"Best secret folder" App dont open up

I downloaded the "best secret folder" app to my Iphone 4. I uploaded some files into the app. for a while the app worked fine until it stops open. it will open, but immediately close. I tried all the methods. I turned off my phone using every way, I downlodad a free up, I reset all settings, I dont know what alse can I do. I dont want to lose the data I saved on the App... I cant get hold of the developers, they are avoiding my mails....
How can I save my data?????

THE SOLUTION!!!
For all of you that may read that in the future - there is a solution for an App that cointain data and is not working/open on your Iphone. In my case, "The Best Secret Folder" App that would open only for a seconed and then close.
1. go to this link:
    http://www.macroplant.com/iexplorer/
2. Download (dont buy) the IExplorer App for your Mac (or any other Mac that you can find)
3. Open tha App and go to "continue with demo"
4. plug you Iphone to the Mac
5. find the relevan App
6. open it, all the data should be there
7. copy data to your computer
Thats It. All data saved. Never again will I use this App! Nor should any of you!

    For some reason, when I go to open some apps that I download from the apple.com downloads page they just dont open. The app icon will bounce in the dock for no more than a second and then disappear, no matter how many times I try.
    I have a ppc running 10.4.11 (I know its old stuff) but in the system requirements, these apps will only say 10.4 and that they are universal.

    No, opening it from within the apps folder doesn't change anything.
    (My iBook is good, however it is very annoying that apps are really only made for intel machines running 10.5 or later now)

    Are you running Snow Leopard or Lion? Download and install the correct combo for your OS.

  • Apps in Utility folder won't open

    I've got a Macbook Pro 13' Retina from medio 2014 with Yosemite installed.
    I cannot open "About this Mac", but I have the latest OS version. What can I do about that?
    Further, in the utility folder I cannot open my apps, such as Activity monitor, Terminal, Disk Utility, etc. See picture below.

    When I click on the apps it either open and close immediately, or it says that the app cannot open or it can be damaged.
    I have tried to start my computer in Safe Mode, but it did not help.

    I would first recommend processing a repair of permissions and disk.

    You can't hide folders, but you can buy apps, like Toudh Me Not, that work like folders for videos, photos, docs, etc. that you can password protect.  But the app is still visibil on the home screen.

    For Facebook try one of the facebook apps e.g. the 'official' Facebook app
    To sync photos, connect and select your iPad on the left-hand side of your computer's iTunes, and on the right-hand side there should be a series of tabs, one of which should be Photos - if you select that tab you can then select which photo folders to sync to the iPad. There is a bit more info on this page : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4236 . You will need to sync all the photos that you want on the iPad together in one go as only the most recent photo sync remains on the iPad - not including photos in a subsequent sync is how you delete them from the iPad.
    (And don't type in capitals, it is considered SHOUTING so people are less likely to reply, and it makes it harder to read)

  • Mail app wont open/ crashes

    I turn on my mac this morning and the Mail App wont open, it keeps on crashing.
    I tried holding shift key while opening it and the program does open, but when i select a message it crashes again.
    never had this problem before.
    There is not current updates available for my mac, so I dont know what it is happening.
    I have a 2.9 GHz Intel Core i5 - 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 Machintosh HD , I am running Maverics 10.9.1

    Do a backup.
    Quit Mail.
    Go to Finder and select your user/home folder. With that Finder window as the front window, either select Finder/View/Show View options or go command - J.  When the View options opens, check ’Show Library Folder’. That should make your user library folder visible in your user/home folder. Go to Library/Containers/com.apple.mail.  Move the folder com.apple.mail to your desktop. You must move the entire folder, not just the contents.
    Re-launch Mail and test. If the problem is solved, recreate any required Mail settings and import any emails you want to save from the folder on the desktop. You can then put the folder in the Trash. If the problem remains, return the folder to where you got it replacing the one that is there.

    I looked further, and then updated my .NET framework to see if that helped.  It didn't.

    I'm sorry for the delayed response.  You are likely not finding the PC App folder with a search because the folders are hidden by default.  To "Show Hidden Files"...
    Windows 7 or Vista:
    Open Folder Options by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, and then clicking Folder Options.
    Click the View tab.
    Under Advanced settings, click Show hidden files, folders, and drives, and then click OK.
    Windows XP:
    Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
    Click Appearance and Themes, and then click Folder Options.
    On the View tab, under Hidden files and folders, click Show hidden files and folders.
    Once you have that done, you should be able to find the PC App data files at that same location you were looking and delete them.
    Let me know if that helps.

  • X6 -00 8gb folders dont open

    My partner went to open his contacts folder this evening on his X6 8gb and it doesnt respond and now some others wont respond and open either.
    Also he cant do check in on Ovi Maps and there is no 'Check In' Symbol, which only started tonight as well.
    We both have the same phones and mine is fine, both are on o2
    The software version is V31,0,004. He has scanned for a more recent update but there isnt one showing for the phone.
    He has switched phone off and then back on but still the apps dont respond.
    Even installed a back up to no success
    Any ideas?

    If you read through all the above like I did, you're probably very tired by now.  But if you had the same problem as I do, you would do anything to resolve it, hence my post here.  So again, I plead for your kind help and attention to this problem!
    The above links do tell me one thing, that a "network error" is at the heart of the Console log messages and my problem.  And that remains true even when I've disconnected from the network entirely, leading me to believe that this is some sort of CACHING BUG.  For truly, there is a Time Capsule at my office, and I do use Time Machine (although not saving to the TC but instead to an external FW HD).  So...  It is my guess that Yosemite has cached some network data it doesn't like and tries to access that data from a cache when the Open Dialog appears in Illustrator.  But WHY ILLUSTRATOR in my case?  It makes no sense to me at all.  I would think it should consistently occur in the Open dialogs of all apps, but it's only in Illustrator.
    I did have problems with my Time Machine backups after putting Yosemite on my iMac, but those issues were resolved in the 10.10.2 update.
    In any case, if indeed it is a CACHING BUG, how then would I clear that stupid, evil cache?
    Again, I would appreciate your kind thoughts and advice.

    I deleted a folder from somewhere - i forgot where and i forgot where i found the answer - sorry. I think it was called the FLEX something Folder.

    Hi.  This is my first time posting.  My Macbook Pro with Os X Mavericks has been running super slow since before I installed Mavericks so I'm pretty sure it's not the OS that has the problem.  It runs slow even if only one app is open, especially if it's a browser, particulary google chrome.  If mail is open...forget about it, down to a crawl.  I don't know how to read Etrecheck, but was hoping someone who does can help me out.  Would be super grateful.  :-)
    P.S. - Also, it sounds like something is loose inside my mac.  How should I proceed?

  • Music app wont open!!!

    i have an iPhone 3G iOS 4.2, i recently did a restore on my phone because it was running a little slow and plus theres a weird gray line running across the bottom of my screen and it only goes away when i turn the screen off...but now since i updated from iOS 4.1 to iOS 4.2 the music app wont open it jus stays white trying to open then it just crashes...any ideas?

    If the Music app on your iPhone quits unexpectedly when you launch it, first restart the phone. If the behavior persists, reset the phone next:
    Restarting your device
    Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
    Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
    Resetting your device
    Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
