I am also getting the same error.
####<Mar 18, 2010 10:36:59 PM PDT> <Error> <oracle.soa.b2b.transport> <obie-as1> <WLS_SOA1> <weblogic.work.j2ee.J2EEWorkManager$WorkWithListener@2a5eaf0e> <<anonymous>> <> <> <1268977019632> <BEA-000000> <[IPT_FileRecMonitorError] Error in ftp or file receiver monitor.>
I am running the SOA demo application. http://obie-wls-vip2:8001/StoreFrontModule/faces/login.jspx doesn't show the artifacts.
I don't know whether the"Error in ftp or file receiver monitor" is related to the arifacts issue.

Kind people, I'm getting this error with an InterConnect FTP adapter (the adapter is on one box, the directory it reads from on another box):
Transport logs:
[IPT_FileRecMonitorError] Error in ftp receiver monitor.
oracle.oai.agent.adapter.transport.TransportException: Unable to enter passive mode. rc = 425 425 Can't open passive connection: Too many open files.

at oracle.oai.agent.adapter.transport.basic.ftp.FTPAgent.getFileList(FTPAgent.java:253)
It seems to me (maybe) that what is happening is that InterConnect is not closing the FTP connections after it FTPs a file, and after a while there are too many connections open. If I bounce the adapter, it works fine again for a period of time. I also delete the log files, but don't know if that has any relationship to this. Is there some parameter in the adapter.ini file I can set, or do I need to see a Unix sys admin about this???
Thanks in advance for any insight you might be able to provide! This was addressed in a similar TAR: 4380173.994. Here is the solution I remember:
### Detailed Problem Statement: ###
When FTP adapter has run for some time (1 or 2 days) it keeps on failing with
error message:
Caused by: oracle.oai.agent.adapter.transport.TransportException: Unable to
enter passive mode. rc = 425 425 Can't open passive connection: Too many open files

This error was already reported in tar 14948114.6. The solution back then was
to increase no of open files in server running the adapter. We have done that
but it does not seem to help (it might take some more time to run to this error
though).
POTENTIAL SOLUTION(S)
======================
Set the following adapter.ini parameters:
sender.keep_connections=false
receiver.keep_connections=false -
I have an ODSI Physical Service that is based on a Java Function. The Java Function builds a SQL statement and uses JDBC to query for a ResultSet. One of the columns that is queried is a Clob. Sometimes, the data in this column causes an XMLBeans validation exception in ODSI: {err}XQ0027: Validation failed: error: decimal: Invalid decimal value: unexpected char '114'
The issue is not consistently replicable with particular database record, the database records that present this issue at one point in time will be resolved after a restart of ODSI and replaced by another list of records that present the same error.
As can be seen from the stack trace, it looks like the issue is happening after the database query has returned and while the process is assembling the SOAP response.

Can somebody shed some light on this issue?
Thanks

Hello all,
I have scenario IDOC to File. Now if the file is not posted at particular location on FTP and in acknowledgement i am getting the error from FTP for file size. But No alerts triggered for this. Is there any reason for this? (Alert Configuration is already set for this). Is there any specific alert category that we need to define to get an alert when we receive an error from acknowledgement.
Please let me know your inputs on this.
Thanks,
Siddhesh PathakHi,
You can select the option to raise the Alerts particular to IE and AE in the Alert Config of RWB itself.
To get the alert for AE errors dont give any value for mandatory field.....but remember you only get alert for system error in RWB...to get alert for application error in RWB you have to configure CCMS..

[1] http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E12840_01/wls/docs103/secwlres/xacmlusing.htmlHey @The_assface!
I check again my domain -> security -> embeded ldap config and in fact the option "Master First" was unchecked (as default). When you suggested check this option on your last reply, I didn't pay attention and the option checked was the "Refresh Replica At Startup" (and not "Master First" as you pointed). By default both option is unchecked. My intention checking "Refresh Replica At Startup" was to force managed server get a fresh copy of master embedded ldap (hold by Admin server). But this didn't works in my scenario.
Now I unchecked "Refresh Replica At Startup" and checked "Master First". Then I restart Admin server and a managed server and until now the error do not occurs any more.
Your suggestion works, but one question remains: Why managed servers' embedded ldap (replica) got corrupted after adding a XACML policy manually?
Many thanks! -

Does anyone have experience with this issue when connecting to a Linux FTP Web Server running a FTP Site?
"Connection Error - Failure to get file list from server. An entry with the same key already exists."
I cannot access the root directory of the ftp file server using Web Matrix 3. The site is .php based, and
is accessible when connecting with FileZilla or Remote Connecting via FTP with Visual Studio.
All sites have been deleted from Web Matrix, the user Application Data has been cleared and Web Matrix has been reinstalled.
Issue Persists....
Thanks in advance,
JustinTurns out that the program leaves metadata in your app data folder that is not removed upon uninstallation of the software.
This is incorporated to communicate with a file that uploaded into the ftp directory when publishing pages. -

about "... Though I have imported the following JDK parsers in the code , the Oracle's SAX parser is taking other inside the application server ..."
If you have used the SAXParserFactory.newSAXParser() method to get a parser, the documentation for this method says "Creates a new instance of a SAXParser using the currently configured factory parameters.".
So you might get a different parser in a different environment.

Hello all,
I have a simple scenario of sending the file from shared directory to FTP. When I execute the sceanrio..sender is picking up the file ..No issues in SXMB_MONI...but when I checked in the message monitoring...at adapter level for file receiver which is using FTP..This is what its throwing...
Delivery of the message to the application using connection AFW failed, due to: com.sap.aii.adapter.file.ftp.FTPEx: 550 '/': File exists.
Looks like some thing to do with the directory path...and also FTP is built on UNIX environment...
I tried all the possibilities for target directory.....
1) /
Delivery of the message to the application using connection AFW failed, due to: com.sap.aii.adapter.file.ftp.FTPEx: 550 '/': File exists.
2) \
Connect to FTP server "ftp.abc.com", directory "\"
Error Attempt to process file failed with com.sap.aii.adapter.file.ftp.FTPEx: 257 "/\" is the current directory.
Error Exception caught by adapter framework: com.sap.aii.adapter.file.ftp.FTPEx: 257 "/\" is the current directory.
Error Delivery of the message to the application using connection AFW failed, due to: com.sap.aii.adapter.file.ftp.FTPEx: 257 "/\" is the current directory..
AND when I check the FTP server its creating the directory with "\"
3) ./
Success Connect to FTP server "ftp.abc.com", directory "./"
Error Attempt to process file failed with com.sap.aii.adapter.file.ftp.FTPEx: 550 './': File exists
Error Exception caught by adapter framework: com.sap.aii.adapter.file.ftp.FTPEx: 550 './': File exists
4) .\
Success Connect to FTP server "ftp.abc.com", directory ".\"
Attempt to process file failed with com.sap.aii.adapter.file.ftp.FTPEx: 257 "/.\" is the current directory.
Error Exception caught by adapter framework: com.sap.aii.adapter.file.ftp.FTPEx: 257 "/.\" is the current directory.
Error Delivery of the message to the application using connection AFW failed, due to: com.sap.aii.adapter.file.ftp.FTPEx: 257 "/.\" is the current directory..
EVEN HERE it created the ".\" folder on FTP site.
5) Finally tried "."
Success Connect to FTP server "ftp.abc.com", directory "."
Error Attempt to process file failed with com.sap.aii.adapter.file.ftp.FTPEx: 550 '.': File exists
Error Exception caught by adapter framework: com.sap.aii.adapter.file.ftp.FTPEx: 550 '.': File exists
Error Delivery of the message to the application using connection AFW failed, due to: com.sap.aii.adapter.file.ftp.FTPEx: 550 '.': File exists.
Error The message status set to NDLV.
I AM pretty sure that it works with out mentiong any directory path as some of the unix system allow that...But in XI target directory is mandatory field....
DID ANYONE FACED THIS KINDAA ISSUE BEFORE..ANY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED AND
OBVIOUSLY POINTS WILL AWARDED....
Regards,
RajuRaju,
ftp -s:
<shared>\abc.txt >
<shared>\ftpresult\ftpresult.txt
MOVE
<yoursource directory>\*.txt
<shared>\archive ( to archive the file)
and in abc.txt:
open <ftp>
<user>
<password>
put
<source directory of your file>\*.txt
quit
you can even check your ftpresult.txt file to see whether it executed perfectly or not....and finally use that batch file in the receiver communication channel with full path..
Hope this helps,
Regards,

I get the message “Server not responding” whenever trying to add files to my web site via DW. The following message appears: "An FTP error occurred - cannot put [file name.htm]. Dreamweaver encountered an internal data error. Please try the operation again."
I called the hosting service provider, and they said they were able to upload a 20 mb document with no problem. I was also able to upload a document using Filezilla.
Therefore, the problem must be with DW.
When I go to Manage Sites and choose my site and get to the Test Connection button, the test is successful, which further confuses the issue.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.Does this help?
http://forums.adobe.com/thread/861606
Also check the log:
http://forums.adobe.com/thread/937231
It is possible it is a host issue but because they use a higher level account to test that they do not see the error. -

To implement basic authentication you need to follow below steps in OSB -
1. Create a service account with username and password (owner of target service must provide this info)
2. In HTTP Transport Configuration of your business service, select "Basic" in "Authentication" setting and browse the service account you created in "Service Account" setting at same page
3. Save and activate the configuration
4. Test the business service using OSB test console
You should get in touch with target service admin to understand which kind of authentication is required (if not basic) and where your request is failing exactly.

Weblogic EAR deployment - "error in opening zip file"
Dear All,
we build EAR using MAVEN 3.0.4 on Unix and are trying to deploy the application. The weblogic version is 10.3.4.
We get the following error.

Obviously, the WAR file cannot be opened by Weblogic, but why and how to solve it ... have no clue. We went through almost everything in Internet, regarding this issue, but we couldn't find a solution.
Every idea or suggestion is more than welcome because I'm running out of ideas :(Did you perhaps do something like FTP the EAR file to the RedHat box in text mode or something? Can you check that the file size of the file on RedHat is the same as it was on Windows?

yogeshHi Yogesh - when you say "i don't think the file is corrupt, because it works fine in eclipse", do you mean, you are actually able to publish them to a server and test those out?
Dont know your exact scenario, but when you say that you took the sbconfig from another machine and used it on your local system, cant we just go ahead with that? I mean, clean up your code base, and then import this latest "working" sbconfig and start afresh?
