Been reverted back to old profile system

Question

Hi, just need a bit of info as to why ive been put back on to the old profile system, my hub as been syncing to my full line capacity for 3 days now, on the first day of the 3 days it started syncing at 14569kbps i was still on  the new system wich gave around 12.6meg, day2 my speed dropped to around 11meg but my sync rate stayed the same, i did a speed test and found i'd been put on the old profile system and had 12000k, day 3 which is today im still on the old profile system, i cant do a speedtest at moment as its not working, but im still getting the same speed (around 11meg) on other speed testers but sync rate on my hub is still the same, have bt put me on the old system? if they have then why? i thought it would of changed it self back over night but i didn't happen. Does anyone know why its happened?  as you can see it as re synced in the 3 days but rate stayed the same

This upgrade is only available on 21C, but only Huawei 21C MSANs (equipment situated in the local Telephone Exchange) currently support it. Exchanges with Fujitsu MSANs will get the upgrade as part of the second phase, and that is happening soon.
There are two clear benefits to the changes,
An improvement in the IP rate as it is much closer to the sync rate. For example under the new method a sync rate of 18000kbps equates to an IP profile of 15881kbps which is an improvement of 881kbps in IP throughput.
The other improvement is that there is no delay in uplift because this new process takes a different route to configure the BRAS IP profile system loading and volumes are no longer an issue and the BRAS updates with the new style IP profiles immediately.
However until phase 3, where our systems will be updated, some lines could benefit from the improvement only to be overwritten by the systems back to the old style profiles at a later date. This will be temporary until the systems have been updated where this issue will be rectified..
