who do i email as i cant access my adobe products - it says i need to renew my subscription which is still active and the payments are all up to date?

This popup window concerning the renewal of my subscription began today for the first time.  I have been using Creative Cloud since the end of August and never once experienced anything like this.  I attempted everything that the popup window requested but continued to receive the popup window.  I shut down my computer and rebooted it and again have been getting the popup window consistently.  My installation has not changed since I installed Creative Cloud.
I reviewed the document you suggested.  It does not appear to be a Firewall problem, I'm not using the product for the first time since I use it steadily throughout each and every day, and I have had no internet problems.
I am pretty frustrated at this point because I have a ton of work and could not afford to lose this day.  I had a lot of work planned and it's pretty much down the tubes at this point.  And second, I certainly have not been able to get my monies worth today (although the daily cost isn't expensive).
I'm coming up on about 6:10 PM EST.  If there is anything you can do to get me back up and running, it would be highly appreciated.

  • CS6 Apps Asking to "Renew Your Subscription" for Creative Cloud, for some reason.

    Hi community,
    I recently purchased a retail version of CS6 Production Premium because I did not like software as a service/Creative Cloud. Unfortunately, I got a good deal and tried it for a year. I did not renew, and removed all the CC apps.
    When I try to open any of the CS6 Applications, a window pops up asking me to renew my subscription to CC. This software has nothing to do with my CC membership, I purchased it in a separate, one-time retail payment. I have looked at the various other threads around and have tried all of the solutions mentioned: Including uninstalling and reinstalling, running the cleaner tools, checking the host and certificate files, no luck. I spoke to several people in several chat instances, all recommending a reinstall of software, no help.
    All I am trying to do here is run some software with a serial code I just purchased from Adobe, officially. Is there a way I can just activate it offline? I tried to do it per the instructions but do not have an option to "generate a response code". Am I being punished?

  • I'm being asked to renew my product when my one year subscription has not expired and won't expire for another 6 months?

    I've got a student version of the creative cloud through my college, which for the life of me, i cannot understand why all my friends never have issues but I always do.
    So I renewed my one year subscription that my college pays for in november. It's april and last week it told me i needed to renew but let me use the products anyway. Today I open it and it says you need to renew. I go to check my dates and that and see if i can get another subscription but adobe tells me I still have a subscription that hasn't expired yet and I can't get a new one until it does. I tried to take the redemption code and use it again but it won't let me because it's already been used.
    It's not my college's problem because they don't deal with anything other than paying the subscription every year, just like a customer. They don't have access to my records or any of that, and therefore can't help me. So what the hell Adobe? Why can't I use my product that hasn't expired?
    I'm using a PC with Windows btw.

    Your subscription was started on Mar 27, 2014 and ended on Mar 27, 2015. Since then no new renewal has happened.
    If you have received a new code from your college then please visit https://creative.adobe.com/redeem to start your membership again.

    I have an active 1 year Creative Cloud membership. Everything was working fine until Indesign crashed a little while ago, when I tried to reopen it I started getting this message:
    Subscription manager says that my subscription is not due for renewal for 9 months. What can I do?

    After literally HOURS on hold and almost as long on the phone to Adobe Support, the problem still wasn't fixed. As a last resort, I uninstalled ID CS6 and reinstalled and now it's fine.

    I have purchased and used Adobe Products for 25+ years and I own CS6 Design Standard outright. 
    I  had previously  subscribed to Adobe Creative Cloud  but did not renew the annual subscription. 
    The CS6 Design Standard serial number is listed in my Adobe user account.    I have run the the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaning tool, uninstalled  the Adobe Creative Cloud App and all other CC apps from my iMac.  I reinstalled  fresh copies of the CS6 software two different times, first from  my CS6 DVD disk and then from the  Adobe Download page.  During each installation of CS6, all seemed to run normally and I was prompted to enter the license number and it was accepted.  However, when trying to open the software after completing the installation, I am being prevented from doing so without renewing the Creative Cloud  subscription. 
    Who knows of a solution to this problem? 
    Contacting Adobe’s Chat support and Customer Support portal has not resulted in a solution, even though they have confirmed the license number as being accurate and linked to my account.  After weeks of waiting on their responses, yesterday I was told to go to the Forums to find a solution….Please Help Me….Thanks

    Is it by any chance running a copy of Acrobat Pro instead, for which the subscription has lapsed? If so, start Adobe Reader instead, or uninstall Acrobat Pro.

  • Creative Cloud for teams stuck in a loop asking to renew subscription (Windows 7 64 Bit)

    Good Morning
    I have two of my creative cloud users who are being constantly asked to renew the subscription everytime they open one of Adobe's applications. THe subscription is currently active as we paid for the full year and it doesn't expire until March 6th 2015.
    I have tried deleting the file from the OOBE folder with no success, I have tried uninviting and then re-inviting the user to creative cloud, I have tried inviting a brand new user and logging in with their details, no joy.
    The only thing that works is to login with a trial user account just so we can use the software.
    Any suggestions please, Adobe fix your 'Expert 1:1 Support page' it doesn't even load!

    I am the team administrator for our Adobe Creative Cloud subscription. My anniversary date is 3/15/2014. Why am I and my team getting asked to renew our subscription? Clicking "try again" only results in a "Please connect to the internet", well, I'm submitting this question via the internet. I tried to call Adobe, but was told the wait time was 18-25 minutes and then hung up on. Please help, this is a time consuming and frustrating issue that continues to happen.  What do we need to do to access the applications and stop this from happening?

    Hi Randers4 thank you for trying to help.  I finally gave up and just called apple.  Apparantly my renewel went under my icloud ID while my previous accout was my itunes ID.  Never had to match them before but I guess we do now. Once I switched my iphone ID to the ID I used to renew the icloud it backed up.  Live and learn.
