Being able to view my WEP wirless security password.

Hello
I can't seem to find where to view my wireless security password. It is a wep 128 bit. When I click on the lock. I get a password assistant that doe not make sense. I would think if I click on the lock I could put my base station password in and then it would let me view the wep. I have gone to the keychain but can't find the wep password.
Any help would be appreciated

Tried to make this clear....
On the Base Station menu *(top of screen near the Apple icon),*
Click Equivalent Network Password
The top of your screen is the area where you see the Apple icon, airport icon, date, time etc.
It sounds like you are looking at the window in the center of your screen.

At the moment you can only view your purchase history on a computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you stores on iOS devices don't have all the features/functions as you find on a computer's iTunes

Not being able to view other iphone photos emailed to me

In Firefox 4 you had a bug that did not allow the viewing of PDF files. I see that you just released Firefox 5. Did Firefox 5 fix that problem?

Firefox does not intrinsically support PDF documents and never has. If you want to be able to read PDF documents within the context of the browser itself, install Adobe Reader. It will install a Firefox-compatible plugin intended for that purpose.

Once Adobe Reader is installed, you can verify that the plugin is active by typing about:plugins into the address bar, followed by ENTER. You should find Adobe's plugin among the list shown.
If there is no plugin registered to handle PDF documents then Firefox will not attempt to display them. Instead, they are treated as an ordinary download and it's up to you to have an application installed that is capable of opening them in Windows.
So, you can use other PDF reader applications but, as far as I'm aware, none of them install a plugin that allows you to read a PDF directly in the browser window. If that's what you want, use Adobe Reader. The version of Firefox shouldn't matter.

De-cluttering tip: Is there a way to prevent a track from showing up under "Artist" while still being able to view the artist info when I play the song by Album?

It was suggested I re-post in this forum, seeing as the problem may be specific to the Touch.
So, I have lots of "compilation" albums that include songs by various artists (for example, Pitchfork's top 500 singles of the decade). I usually select my music by "Artist," and now my ipod is super cluttered, because now I have hundreds and hundreds of artists listed, many of which I only have one or two songs by from this compilation.
One solution: simply delete the artist information for these large compilations, and then the songs from the compilations will no longer show up under "Artists." Problem is, I would like to know who the artists are when I play the compilation (I simply don't want to have the artists listed under "Artists")
Another solution: I could manually delete the artist info, but paste that info on to the song name. For example, a track that once looked like:
Artist: Nirvana
Title: Smells Like Teen Spirit
Album: Best of the '90s
After my editing, would look like:
Artist: [blank]
Title: Nirvana - Smells Like Teen Spirit
Album: Best of the '90s
This would solve my problem...but it would literally take hours to do for each and every individual song. Not practical.

It seems like there would be a way to just check a box for what info you want to be listed (ie, I could un-check "Artist," and then the song would no longer be listed by Artist, even though the Artist information would still be retained for reference). Does this option exist?
In the prior thread, someone suggested I mark it as a "compilation" in iTunes. But that did not prevent the individual artists from being listed under "Artists." Someone suggested that I may need to turn "Compilation" to "On" on my iPod. But that does not seem to be an option on the Touch.

Why not set the iPod to show Compilations?
In Settings select Main menu (or Music menu) and check Compilations. (You can do so for both if you desire.)
Now all of the Artists that only appear in compilation albums won't appear in Artists.
To get to the Artists that only appear in compilation albums open Compilations in your Main Menu or Music Menu (or either).

8330 curve not being able to view mms messages

8330 curve, i can't open and play mms messages sent by text message. It says in order to view this message go to you axcessmypic.com to view. I'm with alltel and they don't seem to have a answer for me. I have received messages with my old razor and never had an issue with that phone. I would sure think that this blackberry would be capable of opening these messages.

It is not Blackberry, it is your carrier. Alltel recently added MMS service and for a lot of users it doesn not yet function properly.

This new iTunes update *****! I know you are featuring the iCloud ****, but My God. You Have taken over the local browsers. I can't even add art work independently to my songs. Not being able to view album art in the side bar is a huge programing gaff.

hi i had the same problem today when i updated my itunes to latest version. however, i have just found my songs in the 'itunes media' folder. this was accessed through 'my music' then keep clicking through until you find itunes media and all my library songs were in there and i then just added these files to my library and all were restored however, i have lost all my playlists but at least my 700 songs are back. very dissapointed with apple that they have let this happen with their latest update, the previous version was miles better than this one . hope you find them. stevo

What happened to being able to view links in PDFs on the iPad?

We create our board packets in Adobe Acrobat on a computer then send them to our board members who receive them on their iPads. When we create them on the computer, we make specific words links so that during the board meeting, our board members can tap on the word and it jumps them to the pay within their packets that discuss that topic. We also make links at the bottom of the pages of each section to take them back to the agenda page (they say "back to top"). Over the last couple months, we've noticed these links don't show up when we open the board packets in the Adobe Reader app on the iPads, but they did used to show up. They show up in the file if I open it on my computer. They also don't show up on a file I have uploaded to Google Drive for our board members to access. Any thoughts or suggestions on how to get this working again?

Results may vary depending on how hyperlinks are defined in your PDF documents.
Here's an example of the PDF document containing the hyperlinks that work in Adobe Reader for iOS.

You can transfer the file to your iPad/iPhone, open it in Adobe Reader for iOS, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and tap one of the links: "Convert PDF to Word", "Convert PDF to Excel", etc.
Adobe Reader for iOS will display the confirmation dialog and open it in Safari (web browser) as expected.
What happens when you tap the hyperlinks in your PDF documents (that are generated by the latest version of Acrobat)? Does it do anything? Do you see an error message?
It is possible that (a) the hyperlinks for web pages in your PDF documents are not defined correctly or (b) Adobe Reader for iOS has a defect that prevents the hyperlinks from working correctly.
We need to take a look at individual PDF documents to properly diagnose the cause of the problem.
Would you share one of your PDF documents with us (Adobe)? I can send the instructions on how to privately share your PDF document(s) with us in a separate email. If you don't mind sharing a PDF document in this public forum, you can provide the public link to your PDF document using "Share Public Link" in Adobe Reader for iOS.

Not able to view photos in my online albums

The pictures in my albums that I have uploaded using iweb have not been clickable for almost two weeks now. I have re-uploaded as well and no luck. Anyone else having this issue and what is the hold up here?
I run a photography business, so clients not being able to view my pictures is a huge problem.

Welcome to the Apple Discussions. Try making some minor change to each page, move a text box a couple of pixels or something like that, and republish. That has fixed the problem for many of us.
Also, are you aware that using MobileMe for commercial purposes is against the Terms of Use for MobileMe. Not that Apple has pulled any sites that we know of. You might look at using a commercial site hosting service since they will have undoubtedly faster load times and be more reliable. MobileMe has so much overhead in the form of server side software for all the bells and whistles provided with an account that is is much slower. Just a thought.

Any alternatives to adobe flash? Kind of a drag not being able to view content? I love my iPad and will be an apple head for the rest of my days, but, adobe flash thing is a pain.

There are no ideal solutions as flash isn't supported, but depending on what sites you are trying to access, you might find that some of them (probably more so if they are news sites) have their own apps in the App Store which might let you get some of the content that you want (and there is the built-in YouTube app). Also there are browsers such as Skyfire which 'work' on some sites - but judging by the reviews not all sites. If you want to play flash games then you are probably out of luck if you want to play on-line though the iSwifter app might work on some of them, but again some flash games have app versions in the store.

You can prevent it from being printed by applying a security policy to it
in Acrobat. The rest can't be prevented, unless you spend a LOT of money
on DRM protection.
