Been trying to download upgrade from Elements 10 to 11
I have been trying to download upgrade from elements premiere 10 to 11.after install is complete.When I try to open ,I keep getting error message Could not start.Please uninstall and reinstall the application.Have tried 4 times even tried uninstalling previous versions.
Does this thing even work.

The only message I received at any after it said that it was successfully installed .Was when I tried to open and said it couldn't open to reinstall.
When I tried to reinstall it turned off virus blocker and firewall..But no matter what I try I keep coming up with same thing.
I tried the troubleshooter it said there were no issues.

You can download it and use the serial number you have to activate it...

If you registered the software with Adobe then you should be able to find your serial number thru your Adobe account online. You should also need the serial number for version 7 if that is what you upgraded from. -
I have been trying to download l OS X Mavericks to upgrade from snow leopard. I had a miss download right now in my tool bar there is a OS X Mavericks Icon that says-Waiting... this has been there for 4 hours when I click on it, cancel donwload? or (pause grayed out) or the options. I have tried this 6 times. I used the app in the Mac App Store. thanks KJG43
The installer is over 5Gb's and could take many hours to download.
Check the download status in the App Store application. -
I have been trying to download ios8. I dont remember exactly what happened but at some point I ended up unplugging my phone from my computer because there was an error. Every since then it has not been turning on or responding to iTunes.
When it does respond to iTunes it tells me that I have to restore my phone. I click restore and it says "Extracting Software". It gets all the way to the end and then says that there is an error; something about a disk being full?
I have no idea what is going on and I could really use some help.
Thanks.1. You did not get an error message telling you that your iPhoto library was getting full. You got a message telling you that your HD was getting full, right?
OS X needs about 10 gigs of hard drive space for normal OS operations - things like virtual memory, temporary files and so on.
Without this space your Mac will slow down as the OS hunts for space on the disk, files will be fragmented, also slowing things down, apps will crash and the risk of data corruption - that is damage to your files, photos, music - increases exponentially.
Your first priority is to make more space on that HD. Nothing else can be done until you do.
Purchase an external HD and move your Photos and Music to it. Both iPhoto and iTunes can run perfectly well with the Library on an external disk.
Your Library has been damaged from being run on an overfull disk.
How much free space on it now? -
When Trying to download applications from the itunes store, I receive a message that my Apple Id has been disabled. I reset my password, accessed my Itunes Account successfully, but when trying to download, the same message appears.
You need to contact Apple Support, particularly iTunes Store support team. Cheers!

For the past few hours I have been trying to download ios 7.0.4 from itunes onto my iPhone after trying many times it would give me a error saying network failed! then i tried to download Ios 7.0.4 manually and then put it on but it keeps failing? i have tried everything that i have came across and nothing seems to work please help!

If so, before beginning the download try temporarily disabling your antivirus, anti-adware, anti-spyware, and any other anti-whatever that is required with the insecure OS your computer is running. -
i have been trying to download the newest itunes to my windows 7 computer wit the last 2 wks now... im at the stage where iv tried everting from uninstalling itunes to installing it again... can someone please help before i throw the computer out the window!
Here is what worked for me:
My usb hub, being usb2, was too fast. I moved the wire to a usb port directory on my pc. That is a usb1 port which is slow enough to run your snyc. -

How can I cancel a movie that has been trying to download for. 3 days? When I click on ITunes ,it says I don't have enough space. I tried to buy more and it went to the iCloud. Does anyone know how to cancel that movie?
I'm sure that you know by now but buying iCloud storage didn't do you any good. iCloud storage is for backups, and can't be used for local storage and that is where you needed the storage.
Have you tried deleting content on the iPad so that the download will resume? Settings>General>Usage>Storage. You can delete movies, TV Shows, and apps in there via the Edit button. You can download most purchased content again for free as long as you use the same Apple ID. Delete it now, and download it again later when you need it. Bear in mind that whe. You delete apps, you delete the data in the apps as well.
You might be able to pause the movie download by going to the Downloads tab in iTunes - tap on the movie icon and see if it will pause. Or try swiping across the progress bar to see if you can delete the download. -
Trying to upgrade from Elements 10 to 11 on mac will not install.
Elements 10 works fine.
downloaded upgrade for elements 11 both photoshop and premiere. neither one will install.
it startsm and fails and says to run adboe support advisor. I have, it says no errors.
please let me know how to correctly update and install elements 11 over elements 10

I have been trying to download films on my I Pad but receive a message saying insuficient storage space, update. I updated a d paíd for extra space but still receive same message and cannot download the films. Any suggestionx
The message is referring to not having enough space on your iPad, not to not having enough space in your iCloud account. Purchasing additional storage in your iCloud account does not give you more available space on your iPad.
You can check how much space you have available on your iPad by going to Settings>General>Usage. If you don't have enough, you'll have to delete or sync some data off your iPad to free up additional space. -
I have been trying to download iOS 6.1 on my ipad. After its been downloading for about 4 hours, I receive a message that there is an error and cannot download. How can I delete this download from my settings? I tried downloading other apps, but it will not let me unless I download iOS 6.1
What iOS are you currently running?
If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.1. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

If you are currently running an iOS lower than 5.0, connect the iPad to the computer, open iTunes. Then select the iPad under the Devices heading on the left, click on the Summary tab and then click on Check for Update.

Okay. We've got a broken Windows Modules Installer on the PC, then.
It's a bit of an involved fix getting past it, but we've had success here with it in the past.
First, I'd strongly suggest setting up a system restore point.
Now try the Scenario III treatment from the following document:

Head back into Windows Update and attempt to get updates again. If they still fail, this time with an 8000FFFF error code, try the following Microsoft document:

If you get Windows Updates flowing again, stock up on any you're behind on (restarting the PC when requested to do so). This may take some time and may have to be done in several batches, depending on how far you've fallen behind. Basically, keep going back to Windows Update until it stops offering you new updates.
After the updates have been installed, restart the PC one more time (in order to ensure that any pending installs requiring a restart have been resolved).
Now try another iTunes install. Does it go through without the 0x80070424 this time? -
I have just upgraded from Elements/Premiere elements 11 to version 12. I am running on a PC with Windows 7. When I try to run video from the existing catalogue or video newly imported I get a window stating "....system does not have the required compressor/decompressor (codec) installed" Where has it gone?
