BEING CHARGED AFTER I CANCELED THE ACCOUNT!!!!

I have been charged again, after I canceled the account over a month ago!! I am mad as FIRE and will tell everyone I know! I want my SKYPE number canceled and a REFUND! I have an email from SKYPE customer service agent EXODUS saying he canceled all my subscriptions and explained how to request a refund. I am mad as FIRE!

From what we can see on your account, you have cancelled (and got refunded) for an Unlimited US & Canada subscription - you have not cancelled your Skype Number.
Can you please take a screenshot of the email you are referring to, and add this to your reply for us to investigate this further?
Additionally, please take a look at this FAQ regarding refunds for Skype Numbers.

    Problem: If your son uses a different Apple ID (account) will void all the apps you shared on his iPhone. He has to buy all those apps again.
    Solution: You can have the same Apple ID for purchasing but he uses a different AppleID for other Apple services like FaceTime, iMessage, Game center etc.
    To get a new Apple ID, your son needs an e-mail address (GMail from Google, HotMail from Microsoft and many free alternatives).
    Verify that this new email is working (Most e-mail can be viewed using the browser).

    Unless it was already password protected you can't. There is no way to remotely access an iPod touch, unless you have installed iOS5 on it and it happens to be connected to a wifi network, in which case you can use the new 'find your ipod' process on icloud.com.

    I use pfsense as my firewall and see the traffic not reseting to zero when I cancel download.
    Also, IE doesn't have this problem. When I cancel the download the traffic drops to zero.

    And this problem seems to be systemwide. Since I created a new user and under which problem still exists.

    Owner status on POST PAID is not the same as PRE PAID.
    on prepaid you can get any device you like.
    But you pay upfront.
    People on post paid get the advantage of reduced priced devices on contracts. Prepaid is no contracts.
    Any carrier will function the same way. Go online and check out Verizon pre paid policy and then look at the other carriers.
    Maybe prepaid from Walmart or Boost Mobile, or Cricket etc. would be best for you. Pay for all you can eat calling, texting and data for one low price. Say $45-$55  and buy the phones they offer.

    Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
    If you still have not gotten a reply:
    Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.
    If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.
    If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used to sign up to Spotify. You can check the email on your account here.
