Been trying for 3 days to download the trial to CS5 with no luck
Everytime it takes me to adobe downloader and I sign in it says can not connect try again. Ive tried everything nothign works.

Did you try solution 1 in the document "Troubleshoot Adobe Download Assistant"? (http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-download-assistant.html). If you did, and it did not help, can you provide us with more information such as details of the error message, your browser, and your network speed?

Your issue is completely different. You are running Snow Leopard. There is no download for Windows Support software for Snow Leopard, hence the error you see. Snow Leopard Windows Support software is on the Snow Leopard installation disk.
You need the Snow Leopard installation disk or a replacement for it. -
I have really slow internet, i bought OS X mountain lion & tried for days to download it. my internet cuts every time & the download restarts from the beginning is thr a way to download the software as a "zip" file or from a link not app store?

Take it somewhere that has better broadband. The best you can do sometimes is invest in new modem that works with your system instead of the rental etc in most cases.
Do a Safe Boot.
Make sure your firewall is set properly. Don't use 3rd party. AV software can get in the way.
Make sure you are getting the service and a clean strong modem signal - slow is one thing but if it drops off and can't maintain a connection you have hardware issues, not software - and upgrade to a new OS doesn't tend to improve, it may even not work with older networking equipment once you do get it.
I agree and think electronic only goes too far. And when you do get it: burn the package and manually set it aside first before running the intaller! make a flash memory installer, put it on DVDs too. -
I have been trying for weeks to download update 10.7.5 and cannot do so. I do get a message at the end - "connection reset by peer". Can anyone shed any light on why I cannot download this update and what the message may mean? Thanks.

Hi, we trialed from central and have bought the plus version but have still been charged for another month of the trial. Would you be good enough to refund the charge please considering we have bought the main product?
After much back and forth drama, and the assistance of one awesome person at Apple, and also a great iTunes representitive, they have agreed to refund me.
I have not yet recieved the refund but will post here when I do.

I bought the mountain lion since last week and have been trying for hours to install it but i am not even getting to install it someone HELP!!!
I wonder, if you may want to clean up your system first. You could try to scan and repair permissions on that machine, make sure no disc errors, and also do a final pram reset. Then try to re-install again.
If the install still halts, then re-download the installer. -

I purchased a music video and two TV episodes from iTunes. It a long time to download and after it was finished, it disappeared from iTunes. It wasn't found in iTunes or on my iPod. I also downloaded videos from a third party website, got the videos on my iPod but when I went to play them, it played as an audio file with no video showing. How do I resolve this?
Since you have a new computer, launch iTunes. From the menu bar click Store / Authorize This Computer.
Now select Music in the source list on the left side of the iTunes window. If your purchase isn't there, go back to the menu bar click Store / Check for Available Downloads.
Connect your iPod to your computer. You should be able to sync your iTunes media.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble using your Acrobat.com subscription. I've checked your account, and there are no issues there.
Is the problem specific to one PDF file, or are you running into the same problem with multiple files? How large is the file (or files) that you're trying to upload? Are they complex (large number of pages; mix of text and graphics)?
Let's start with some basic troubleshooting:
Clear the browser cache and try again.
Try a different browser (see System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported browsers).
Make sure that there are no firewall or proxy settings that are limiting your access to the Internet.
Let us know how it goes. If you're still having trouble, we can take a closer look at the files that you're trying to convert.

hi guys.
im a complete beginer at java and only have any experience in html and basic. ive got a problem which is really winding me up. i have tried using three or four different programs but none of them work. i have used the command javac First on this code:

it works fine and makes a file called First.class
i then try the command java First and it gives me this error.

every one is just telling me that ive cased it wrong but its definately right. when i said that people stoped replying. pleease help!!!Here's what happens, unfortunately, that isn't well documented:
By default, java will assume that your current directory is part of the class path (it automaticallly looks in the current directory for your class files).
But then you read somewhere that you can set your classpath environment variable, so that you don't have to specify the classpath all of the time. So you do this, and all of a sudden, java doesn't check the current directory anymore. It looks only in the classpath as you've specified it.
The typical solution is to put '.' as part of your classpath environment variable.
