BEFW11S4 v4: Cannot download tftp.exe from LinkSys website

Hello all!
     I am a brand new user to this forum. I have seen much valuable information here, so I KNOW someone has the answer to my little problem.
     The Power LED on my trusty BEFW11S4 v4 is blinking and nothing I have tried to fix the problem has worked. I have downloaded the latest firmware (1.52.03) but I cannot get to the router's setup page. So the LinkSys website says you can go in the back door using their tftp.exe routine. Problem is, every time I try to download it I get a "Cannot connect" error message from Windows.
     Does anyone know where I can download the correct tftp.exe file for my unit so I can try to upgrade the firmware?

Acrobat can be used to view pdf's or edit pdf's not download them.
Check your browser settings.

Are you using the Sky Go app to try and watch it ? If so are you logged in with your Sky account ?
If you are using the app then you could try closing the app completely and see if it works when you re-open it : from the home screen (i.e. not with Sky Go 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Sky Go app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then you could try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

I know my icloud has record of my installing this app before, but that was the first install that was failed during that time some other apps also keeps loading without respond whey they updated itself, and this app didn't install before I restart the device. But I don't see this app on my device after I restarted the device so it should have been installed on my device. It seems icloud has created some kind of dead loop that makes it not able to get the correct status about this app on my device.
I have no problem install this app on my other device (iPad) with the same account, but just fail on my iPhone. And it just fine installing other apps...... What happened !!?? @@

You can ONLY use the itunes store of your country of residence.
You cannot use another countrys itunes store.

PSE 9 is too old for any of the versions of ACR that support the 1 V1. You have three options:
1. Upgrade to PSE 10 or 11.
2. Use the Nikon software to convert the raw files and send the resulting tiffs to PSE for further editing.
3. Try the free Adobe DNG converter, and you should be able to open the resulting DNGs in your version of ACR.

Okay, so, fast forward from July to now -
- I've visited my closest Apple store's genius bar twice now. (Over an hour and a half away.)
- My computer spent at least 8 hours behind their closed doors in the workshop
- Several complete erases of the harddrive have taken place
- Most of the Apple geniuses I dealt with were nice and very knowledgeable, but they were and still aren't 100% sure exactly what is wrong with my computer.
The good news is:
- They were able to at least get it running again, with a clean install from their servers of OS X Lion 10.7.5
- They believe that my problems stem from either 1 of 2 things:
- Faulty Hard Drive (even though it is brand new)
- The wrong build of software being installed.
Now, while the wrong build does seem like it could be the problem, it doesn't make sense in the aspect that all of the initial problems began when the first hard drive failed. The same problems continued when I changed out the failed hard drive with the brand spanking new one, and only slightly improved when I was able to successfully install the OS that came with the original disks for my computer. I'm not convinced this thing is back to normal, but hopefully I can make it last through getting a shiny new retina Macbook Pro in the coming future. You need to restore it with iTunes or wipe it from the phone itself... Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings. Either of these will create a factory fresh phone, thus removing the restrictions. Note that ALL user data will be wiped.
