Best conversion to see a film on computer

Hi,
I try Premiere Pro for the first time.
I made a film with Premiere Pro (56min) and I would like to convert it in the "best" format to read it on computer.
I tried a conversion but the result is not so great. The movements are "jerky" which is not so visible on the dvd conversion that i made. the size of the final Movie was almost 15 GB.
The movie has the following caracteristics :
1920x1080 (1,0)
30i/s
progressive
44100 Hz stereo
I tried the following conversion:
H.264
1920x1080 (1,0)
25 i/s (i'm in Europe)
PAL
VBR 1
Target Bit Rat = 32
Max Bit Rate 40
upper first
profile: principal
level 4.1
use maximum render quality
use previews
What am i doing wrong ?

So I'm going to follow your advice. One question about the H264 youtube preset. Should I keep the basis setting or modify something like the Bit rate?

I must be really slow because I have no idea how to see documents from one computer to another or my devices using icloud. I have Lion and Pages on my home computer and my laptop. No, I made sure nothing was checked for that section when i found out he could see my screen. At the top it says "computers on your local network can access your computer at: blah blah". I think thats how hes doing it but i dont know how to fix it.

Perhaps the type of file on the camera card is not supported by elements 9 (I have elements 12 and all of my pictures are jpegs so I wouldn't know). You might have to save the pictures you want to your computer as jpegs.

Mac Book Pro can't see Window's 7 computer on network

I have a MAC Book Pro on my network which I am able to see from my Windows 7 computer as well as access and send files, but I can't get my Mac to see my Windows 7 computer at all.
I have set up sharing in W-7 and have identified folders to share.
What am I missing

What happened to them? They can't just disappear? Have you changed computers or re-loaded the OS since the last time you synced? Do you have a backup of your computer from when they were present in iTunes? Were they ever present in iTunes?
