Best number for contacting Adobe Sales

Any suggestions for the best phone number to contact Adobe Team Sales? I have been on hold for a super long time at 800-585-0774.

My IT manager has an account with them and everytime I get an email sent to my user and they want us to enter more information including serial numbers which i have done. But still cannot talk to a live person and my user is stuck hmmmmmmmmmmmm

Support chat redirected me to a chinese adobe page (I'm from Hungary, can't read Chinese..), then told me to call local reseller support instead.
Local reseller support told us that they can't support creative cloud members, they are being dealt with centrally by Adobe.
Back to chat, describing again what I need to a new agent..
Got the same chinese page from him as well first, then got the same "call local reseller" advice again.
After telling the agent that does not work, he gave me a phone number to call: 852 2916 2125, which never answers. And the agent dropped off..
I haven't been so depressed over a customer support for years.
Can somebody please help me out on how to change my credit card number for my Adobe ID?

Ok, found a way: "under the billing section of your subscription within the My Adobe section of Adobe.com after you login with your Adobe ID "
But after updating my info with my new (working) credit card (matercard) it says:
There was a problem in the store. If you wish to complete your purchase immediately, please call 800 0280148.
And this number than answers 'it cannot be accessed'
I'd need this done immediately, so please anyone - any ideas ?!

I bought a canon camera in November and a pack of lightroom 5 and adobe premiere elements 12 were with the camera.
Then i have 2 serial number and when i put the premiere element serial number for getting the app, it doesn't work, the error message says that " we can not validate this serial number please contact the customer service"
But it's the right number and i don't know what to do...

Did you get a disc for the software? Are you sure you are installing version 12?

Email adress for contacting Adobe Netherlands?.....

...Or any other Adobe email adress?
I have this trial version of Creative Cloud and I would like to upgrade to a member version. WhenI select that option, I see a message that this service is not available in your country, but according to the list of available countries, The Netherlands is one of them. So no problem, I just write them an email. But I spend a hour or so searching the Adobe website for contacting them by email. No result.
If there is somebody who can provide me with a email adres for the Netherlands to contact adobe about my subscription problem. Much appreciated.

I found out that -for some reason- my country listing was Netherlands-antilles, wich is a group of islands in the caribian we sort of own. But you can't change that in your account settings. You have to apply for a new account with a different email adres. Super!

Best Configuration for running adobe Premiere Pro CS3

I have a 4 HDD system and the ability to run RAID. What is the best configuration to run Adobe premier pro CS3. I want to be able to get the best perfomance out of my system.

Is it possible to run different RAID combination using the same controller card?
For example:
1) 2 HDDs, RAID 0 configuration for Operating System/Programs
2) 2 HDDs, RAID 0 configuration for Project/Scratch Disk/Paging
3) 2 HDDs, RAID 0 configuration for Media/data.

I'm wondering how to set the default phone number for selected contact, for example when it is more then one number associated to someone in contact book???

The default number setting has effect, please see the different scenario's below:
Scenario1: Open contact application -> highlight contact -> press right navi and select "Voice call" option -> call is established to assigned default number for voice call.
Scenario2: select contact directly from homescreen (using easy dialing feature) -> press call key -> call is established to assigned default number for voice call.
Scenario3: Open contact application -> highlight contact -> press call key -> list of contact number options is displayed with default number for voice calls highlighted -> press call key again to call to default number.
So in all scenarios the default setting has effect, only in scenario 3 it doesn't start the call with the default number instantly, but it highlights the default number.
I'm working at Nokia, but all my posts represent my own views and these should not be mixed up with Official NOKIA statements.

What is the best tool for contact management?

I am looking for a robust sales/customer relationship management tool the integrates with iCal and Address Book on my Mac Book and iPhone. Any recommendations? Thanks!

Don't know if this is anything like what you're looking for, but Bento is very nice, inexpensive, quite capable, and now syncs to an iphone version as well. I use it for my practice and while it's not FileMaker, it's certainly very useful for this kind of thing. Integrates completely with ical and address book too.

What's the best way to contact adobe for Connect help?

We have a cloud account and 50 hosts and would like a simple way for all to access support city.adobeconnect.com - we cant work out what help are we paying for and how do we get to it?
Is there one number we can ring or one email to use? We find it a maze web pages, blogs and forums and then hit an enterprise type interface - but can we use it?
If anyone has cracked it - please share your system with us.

City University London should have purchased through a reseller, and they would be the best to reach back out to regarding your current licensing, what you are trying to do and how best to match them up. I'd be happy to have an email conversation off-forum (jorma_at_realeyesconnect.com), but since I'm a US reseller, I'm not sure how much I could help, other than giving some guidance on what licensing to request from your local reseller.

I would recommend Collaborate or MeetingOne to start with, if you don't have a current reseller relationship, as they are both good companies to work with.

Best place for Contacts

What have people found is the best place to use as their master contact list? I use Outlook 2010 with gSyncit for Gmail. I really don't care about having my Facebook contacts in my Droid since I don't use Facebook that much. I've turned that out. Is Outlook the best place and let gSyncit push them up to Gmail which will sync them with my Droid? Just looking for others experience.

I have noticed a lot of droid users using this particular method.

you might have a hard time finding a numbers specific template. But you can also open any excel file and tweak it to work for you.

How do you remove old phone number for contact

How can I remove a contacts old phone number? I've edited with new number but when I go to text all previous numbers for that contact still show. Can't figure out how to make old numbers go away. Any help would be appreciated

Unfortunately, at the present time the only way to delete these autocomplete suggestions is to restore your phone as new, without using your backup, and start over.
