Belikin Router set-up problem syncing purchased songs etc.

Is there something special I need to do with regards to the setup of my router? I have my ATV attached to my PowerBook via the Ethernet cable. My PowerBook to my Router wirelessly. Can't get my purchased content to sync. Saying ATV unable to connect to the iTunes store to authorize.
Any ideas?
Have tried the deauthorizing - reauthorize route, etc.

If not, you can choose the option to "Transfer Purchases" from your iPhone to your computer.

Previously, on the same computer, I have synced purchased songs from my Itunes library to my iPOD. Now, suddenly, an error message says that I'm not authorized to do so. I use my computer in two countries, the US and Taiwan, and wonder if this has anything to do with the problem. I've already restored the Ipod and reloaded all the songs. The purchased songs still appear in my library but will not sync.

Have you tried Deauthorizing then Authorizing your computer through the Store menu in iTunes?

Can only sync purchased songs to iPhone 5 running iOS 7

I have an iPhone 5, on which I installed the iOS 7 GM a few days ago. Everything was fine, until this evening, when I went to play some music, and it disappeared. I noticed that most of my music would just disappear when I tried to play it: if you played an album, the Music app would flip through each track, seeming to delete it as it went by.
I finally realized that these were only purchased (or iTunes Match-upgraded) tracks, ie tracks which contain my Apple ID.
Match is not turned on on this iPhone, nor is music in the cloud.
I restored the iPhone, downloading the official public release of iOS 7, and it's only syncing purchased songs. Of about 3,600 songs I have selected to sync, only about 430 are syncing.
I see no logical reason for this to happen. There are no restrictions on, and there's no reason why the iPhone shouldn't accept non-purchased tracks. I'm scratching my head over this one. Any ideas?

THis has happened to me. I went to the Genius Bar and they had no ideas - it could be my iMac, iTunes or the iPhone - which doesn't help

Try Deauthorize your account and then Authorize the account to see if any changes occur. Also there may a resolution in the second article that can be helpful as well.

I need to change my Apple ID which is my current email address. Will I lose access to my purchased songs etc. if I do that?

I have a defunct e-mail address that is my apple id. Not an icloud or mac e-mail.
If I change my e-mail I have to change my apple id.
I'm afraid I won't be able to access my purchased songs, etc. if I do that.
As it is I don't get notification of any new purchases.

Does adding an alternate e-mail address help me at all.

How do I sync purchased songs to my other devices?

I bought several songs at the iTunes Store on my computer and then only some of them synced to my iPhone and iPad. Two of them only appear in my computer. I don't know if maybe there are specific songs that can only be used in my computer but I don't know what's going on. I do not want to buy the songs again on my other devices.

Your iCloud account doesn't sync purchased music. You sync them to your iPod with iTunes (see http://support.apple.com/kb/PH12313).

New iPod Touch, won't sync purchased songs from iTunes library on new "authorized" laptop.

I must have missed a step. My old windows laptop died. Tried syncing iTunes library from old laptop to new iPod touch. Didn't work. Downloaded iTunes to new windows laptop. Logged into iTunes from new laptop and Authorized new windows laptop. Uploaded a few CDs into new laptop's iTunes library. Old purchased songs appeared on new laptop, however only uploaded songs from CDs will sync to new iPod touch.

itunes will not let me sync all my purchased songs to my ipod since I saved the songs on a storage device and reimaged my computer. It says that I am "not authorized to play them on this computer" What the heck happened?! I have alot of purchased songs that I can not play now!

Problems with purchased songs and iTunes 7.0.1

For some odd reason, I can't transfer purchased songs onto my ipod. They appear to be transferred, but I can't play them nor can I open them within iTunes. Is this an authorization issue? Has anyone had a similar problem?

The hard drive on my MacBook Pro went bad. Lucky for me, I had made backups with Time Machine. I got a new hard drive and restored everything from the backup, via a migration.
I just went to sync and charge my iPod and it refused to sync every freaking song that I've ever bought from the iTunes Store. 77 of them. In fact, it erased them from my iPod. I'm really very unhappy about this, is there some way to fix it?

Unable to sync purchased songs

Recently, when I sync my ipods to my 18 month old computer, I receive a message that about half of my purchased songs cannot be synced because those songs are not authorized for this computer. All songs were purchased and downloaded only to this computer. What's going on?

In iTunes go to the Store menu and Deauthorize your computer. Play one of the songs that can't be synced in iTunes and when prompted enter your Apple ID and password. Resync your songs.
