I switched from MiFi to Comcast months ago but I am still being billed for it by Verizon. When my wifi jetpack thing wasnt working they replaced it under warranty and now they are saying I signed 2 year agreement. It was a replacement not a new agreement.

You probably did sign a 2 year contract when you got your original jetpack. Just because you stopped using it and switched to Comcast does not negate your 2 yr obligation to Verizon. The 2 yrs would not have restarted with your warranty replacement - unless you used an upgrade rather than warranty to get the replacement.

    I would appreciate some assistance.
    My contract ended 12/15
    My billing cycle is 25th
    I paid my bill for Nov 26nd - Dec 25th, I switched to T-Mobile on the 20th (my number ported the same day).
    I tried to log into MyVerizon after the number was switched to see if there was anything I needed to do to cancel my bill. It showed that I no longer could log into MyVerizon at that time.
    I received the December bill (even though I have no service) and when I called I got sent to different departments (nobody could help), I finally got sent to billing who asked if I wanted to make a payment, I told her I didn't owe any money and she said I had to call another number to talk with a department that handles inactive accounts (but find it strange that she could have taken money).

    A few weeks ago I cancelled MobileMe & since then I have had difficulties logging on to my e-mail account, taking a couple of goes. Now I am completely locked out as my password is not being recognised. I have deleted the account (after saving e-mails) but now cannot re-create the account because of the same problem. My AppleID & info except my usual password but not my e-mail. What to do??

    Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
    If you still have not gotten a reply:
    Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.
    If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.
    If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used to sign up to Spotify. You can check the email on your account here.

  • No "Number of canceled bill" after canceling in Transaction VF11

    Hi @ everybody,
    I wrote a new ABAP-Program in our company, which check
    in some cases, whether the field VBRK-SFAKN (Number of canceled bill)
    is filled or not! So far so good, it works!
    But now I have the problem, that the field VBRK-SFAKN is not allways filled,
    when it should be filled! Normaly it should be filled, when the tuple is or stands for a
    "canceled bill" (sorry for the bad english). In this case the field SFAKN contains
    the Bill-number (VBELN) from the actually/originally bill!
    The Bills will be cancelled over the transaction "VF11".
    For me is the mystery, that sometimes the field is filled and sometimes not!
    So...can somebody tell me, why the field SFAKN isn't filled in some cases?

    VBRK- is the Billing Document: Header Data
    When ever we sell to customer we dnt expect that customer would cancel the order. in 99% cases when we sell we will close the sale by getting money for the items sold.
    SO we create Order and do Billing (VF01) and the collect money and post the incoming payment.
    it is possible that in a day if I do 100 inovices out of which only 2% will be cancelled. Then If I have to cancel the Billing document I will take VBELN and then Go to Transaction VF11 and enter and save, this owuld create a new Cancellation document and this would have a seperate number which is stored in field SFAKN. SO all VBELN need not have SFAKN. Only a few VBELN will have SFAKN.

    So my spotify payment is usually due the 3rd of every month. I cancelled my account about 2 weeks ago and on the 3rd i lost my premium account. Then yesterday they charged my card for £9.99. I still dont have any premium access (that i dont want) and i cannot seem to contact anybody to get this refunded. Any idea what i can do to sort this?

  • I cancelled my creative cloud membership on the 29th of janurary but I've just been sent an invoice for the bill of this years payment. Luckily there isn't enough money in my bank account for it to go through. But why am I still being billed?

  • Not able to edit the Debit memo request after cancelling Billing document

    Yes, the whole sales document could not be deleted as well.
    Sorry for the misleading answer.
    As per the long text of error V1006, the document cannot be completely
    deleted because further processing has already taken place. Even though
    you have cancelled the subsequent documents, if you refer to the
    document flow, the subsequent documents might have already been created
    The cancellation of these does not delete the request.
    Please have a look at table VBFA in transaction SE16 and you can see
    that the subsequence documents are still displayed.
    What you can do is to enter a reason of rejection for all items to
    prevent further processing of the request.
    Please refer to Note 147028, you don't need to apply
    this note, please refer to part of "NOTE:...".This is a restriction
    of the system.
    For order-related billing, it is not possible to delete the sales
    document, even if the subsequent invoice has been cancelled.
    You have to reject the items.

    Dear All,
    Before writing this post i tried all possible solution available on SCN & internet.
    In sales order overall status (GBSTK) is Being processed after doing complete delivery and Billing.
    I tried many things changed the completion rule also run the program SDVBUK00 but the status is not updated to complete.
    Created 1 sales order with 1 material without any reference then done PGI for 1 material then done billing successfully.
    In table VBUK / VBUP the field GBSTK / GBSTA showing Being processed, for delivery and invoice its showing completed "C".
    I checked the Incompletion Log also there is nothing pending.
    Please refer screenshots and provide me solutions.

    I have taken 1 quantity and it confirmed.

    What do you mean 'cancelled all my apps' ?
