When we purchase from iTunes the balance is not coming off of the gift cards. We have family sharing on but when my kids purchase songs they are credited to our credit card and not the gift card that is already in their account. What's wrong?

Verizon rep lied to us. We were told that we could get a $30 gift card( each) for our two old phones. THe gift cards could be used for paymen in our V/zon bill. WHen we went to the Vzon store to turn over our old phones, we found

We were lied to by Verizon- , I believe was the rep at corporate.
. They told us we could turn in our old phones and get two $30 gift cards to be used as $60 credit on any Vzon bill.
When we went to the store to turn in the old phones, the manager, Gilbert, stated all he could do is talk to his super and request a $30 gift card. Initially they offered us $1 for each phone( basic recycling reimbursement).
I was promised $60 in gift cards for credit against the $60 in upgrade fees charged to us.
Disappointed again. COnnectivity is great but their customer service reps lie and, overall, their customer service sucks!

HT1918 My visa card was stolen and now I cannot download anything new using my account because it is wanting the old access code but I can't remember it. I have been trying to reset my billing card and it keeps saying give the three digit code on the back

Every site I try to access gives the warning (Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)

this affects my computer profile only(windows 8) , and only on Firefox. I have disabled SSL on AVG as the help pages suggest, and have tried reinstalling, both with no effect. Anyone know how to solve this?

That's the issue resolved, had to import the Microsoft family safety certificate manually, thank you for sending me down the right path.
