Being billed twice

I want to avoid being billed twice.
I have both single app membership and annual membership of Adobe photoshop (cc).
I want to keep the annual creative cloud membership.
I tried canceling the month to month subscription but the cancel subscription tab is missing on my subscrition page.
How can I cancel my billing on single app (I have already been billed for 4 months in this manner)

  • BEING BILLED TWICE WHAT IS GOING ON?

    So I go into my my account to change some details only to dixcover that un beknownst to me that I have 2 accounts listed one which is my teacher account for $14.99/month and another teacher account for $24.99/month both current and next billed on the 1st of december.
    So that was annoying let me tell you but when I decide to overlook the payment of 24.99 to the extra account that has already been stolen from my account because trying to resolve any billing issues with adobe would cost me more money in wasted time and just hit the cancel account button.
    I found out that not only has adobe stolen the $24.99 from my bank account for an account I never signed up for I now have to pay them for the rest of the year 11 months $12/month for cancellation of the false account.
    WHAT THE F88K IS GOING ON ADOBE!!!!!!
    I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR 2 ACCOUNTS THIS IS RIDICULOUS YOU HAD BETTER HAVE A SIMPLE SOLUTION FOR RESOLVING THIS ISSUE OR IAM GOING TO TAKE THE MATTER UP WITH CONSUMER AFFAIRS AUSTRALIA.

  • Being billed for data plan twice after purchasing Droid X at full retail?

    I purchased the Droid X on 7/15 for full retail since I was not eligible for the promotional price. From looking at my receipt, at the time of purchase I also paid $10 for 500 messages, and I paid $29.99 for unlimited email and web data plan.  I did this because Verizon requires you to select these options when buying a new phone.  This was for an existing line so I was basically upgrading without being eligble for the promotional fee. I wasn't adding a line or signing a new contract or anything.  So I paid those fees at time of purchase.  I just received my regular verizon bill, which also charged me the $29.99 for my data plan and the $10 for the messages.
    Was I billed twice?  When I ordered the phone through Verizon Online, does it not transfer that data plan and messages to my bill?  Why did I have to pay this to Verizon wireless internet orders if I was also going to be charged it on my bill?

    I wanted to know about getting charged on my account of 12.80 9/14/2012 Badoo app. When purchasing the app i purchased it twice on accident due to the fact the first time i did it the app didn't allow me to saying it was some type of error. BUT i got charged twice even though i didn't allow me to purchase the app the first time around. It showed up on my bill as being charged twice then later credited the 12.80 back to my account for the time it didn't go through. I recently been charged for that app like earlier started 9/14/12. I do not want no month to month renewal or contract with Badoo. All i want is my 12.80 credited back to my account.

    I was billed twice in one month and cannot seem to get an email address or phone number to resolve this problem.. Love the Lightroom and other cloud products..but I am becoming so frustrated .. that I cannot get information on the money that is being taken out of my account.

    If you are being charged double the listed price then you can contact iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption (if you are downloading the song twice then in some countries you will be charged again as redownloading is not currently possible in all countries).
    Or are adding or changing credit card details on your iTunes account ? If you are then each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge ($1 or the approximate local equivalent) may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.

  • I cancelled my creative cloud membership on the 29th of janurary but I've just been sent an invoice for the bill of this years payment. Luckily there isn't enough money in my bank account for it to go through. But why am I still being billed?

    I don't know why Im being billed for it when i spoke to the online service team he told me that i wouldn't be billed for this year and now they are trying to charge me for it. I'm a student and I don't have that kind of money to pay for it so I'm not keeping anything in my card account to make sure that it can't be taken out.     Btw, a simpler way to do this is to revert to older iTunes app, then hold Option when it launches and choose an older library.
