solve this unexpected issue? By launching a program?
    I 'll reward with points if solution proposed can work.

    basically this is another issue.
    A list of Bdoc can be provided easily from administration control R3AS, where you use matchcode to find the bdoc list.

    Where do you get the erorr? If you're downloding PRODUCT_SRV, then this is not a customizing object. Please check for related inbound and outbound queues in CRM and ECC for errors. Please also check SMW01 and see if you have any BDoc's in error. Give us the full error text of any errors found.
    If you get the problem with customzing objects, please let us the object name(s). Is it just one object or all customizing object?

  • Bdoc error in SMW01 When Loading Materials into CRM

    Hi,
    We have recently done a system copy of our Production System to our Test System in R/3. We are now in the process of loading the Materials into our CRM 2007 Test System from the newly updated Test System in R/3.
    However, when loading the objects into CRM we are getting the following BDoc errors in smw01:
    Value X02 is not permitted for attribute Product Group 3 Value X02 - X09 is not permitted for attribute Product Group 3
    Area: COM_PRCAT
    Number: 20
    We have loaded the object DNL_CUST_PROD1 prior to the load of the MATERIALS object
    Does anyone know how this issue could be resolved?

    Hi, this error refers to tax customizing so you should check what assingments you have in R/3 and then replicated on CRM.
    You can use transaction CRM_TAXCUST_VALIDATE to check the tax errors both in customers and materials.
    Then, according to the missing entries you will see on the transaction I told, you shoul check in R/3 tables TSKM and TSTL (used for materials).
    In table TSTL you have all the customizing made on R/3 transaction OVK1 and in table TSKM you´ll find the customizing made on transaction OVK4.
    The entries made there for your country should be the same ones made in CRM. The customizing path is the following:
    SPRO>CRM>Basic Functions>Taxes>Basic Settings>Tax Types and Tax Groups>Assing Tax Groups to SAP ECC Tax Classifications (Products)
    Here you have to enter the combination of:
    COUNTRYTAX TYPETAX GROUPTAX SEQTAx CL (which you should be able to fullfill after checking the R/3 tables I´ve told you..

  • BDOC errors after changes made in WebIC.

    We are receiving BDOC errors (viewable via SMW01) for BDOC type BUPA_MAIN.
    The errors reported are against message class COM_BUPA_BSP, errors 10 and 30, being:
    Validity start date before issue date
    and
    Enter a selection date in the past for historical data
    I have checked the validity start date for the BP/employee which has a from/to date of 01.01.0001 to 31.12.9999, however, I have not idea where the Issue date can be viewed against the BP/employee.
    Table BUT000 reveals both from and to date and also the created date, which is 05.09.2009, but I'm sure this is NOT the Issue date that is referenced in the error message.
    Can anyone be of help?

    It turned out that the message was somewhat masked and was pointing us in the wrong direction. We finally discovered  that the Employee BP was actually missing some key data that was required by the externinal system. Non-employee BP's had that data which explained why these were being processed okay. We were so convinced that it was some kind of authorisation issue at the destination end that we missed the facts being (sort of) displayed.

  • BUPA_MAIN BDOC Error 00 55 - Fill in all required entry fields

    Hi All,
    We have CRM 5.2 and i am currenlty having issues with BDOC Error 00 55 from CRM to R3.In our system we have custom code for business partner details changing where we have commit which results in creation of the BDOC.
    When we end time slice the custom identification details the BDOC that is generated has the central_data section which is empty i.e the following fields are coming as blank.
    CENTRAL_DATA->DATA->BP_CONTROL->CATEGORY
    CENTRAL_DATA->DATA->BP_CONTROL-> GROUPING
    CENTRAL_DATA->DATA->BP_CENTRALDATA->PARTNERLANGUAGE
    CENTRAL_DATA->DATA->BP_CENTRALDATA->PARTNERLANGUAGEISO
    CENTRAL_DATA->DATA->BP_PERSON->FIRSTNAME
    CENTRAL_DATA->DATA->BP_PERSON-> LASTNAME.
    The BDOC goes successfully but it deletes the name1 on sd customer. After that if we have any other change to the same bp then that errors out with error message 00 55 i.e. Fill in all required entry fields.
    We have observed that in our custom code there are other places where we call the commit which generates the BDOC and those have central_data section populated with the above mentioned fields and it doesnt delete the name1 on sd customer.
    It would be great if anyone can suggest if they have experienced a similar problem with business partner replication from CRM to R3 and how they resolved the same.
    The thing to note here is that the ISU BP still has the name and is not deleted but name1 deletion only occurs for SD customer.
    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    I am monitoring the BODCs in the crm system, through the transaction smw01 ( both in & out).
    there are a alots of erros in the queue.most of the erros are related to BUPA_MAIN & the queue are from r/3 (R3AD_CUSTOME)
    I need to know that how we should analyse the bdoc error. should i need to reprocess those error.

    Install 7. Don't bother with applying drivers and such, just reboot again from DVD and install again, it will see the existing system and this time activation will be possible.
    Vista is mess, takes longer etc. Hope you have SP1 version of 7. And for Vista, only SP2+ are even supported now, by MS.

  • BUPA_REL bdoc error

    Hi,
    In SMW01 i can see some BUPA_REL bdoc which are in error state and some are in intermediate state(I04).
    For the failed bdoc error showing are
    1. Service that caused the error: /1CRMGC/CONGEN_OBJ_WRT_CDB
    2. Technical error occured: Service , BDoc type CONGEN_OBJ_WRT, Message Select for Update failed: Update error in table SMOKVBEZ7: row SFAKVBEZ7=49B.
    3. Service that caused the error: BP_REL_CRM_TO_CDB
    We are using Mobile Sales also and hence i have checked the  Tcode SMW3FDCUST for bdocs BUPA_REL the Active checkbox is marked but Mobile Bridge is unchecked.
    Also i can see everyday many BUPA_REL  bdocs are successfully processed without any issue.
    Can anyone tell me how to process those failed and pending bdocs and what would be the issue.

    Hi Shobhit,
    I have applied the note 1528032, this is a manual correction. I have copied the correction from this note for your reference.
    The function module BP_REL_CRM_TO_CDB is only relevant for the mobile scenario.
    Since you are not using the mobile scenario, the FM should not be called.
    Check in Transaction SMW3FDCUST for the BDoc Type "BUPA_REL" and the Function Name BP_REL_CRM_TO_CDB.
    Remove the 'X' from the active field for all of these entries.
    By unchecking this field the data will not be sent to CDB.
    Please note that the mobile bridge is active once the 'active' flag has been set - even if the 'mobbridge' field has not been filled.

  • BUPA_MAIN BDOC Error AM 605 - Assignment of usage & to communication type &

    Hi  Experts,
    In our ISU to CRM replication of the Business partner we are seeing lots of BDOC error AM 605 - Assignment of usage & to communication type & not unique.
    I have figured that the error occurs when the CONSNUMBER in the ADR* table reaches 999.  Therefore, no more entries can be added for the communication type (ie another phone number) for that particular address number. 
    But the behaviour in our case is such that CONSNUMBER is reaching 999 by skiping many numbers ( i am not sure if thsi is the standard behavior or something is wrong), so its not the consistent behaviour. In some cases it suddely skips the CONSNUMBER range say which is at 400 for particular address number and goes to 990 range and reaches 999, the BDOC errors out.
    We applied note 1070798 - Repair the consnumber in communication tables.  The program Z_OSSNOTE_1070798 will be run to reorganize the consnumber, so no entry is at 999. Although this reorganies the number but this only acts as a fix after the error is already encountered.
    We still see the AM 605 error , can any one please suggest is there any way to avoid this BDOC Error from occuring. We see these error in case of organisation BPs having many addresses and their phone number in table ADR2 CONSNUMBER reaches 999.
    Immediate help is greatly appreciated.

  • Mass BDOC Error Message

    We are currently executing the initial load for MATERIAL and getting numerous BDOC error messages.  Is there any way to tie the BDOC errors with the data.  Currently we are getting multiple messages and then getting a list of 100 materials that could possibly be causing the error, is there a way to identify the material to the message?

    I think its not very easy but can be done. You have a Prod_MAT error bdoc list already. Do an analysis by following below steps on one error BDOC first.
    1. Take the BDOC id, go to table - SMW3_BDOC4. Enter BDOC id and check number of entries.
    2. You will get more than one entry, check which one gives you error message and material number. Note that Error segment no.
    Note that if a BDOC has got more than two three errors (more than one always as we know), it will be difficult for you to filter them out. In this case, I advise, you enter in BDOC GUids of a bunch of bdocs, download to excel and filter them based on Message type/Message id. Then again pick up one BDOC from specific message type/id and check in which field you get error and material number and in which Error segment number. Based on this, you scan through remaining bdocs and message ids.
    It worked for me well but had to spent a lot of time  as you will have different errors, number of errors and so on.

    Hi Silpa,
       BDOC messages will be stored in the table SMW3_BDOC6 and SMW3_BDOC4. These entries will be deleted from your system at the time of middleware reorganization job execution(Report SMO6_REORG2).
       I hope you scheduled the Middleware reorganization using report SMO6_REORG2.

  • Bdoc error - Tax code 1 not valid

    I am getting BDoc error "Tax code 1 not valid" . I downloaded the object "DNL_CUST_TAX" from R3 to CRM. After doing this, the BP's went through successfully from R3 to CRM.However while sending BP's from CRM to R3 , same error occured. Is there any other object which can be downloaded from CRM to R3. or any other way out??

    Download the object DNL_CUST_TAX to CRM system then reprocess the errpr bdoc.
    and let me know the status.
    If the bdoc is in the red state after reprocessing,i think u need to create tax group in CRM img.
