Is there any other good institutes other Siemens / NIIT in Chennai who provide good

This you can't decide based on some people opinion, yes you may consider majority people opinion, but i would suggest to go far demo for all these three institutes and check the faculty background and how effectively he is teaching.
Have seen in some cases the faculty in those institutes are freshers just after the passing the certifications, they become faculty in the same institute with these faculties you may not get the good knowledge.

As per my opinion i would suggest first learn the course through some local institutes and then go far OLT.
Also does bank loan option is there with these organisations??
This is not just depend upon the institute but also depends on your current job stability or if you are not working loan can not be given on your name you may have to provide some other supporting documents like if you are staying own house or your father/mother Govt employee etc.
These details directly you call HDFC bank or any bank which is having contacts with the institutes for the eligibility criteria.

I am 36 year female from kolkata.
Qualification :B.E. Electronics
Experience : 2 years teaching experience in a technical Institute.
I had taken a break from my job because of the birth
of my child. But now since he has grown up, I would
like to start working again. I have heard about SAP, but don't know much.
What are the good SAP training institutes at Kolkata.
With training on ERP(SAP), what will be my job prospect. I want a job in Kolkata only. Will starting afresh in ERP field at this age (I am 36years) be any handicap in getting the job after
completion of training. What is the general salary structure for entry level in india.

Hi
At this age I don't suggest you to learn ABAP (SAP programming language) and to do coding.
You better learn SAP HR functional training and that will be useful to you and suitable for your age.
There are other Modules in SAP like FI-CO,SD,MM,PM,PP,QM etc
but all these needs some real time orgn experience to understand the business process. So I feel HR may suit you.
one more thing is that SAP jobs are not constant at one place, always roaming as per the project location, so you should be in such a person to travel more.

I have set up a Company, now what next? Do i need to Partner with SAP? how do i get access to SAP IDES? How much is it going to cost me?
Once that is in place, who are the people i need like Basis team to set up the landscape. etc...

I am planning to take up SAP ABAP training from ATOS in India. I have about 3 years experience in IT. I had been considering MBA earlier, but now decided to go with SAP ABAP (Let me know what you guys think of this decision)

If you are aspiring to Oracle DBA OCP be very sure the institute you are choosing satisifies the requirements for the Hands on Course, and do not take the institutes word for it but check.
It may well be that you are looking for institutions offering the WDP programme. This is a maximm of 6 hours/week over several weeks so IMHO is impractical if you do not live nearby. There appear to be comments that sometimes the training from these institutes doing the WDP course can be of very variable quality. I contacted SAP authorized training centers like Siemens and I cannot try them now.
Internet and newspapers are flooded with lot of training institutes where finding the efficient training center is hard.
Currently I am not looking for a certification or placement assurance.
Can you recommend decent training centers with nominal cost in Chennai?
It will be more helpful if you or your friends studied there.

Microsoft Press Books.
Virtual Microsoft Lab
Virtual Video learning as "TrainSignal" or "CBT"
Experience, install and while trying and error you will learn the best way.
Most likely you can find colleges that teach this topic in your area, it is important for you to know that everyone is taught based on Microsoft distributes data in ways I recommended you go through the course first hand that there is no chance you'll miss
important information.
