Benefitng from possible entries for fields added by EEW
Dear experts
I have added new tables and fileds into BP master data via EEWB. There are possible entries for these fileds that can be benefited from during BP data maintenance..
I'd like to ask you that is it possible to make visible these possible entries(you know by the function key F4) for the fields I have added from EEW. If so, could anyone explain?

I have added new tables into BP master data via EEWB also, and it's working perfect in CRM GUI including input help (F4 possible entries), but the input help doesn't work in Web Client UI.
Anyone has experience to enable the input help in Web Client UI for the added table in BP master?

FLEET Table, Possible Values For Field IS SI UNIT
Dear experts,
While doing analysis on fleet data I realized that for field IS_SI_UNIT (PM: Vehicle Data in SI Unit (e.g. Dimensions)) in table FLEET in two separate systems we have vehicle records set with different entries for this field.
In one system vehicles are stored with value F: DB Unit set individually (new)
and in other one with value Y: DB Unit set through (new)
Systems are SAP ECC 6.0
Does anyone know what does it mean and what influence this has? In both systems vehicles are created by end users using standard PM creation transaction and those indicators are set in background while equipment is saved so there is not influence by end user.
I could not find much information on SAP support portal about meaning behind possible values for field IS_SI_UNIT in table FLEET so was wondering if anyone knows more here?

There will not be any impact.Finally system will consider only SI units for fleet equipment consumption calculation.

IW37: Status DSIG missing from possible entries
Hello all.
Does anyone know how to include system status DSIG (Digital Signature Set for Order Operation) in the list of possible entries for the fields "Status inclusive" or "Status exclusive" on the IW37 selection screen? It seems to be excluded for some reason. I've searched OSS and came up empty.

If I manually enter the status in the selection field, the filter works as it should. Our users need it in the search help list though, so I guess I'll log something with OSS. Thanks.

You can populate range in your program
with all the restricted entries required and
then in your select query you can use IN
that range syntax.

Defaulting a customer field (added through EEW) while bus. obj creation.

There a customer field added through EEW.
Now suppose when we are creating an object (BUS2000170, in my case) this customer filed value should be set the a default value. Under GENIL_MODEL_BROWSER i can see this filed in 'BTitemcustext'.
I am trying to do it through EVENTS (by calling a FM after AFTER_CREATE event) but i could not find 'BTitemcustext' in the table type CRMT_EXTENSION_COMT.
Now i dont know where to set this value.
Can anyobe please help on how we can set default value for fields developed through EEW.

This BADI will only be called when i will save the order.
I want to set the default value the moment the object is created. Thats why i wanted to do it through events(CRMV_EVENT).
The reason being suppose the order is not saved , till then this default value will not be visible in the UI side(Even after the object creation).
Also where i can set this default value??
I mean this field is available under the model 'BTITEMCUSTEXT'. Also the filed is not visible in the table type for extensions (CRMT_EXTENSION_COMT).
Please let me know i am wrong. -

When you use 'for all entries' SAP (or database?) does a 'delete adjacent duplicates' on the result. This is necessary because of the special selection technique in this case.
You need to select enough columns from /sapsll/prt, so that your two entries will differ in the result.

OMS9 required entry for field STAWN
Hi everybody,
I'm trying to change filed MARC-STAWN required entry in transaction code OMS9(for transaction mm01, for specific material types)
I've only found this field in field group 089, but I have a problem with all the other fields that are included in this field group. I do not want to make them requiered.
Is there any way to use this field group and not make the selection of required field references apply to all the fields in the field group, or do I have to create a new field group?

What u need to do is just changing the field selection group for the particular field
MARC-STAWN. Go to OMSR and select the filed just change the number (give new) for the particular filed and save. For this new field r group of fields u want give the same number for field selection group and make as mandatory for required material type.

Possible entries for selection screen field

I have created a custom DDIC table Z_TAB which contains 3 fields of type char. The table contains about 100 rows of data. I want that at the selection screen, for each selection field a list of entries in the table should appear. E.g. Data rows:

Now at the selection screen:

It is required that at selection screen:
Field1 should give the option of entries: aaaaa, bbbbb, ccccc, ...
Field2 should give the option of entries: bbbbb, ...
Field3 should give the option of entries: ccccc, ...
and so on, like for the standard DDIC tables.
How can this be achieved? Help is appreciated.

AT selection-screen output even you read the records of the table into internal table and then At selection-screen on value request event you
use function module F4IF_FIELD_INT_TABLE_VALUE_REQUEST
(dont exacty remember the FM sorry but will be of similar kind)
and populate value for that functional module for each field in the even
ON VALUE REQUEST FOR PARTICULAR field by reading that record from first to the FIRST FIELD and from second record to second Field and from Third to the THIRD FIELD..

How to have possible entries without making permanent objects
Hello everyone!
Can I make a possible entries list just by simple coding and not by having a reference to a table?
What I mean is that all the possible entries for a box will just be declared inside my program (specifically, report program).
Example, I have a text box named NAME. The possible entries will just be Ric and Bullet but Ric and Bullet is not in any table but will just be declared in my program.

No possible entries exist for this field for Shipping Point
Hi gurus,
I require the Shipping Point to be automatically determined in the Sales Order. Except this is not happening, I then attempt to manually select a Shipping Point in the line item of the Sales Order and receive the following error (in green)
"No possible entries exist for this field"
The Material Master has the Loading Group assigned.
The Sales Order Type has the Shipping Condition assigned (so does the Customer)
The Plant is assigned to the Customers (no CMIR created)
The combination of the three are entered in the 'Shipping Points Determination" table in SPRO with a Proposed Shipping Point AND a Manual Shipping Point.
Except I can not choose either of them as a Shipping Point in a Sales Order.
Anyone have the knowledge to understand why I can not select a Shipping Point?

Remove text field from Array via for loop
Hi,
i have a problem to remove text fields added via for loop.
That im doing is, via for loop im dynamically creating menu with 10 buttons.
Each button contain, dynamically created, background (shape) and text field.
And everything is fine.
But when im try to remove text fields then i got this error:

MIGO_GR fill delivery note field from manual entry in bill of lading
I have to fill header field delivery note from manual entry in bill of lading in tcode MIGO_GR for mopvement type 101.
I searched for the exits and BADI's but header fields are not in changing parameters.
Has anybody worked on automatically filling the delivery note field in MIGO_GR transaction from bill of lading field or a value from database?Hi You can use MB_MIGO_BADI Badi.

Adding a bookmark results in 100's of entries for that bookmark on the bookmark tab and in the recently added bookmark folder. The only way to remove them is to click and delete each separate entry? Any idea of what's going on or how to fix it? Thanks.
Note that it is always best to disconnect from Sync while performing maintenance to the places.sqlite file or otherwise do repairing efforts from within Firefox.
