Before I order the photobook...

Hi,
Can anybody experienced in iPhoto books tell me which looks nicer in the finished product - a softcover or a hardcover?
And would I be better off upgrading my iPhoto 6 to iPhoto 8 before ordering it?
Are there any extra options that would make the book better?

That is purely personal opinion - I think the hard cover books are much nicer but others like the softcover - only you know which you like.

Probably not - in fact many of the iPhoto '08 themes are different so you might have problems on a finished book. I think that the iPhoto '08 hard cover books are much nicer than the older ones - to me they are just like "real" books with the foil stamped linen covers and beautiful full color dust covers with spine printing - vs. the iPhoto 6 photo pasted on the front. But I would not recommend converting in the middle of the project - finish the iPhoto 6 book on iPhoto 6 and order it and then upgrade.

Again a personal decision - many people think so - some do not and want to go back (which is not possible without losing edits and projects unless you have a backup of your iPhoto 6 library to go to). You can create a PDF preview of your book, see this link:

The PDF will be too large to email to your parents - copy it to a USB stick or burn it as CD or DVD and send it as a letter. Or upload it to a server for download, your Dropbox, etc.

Contact Apple support - they can answer that type of questions - we are just users here like yourself
BTW - it is best not to order when you have errors - to resolve that error place a single space in the subject text box

I want to pre-order the Galaxy S6 but my upgrade date is after the pre-order date. I am able to pre-order it before my date and get the price of a new 2 year contract? The devices ship on the April,10th,2015 and pre-orders start on the first, but my upgrade is the 6th. Basically I am asking if I can pre-order and take advantage of the new contract price or if I should just pre-order when my upgrade date arrives.

You can upgrade 7 days prior to your upgrade date so you will be able to pre-order it on the 1st.

Are you seen that message when trying to view your orders from your Verizon account? I have the same issue but if you search your preorder confirmation number and enter you last name here Order Status | Verizon Wireless then it will at least give the vague details like, "your order has been received and is been processed" It will also show the expected delivery date.

Well, with apps genneraly you do get told ahead of time. I'm not sure of the current algorithm with movies though.
Why not just clear up some space? You can check your usage in your settings btw.

How are you viewing your library? In Song view or Album View?
If in Album view pull down View > Show View Options and select Sort by: Artist, then: (whichever choice you want here).
If in Song view I like to see the album artwork so pull down View > Show View Options and select "show album artwork" and close the small window. Then click on the column that contains the artwork and sort it by Artist.

Why does old sale order (The deliver date before current date) show VSF (independent requirement) in MD04?

I face one issue, the old sales order (the delivery date before current date) has became VSF (independent requirement) in MD04, could someone let me know why and how to fix it?
Take 01.09.2014 as example, we have one 50PC's sales order with delivery date as 25.08.2014, in MD04, the system will show two independent requirements, one is 50PC's customer order and another is 50PC's VSF.

If I understood the issue correctly, system is showing both the sales order and the PIR on the same date, right?
If this is the case, it's probably a PIR consumption issue. Take a look on the following note, especially question 10:

Consume old material before ordering the new one

Is there anything in SAP that would allow me to finish the stock of an old material before placing orders on the new material?
For example: A is replaced by B.
I have 10 A.
I would like, if I put B in my BOM, that it finishes to consume A before ordering B.
I don't want to use substitute since it's on the A->B way and it's based on a validity date. I would prefer to use B->A.

Actually I would like the requirement from part B consuming A until there is no stock and then place an order to the supplier.
Basicly I'll have the part A replaced by part B in my bill of material. I would like to put some parameter on B to allow MRP to: first supply from A and then source from supplier if there is no A anymore.
I'm sorry if this is what you explained, but I'm not a pro of SAP.
