Been scammed into buying fake Apple Accessories

Hello,
I bought Apple products from a website that offered me 20% off, I got my products and there all fake. The website is down (or removed) and there is no email or phone.
I bought the following: Apple In-Ear Headphones, AV Composite Cable that won't connect to my iPhone, and an Apple Charger won't charge my iPhone or iPod.
Can Apple help me at all?
I looked at them and they are literally cloned with Apple's copyright information, I figured out it was fake by identifying Chinese writing on the box and looking at online images.

Apple trying to make us buy only apple accessories might just make me leave the apple range!

I am getting quite fustrated when a non apple manufactured charging wire is refused to let it charge it. Apple are trying us to buy their over priced accessories, which is actually making me want to leave the apple range and move to a less demanding manufactuer who products have now caught up and overtaken apple.

No! ebay is not the only source, you assume that ebay only sells crap, yes there are some crap iphone leads on there, but there are also some good quality built ones. I think the last lead I bought, which my phone objected to was from expansys. looked good quality and not the cheapest (well it is when compared to apple!).. I am on my 4th iphone, it is only this last one that is so sensitive to what is plugged into it. It even objects to my £400 DAB radio with the old style connector and the official apple converter.

1. Because if you could, someone who breaks into your account could do it as well.
2. You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

I have a feeling my personal Apple Laptop computer activities may be being monitored. I feel my Apple Laptop may have been hacked into. I noticed suspicious item in my wastebasket that I did not remove or know what it means ("roaming password..")

I replaced my and my family's electronic phones and computers with Apple products due to their superior security capabilities, and the intgrity of their workforce. Thus I come to you for help with a serious concern in hopes that you can help me.

In my attempt to remove the old one I noticed that as I was trying to do so it seemed my actions were being shadowed and both of my printer icons (old and new printer) dissapeared. Anyway I looked in the wastebasket and noticed the following item which I had never noticed before: "roaming_password_for_1475_txt_webarchive" in the trash. As it looked suspicious I restored it onto my desktop to open it and research it and it had information on it saying, To remove the DOCOMO interTouch Cable turn on the wireless network conection on your computer....." It had text giving my username and password for roaming - I could not copy or pirnt the information from my desktop, so I took a copy and video of it via my Apple cell phone.

I have noticed that when I am on phone calls with certain people, my phone will emit a loud long beep. I am involved with protecting jobs through a union, and am concerned that the county I work for may have had one of their IT people hack into my phone, etc...
Can you please help me with this? PLEASE.

Apss are forever tied to the Apple ID under which they were originally purchased. If you forgot the password to your original Apple ID, you can retrive it here:

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then the steps half-way down this page should let you reset them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 link above to add a rescue email address for potential future use

I have been trying to buy apps for my iPad 3 but every time I try to use a card it gets declined.i have tried 5 different cards so far. There is no info anywhere in apple website about purchasing apps in India. They are selling their devices for such a high price in India and then they cheat us by not letting us download any app.

Have you contacted the iTunes Store about your problem and asked for assistance? If not, go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. Note that you must be using a valid credit card of the type accepted by the iTunes Store and issued and with a billing address in India. Cards from other issuers, cards from another country, or debit cards will not work.

If that doesn't work, try restoring it: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1414.
If all else fails, you will have to place your iPod in Recovery Mode: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808.

I am a MCSE and have been in IT for 18 years dealing with MS products. I was forced into buying an iMac by my wife because "it would look better in our living room". (She buys cars the same way... it drives me nuts.) I haven't owned an apple product since the Apple IIc.
Then we got the the iMac two weeks ago and it had the screen flickering problem.
So, nobody wants to hate this thing more than I do and I just can't. The "magic mouse" is the greatest user interface achievement since the original mouse. The OS is easy to use and is intuitive even for a Windows geek like me. The engineering put into the overall design (screen problems aside) is far better than anything else on the market. And honestly, it does look good in the living room, but don't tell my wife.
When the screen flickering problem started I started the inevitable rant about how this never happened to me with other machines. Then my wife reminded me that the Dell we bought 2 years ago had a random high volume screeching noise coming from the sound card and that Dell never actually acknowledged the problem.
We called Apple support and got a super helpful tech support person. She began to describe how to download the firmware update and I quickly cut her off and told her that had already been done. She immediately gave me the choice of repair or replacement. I didn't need to argue or complain. It was just that simple. I chose repair because I feared I might get another machine from stock that had the same issue.
So far, I'm quite impressed.

I have signed out then back into the cloud. I have comfirmed location of the photostream folder. I have have even restored settings on my phone. any ideas on what I can do to get it working again? or do I have to accept defect, and manually save my photos?

There isn't a phone number for iTunes Support.
If you've forgotten your answers to your security questions then you can get them reset : If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions
If you have a credit card on your account then its details have to complete - and asking for their details is also a way of checking that you have a valid billing address in that country. As long as you are buying content for yourself and not trying to gift content (you can't use your balance for gifting) then the purchase price (plus any applicable taxes) should be deducted from your balance. I believe that my iPhone or apple ID has been hacked into. Three imessages were sent from my phone that I did not type or send - two while I was asleep at 1:15am and in the morning during an iMessage conversation. These messages were to my boyfriend about my boss. Apple and AT&T have been somewhat helpful but both are pointing fingers at the others saying they cannot track the message or see if my personal information has been compromised. I feel extremely violated because this hacker knows who my boyfriend is and who my boss is and I just started this job two weeks ago! No I have my own iPhone iPad and MacBook so everything is set up on devices that are mine and as far as I know I never connected to anyone else's device and logged with my apple ID. But are you saying it is possible for someone to have obtained my apple ID and send an iMessage from their device with my contact information so it looks like it came directly from me?
