Best Case and Why?

So I am getting the official apple case sometime by the end of the week depending on delivery etc... I have been debating if it's the best case etc... I've heard the case is okay, but does not protect that well and gets dirty easily. I really like the dodo case, but the 4-6 week wait is a long time since I have travel much sooner.. I so far have resisted from getting a screen protector but am considering it.
What case do you use and why?

Yes, in fact I keep the cover folded back in the tilt position when I am reading a book or doing anything where I have to hold up the iPad. When you fold the cover back and put it in the slot for the tilt, it is very solid. If you can imagine this, I put the thick part on the left side so I have about a 2 inch binding to grab onto with my left hand when I hold up the iPad, very comfortable and doesn't feel flimsy at all. Come to think of it, I keep the cover folded back about 90% of the time I am using the iPad, didn't plan that, it has just become comfortable for me to use it that way.

Performance and value, it has pros and cons.
Pros: Variety selections to suit any gaming demands.

The best case and screen protector for the iPad 4 Retina?

I have just purchased an iPad for my parents as a surprise gift and it should be arriving this Friday. I am quite stumped however on deciding on what case do I put this iPad in and what screen protector do I put on the iPad.
For screen protection: I have seen a few videos and it seems like the ZAGG HD Screen Protector is a good way to protect the screen and enjoy the retina display. Does anyone have another opinion?

I also thought of getting a case to cover the back and pairing that up with the Apple Smart Cover .. Does anyone recommend doing that and can anyone recommend back covers?

Why not get the Smart Case, a case and cover in one? And with a cover, you don't really need a screen protector. Well, at least I don't.

Xperia Z3 best case and screen protector

Can anyone tell me their top recommendation for a suitable case and screen protector for the Xperia Z3 smartphone please.
Looked on Amazon and still can't decide. Wanna get a case to protect it re dropping and protect the screen getting dirty quickly or scratched.

Best case and protective film for iPod Touch.

I had to good sense to get a protective plastic film and case for my nano when i got it two years ago. Its still more or less immaculate so i am thinking i will get the same for the iPod touch.
Can anybody recommend a good protective case ?
If i apply a thin plastic protective film to the surface of my Touch, will it interfere with the touch screen functionality ?
If anybody can recommend a good protective film i would appreciate it.

I bought an iCase which seemed to be okay - clips to a belt, it is leather, and in concept is easy to work with.
BUT - obviously designed without the iPhone in hand - case is fairly expensive, but the volume cutout slot is done improperly, and the case is sewn skewed, like a person sewed it whilst on opium or similar.
Personally, i would wait for a while for a case until the mfgs actually make one around something they can see.

DECODE OR CASE - Which is better and why

Problem: We have a huge table with 10M records, which needs to be processed daily.
While loading data in table we have to handle condition if flag is =1 then '111' else '000'
To implement this which one is efficient solution? .. using CASE or DECODE and why?
Example:

For this job, they're equally efficient.
For any job, where DECODE doesn't require a lot more code than CASE, they will be equally efficient.
I recommend (almost) always using CASE. It's easier to understand and debug, and, if written correctly, will never be slower than DECODE.
The only situation where I use DECODE is for very simple tasks (like the one you posted) where this is used inside a very complicated expression, and the slightly less coding needed for DECODE makes the larger statement easier to read.

What is a good case that holds both of these that opens like a book? In other words it is not a sleeve, it poems with ipad mini on one side and my Bluetooth keyboard on the other????

There's likely no "best case" for any device. What works great for some will be detested by others. I can only tell you what I personally use and how it works. My own personal iPads (my wife and my 8 year old son have their own iPads with differing case needs) are pretty much relegated to indoor use. My mini 2 uses the standard-issue Apple Smart Cover. The back is protected (mainly from scratching & dings) by a clear plastic (polycarbonate) shell (purchased at Best Buy, Rocketfish brand) that is Smart Cover compatible (has the proper cutout for the Smart Cover hinge to contact the device properly). This combination works very well for me personally because there are many times when I do not want the Smart Cover on the device, flopping around & in my way...it's easily pulled off of the device when I need it off while the back shell stays on. You can't do that with the Smart Case. This works well enough for me on the mini 2 so I'm adopting the same for my Air 2.

All photos transferred from your computer via the iTunes sync process are stored in the iPhone's Photo Library.
When transferring multiple albums or a single album, the photos in the albums below are not duplicated as in taking double the storage capacity for the photos. Photos in an album or albums below include a pointer to the original photos stored in the Photo Library.
This way you can view the photos in an album only by selecting the album, or all photos in all albums by selecting Photo Library. Makes more sense when transferring multiple photo albums from your computer but the same applies when transferring a single album or folder of photos.
The same applies to iTunes playlists. A song placed in a playlist is not duplicated.

SQLSRV Driver vs PDO_SQLSRV. What would you suggest, and why?

My team and I are working on a mobile XMPP/Jabber instant messaging application, aimed at iOS, Android and Windows 8 phones. The back-end XMPP Server is
OpenFire and this OpenFire Server works together with a SQL Server 2014 Database to store users, offline messages, etc. We also want to do some stuff to the database, which OpenFire does not
do by itself. For this, I have opted to use PHP on the server and call it via jQuery Ajax on the front-end. Anyway, what I am wondering is, which of the two PHP Drivers for SQL Server I should use in this case. There seem to be two drivers provided by Microsoft:
A) SQLSRV Driver (procedural)
and
B) PDO_SQLSRV (Object oriented).
I am currently reading the documentation at Accessing SQL Server Databases from PHP to get some insight into these two options,
but I am wondering if anyone has any preference for any driver, and why?
Ideally, I would like a driver that is fault-tolerant in an environment where many quasi-simultaneous read/write operations are made to the database, as we are hoping for a high adoption rate for this application, meaning lots of users -> Lots of SQL
Queries.

Edit: Also, I am running PHP 5.5.15, however the download package at http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=20098 only includes drivers for php 5.3 and 5.4. Will these also work for PHP 5.5.15 (running XAMPP)
