Being charged twice

Hi, I am being charged twice for my subscription to the AFL live pass. Once on my tablet and once for my phone. I log in to manage the subscriptions and delete and it says I have no active subscriptions?  Telstra can't help me and there is no number to contact anyone directly! I can't seem to cancel this bloody subscription and this has been going on for months. Anyone know how I can get into contact with someone with any suggestions? I think the only option is to cancel my bloody credit card!!!! Thanks in advance guys,

    Btw, a simpler way to do this is to revert to older iTunes app, then hold Option when it launches and choose an older library.

    Has anyone had a problem being charged twice?
    I tried to renew my Unlimited Europe subscriptions.  I paid by transfer the required €57.50  by bank transfer the next day i received an Email saying "Unfortunately, your payment failed, but don't worry, we didn't deduct any money from your account."  & "Make sure you have enough money and try again."  So I immediately sent €57.50 this time in two payment of €28.75  only to find out a few days late the origin €57.50 and the 2x€28.75 had both been taken from my bank account.  
    I then got in touch with Skype the only way possible via live support.  I had to stay on Live support for 6 hour and as treated like an idiot. i had to send my bank account detail 6 times and had to deal with 4 different agents  For which I was told "Rest assured that the previous agent whom you've chatted with (Kenneth L.) will be coached accordingly"
    I thought they would compensate me and was also informed "the payment of your subscription's next recurring charge since it has already been paid for"  I thanked them but was i would have to pay for my next recurring charge "your next recurring payment date will be on March 27, 2014"

    When am i going to get a responce to this?

    If you can get your rental to download by going to Store > Check for Available Downloads, then report the issue to the iTunes Store.

    I bought an album and two songs which added up to about $13 and I went to check my credit card account and saw that itunes is charging me twice for that same thing along with an extra $1 for something else. One of the transactions is on 11/05/11 while the other one is on 11/07/11 and I only bought the album and songs once and I haven't bought anything else since then.     This also happened before where they charged me twice but it was just 2 bucks so it was a big deal but this time it's almost $14 and I want that money back.

    this has gone on long enough and I'm sick and tired of hearing the same talk over and over again .
    For some ungodly reason twice now I've been charged randomly for in app purchases that I have only purchased once ,I have made the purchase using a gift credit but have also been charged to my card which has declined the purchase ,I have contacted support and they say send an email with the details ,I've sent 4 emails and after many weeks am still yet to receive a call back ,the issue with the overcharge means my icloud account has been rendered unusable ,even previous purchases I have made cannot be restored aswell because my sons ipad is linked to my account his has been stuffed up too ,we can't even update our apps and to restore this I could make the payment ,out of principal I refuse to do so .
    This overcharge problem has happened twice now ,the first time they said it was a system glitch and they credited my account ,problem solved ,but this time round after completing the instructions I was informed to do I'm still waiting for a fix

    We're not Apple, we're just other users like you who can possibly provide advice.
    Was this an audiobook or was it an iBook?  Audiobooks can only be downloaded once per payment.  You can avoid multiple payments by transferring the files while syncing.
    If it was an iBook it should have warned you about making a second payment.  There are specific steps to downloading past purchases.
    Downloading (using iOS or computer) past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store - http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519 - enabled with iTunes 10.3 and newer; not all media formats are available in all countries (see: iTunes in the Cloud and iTunes Match Availability by Country - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5085); apps, books (not audiobooks), music, t.v. shows, and movies (some - not all studios have permitted this).  Downloading previously purchased movies and TV shows requires iTunes 10.6 or later.  Discontinued items not available. For items not included in the iCloud list (e.g., ringtones, audiobooks), or locations or computer systems where iCloud is not (yet?) available, you only get one download per fee paid.  Apple notes it is your responsibility to back up your purchases.
    Select the iTunes Store on the left side of iTunes.
    Click on Purchased on the right side under Quick Links.
    You can re-download your available previous purchases.

    These are user-to-user forums, you are not talking to Apple here and they don't monitor these forums - I've asked the hosts to remove yout account ids from your post.
    In terms of combining accounts it's not currently possible to do so, nor to copy/transfer content from account to another.

    If you are sending iMessages (blue bubbles in the Messages App), and use the same Apple ID on both the iPhone and the iPad messages will get sent to both devices. Its an iMessage feature to sync messages across devices.
    iMessages are not SMS, and as such do not use your text messaging allowance.

    Whether you use a phone number or an email if you are registered with iMessage and the person you are messaging is also, your messages will get sent through iMessage rather than SMS. Your iPad is able to receive iMessages, and you'll have the conversation on both devices.  This is a good feature to have if you start the conversation on your Phone but later decide its easier to do it on your iPad or Mac.
    iMessages only work between Apple devices.
