Best way to get refund for ios app store purchases

Hi, I purchased a $19 app from the app store and then discovered it had faults, and others have confirmed this. I have sent many emails to the developers but they have not replied and people on forums have said they no longer care.
Well they don't seem to mind continuing to take people's money. If your app has faults and your not going to fix it then you should remove it from the app store. It is that simple!
In my previous post I was told Appple would not refund my money due to their terms of use that each app store sale was final!
Well first of all they have refunded money for others who have made much smaller purchases, and secondly I strongly believe that Apple should refund money for apps which are faultly and no longer being maintained. Otherwise they should remove it if the developers aren't going to!
I have reported a fault with this app using iTunes, but I still have not heard anything from Apple.
I've heard from other people that the best way to get a refund is to keep fighting and contacting Apple, otherwise Apple will just ignore you :-(

i got a CLNR fascinate this week.its updated to ED05 but still not the 2.3 firmware.i am currently sitting in my bedroom.second floor of the house and only have 2 bars as far as signal goes.i've only had the replacement for 2 days so i'm not sure if i am missing calls or not.but it still eats thru the battery nice and quick.also since i went to the store I WILL NEVER go back to the store i usually do again.the girl there
A. talked down to me when i got upset about her not doing much to help.
B. laughed at me when i questioned her on why my phone wasnt working right and why i kept getting a run around.
C. after laughing at me walked away from me.
if this phone i received isnt working right i will get a swap for my phone seeing how verizon doesnt even offer the fascinate anymore.if i dont get a swap i plan on moving on to some other provider eventhough i've had verizon for over 10 years now.

ebooks tend to have digital rights management on them, so if you buy an ebook from a site then you can generally only read them in that store's app / e-reader - so books bought from Apple can only be read in the iBooks app, books from Amazon in the Kindle app / e-reader etc. As to which is best, then it depends on what books you want, who sells them and their prices, and whether they have an app for the iPad where you can read them. If you buy from Apple then you can use iTunes cards or your credit card.

My child got passed my iPad security. I didn't think he was smart enough. He is five years old. He spent over $100 dollars on Dragon City. I'm actually not sure yet how much he spent, I'm trying to sort through it. He did it within 10-minutes, so it shouldn't be hard to track. The charges go to iTunes. (Their FAQ says that I would need to go to Facebook for reimbursement but not sure how that makes sense.) Anyone have any advice?

Trouble selecting security questions for iOS app store

We bought my daughter an iPad mini for Christmas, and until today, were able to happily download apps from the iOS app store. But this morning, it prompted me to select three security questions before allowing a download. Which is fine, but it wouldn't provide any security questions to choose from. Steps to reproduce error:
Select an app to download/install
Receive prompt to select three security questions
Click OK
Receive prompt to enter apple ID password
Enter password
Receive dialog box requesting to select three security questions/answers, plus a rescue e-mail address
Click area to select first question
Receive a blank white box, which never fills in with anything
I'm baffled: nothing ever shows up in the box described in step 8), so I can never select a security question, so I can't continue the process of downloading apps. I've tried this several times over the course of the day today, and I'm getting nowhere. Any thoughts?

Ok, problem solved. It turns out that rebooting the iPad caused this to start working correctly. So I recommend a restart if anyone has this problem.

I just got the iPhone 6 and I enjoy the Touch ID option. I enjoy using it and would like to continue doing so but I don't like having a lock on my phone. I only want to use the Touch ID as a substitute for a typed out password for Apple Pay and App/iTunes store. I can do this but it always sets up a lock on my phone as well. Is it possible for me to only use the Touch ID for the App Store and not have it to unlock the phone? I don't want any locks

No, TouchID can't be enabled for just the App Store. Personally, I find TouchID to be faster and easier than swiping to unlock the screen. Also, I know that if my phone is lost or stolen, there is much less likelihood that my personal data will be accessed by anyone else.

What's the best way to do authorization for my app?

The authorization situation is somewhat complicated for my app.
Each component of the app is authorized based on not only the user, but also the page number, the value of at least one P0_ITEM.
From what I've seen so far, there are two different options of setting the authorization for the component:
1. Set its Condition
2. Set its Security Authorization Scheme
Here is my understanding for each (from my limited experience with APEX):
1. Set its Condition
+ Can pass in parameters such as :APP_USER, page numebr, P0_ITEM. So I can just create one function that does all the authorization
- Have to combine the SQL query with the component's non-authorization display conditions, if any.
2. Set its Security Authorization Scheme
+ By name, it seems like it should be used for authorization
- Cannot take in parameters relating to the page, such as the page number --> therefore I will need to create many different schemes, for all the different pages.
#2 will end up with a long list of schemes (each with its own SQL queries) for different pages, which doesn't seem as efficient as #1 with far fewer SQL queries and just take in parameters.
Which one should I pick?

The authorization schemes are reusable across pages and components. On page 6, CREATE_CUSTOMER can be used on the "Create New Customer..." button; EDIT_CUSTOMER on the report column containing the "Edit" links.

Re: VPD policies. Note that in the example above there's no need for the authorization schemes to "know" which pages/items are being evaluated. The P7_SAVE button and the page 6 link column are involved with the EDIT_CUSTOMER operation, so that authorization scheme is applied to them.

I've search the forums and tried the suggestions of giving the TT app solitary use of the Location Services, resetting my iTouch 4G and my New iPad Retina each, and still no GPS connection, whether I try using an AT&T MiFi or tethering to my wife's iPad mini with Verizon cellular showing LTE as a HotSpot.
Or do I just intact my VISA card issuer to deny the purchase?

If you would of read the last line of the description for that app... it says:
"It's without a doubt the best joke you can play on them with your device! For entertainment purpose only and does not provide true device locator functionality."
It's meant to be a joke. You tell your friend your going to track them (while they are standing right in front of you) you punch in their number, and the app appears to hone in on their position. But of course its only using your location.

Getting refund from itune app store

I have recently re installed a game (Injustice -God Among Us) that crashed and decided to purchase game credits worth of S$64 to speed up my progress.
However after puchasing from the game's shop and even backing up my data, the game crashed again and it forced me to do another reinstallation.
After this reinstallation process, i have discovered that all my credit woth of S$64 was gone and i had to restart the game again. The backup despite being successful also didn't saved that my recent new game progress and restored a game progress that was 3 months back.
I have already contacted WB through their support site and will like to know what are the steps that i should do to ensure i can get back my refund for this game.

Question about exporting for iOS/App Store

I tried to follow all the instructions (http://developer.apple.com/ios/manage/distribution/index.action) properly but they were written for XCode and not Adobe. I have looked on Adobe's site but I can't find any information or documentation telling me what I'm doing wrong.
I am using Flash CS 5.5 and AIR 2.7.
In iTunes Connect under Provisioning -> Distribution I created a new Distribution Provisioning Profile. This I opened in AIR for iOS Settings -> Deployment -> Provisioning profile. Bundle IDs match.
In iTunes Connect under Certificates -> Distribution I created a new Distribution Certificate. This I installed using Keychain Access.
In Flash I continued using the same Developer Certificate (.p12 file) I had been using to test my app on my device.
I downloaded and used Keychain to install the WWDR intermediate certificate.
In Flash -> AIR for iOS Settings -> Deployment -> iOS deployment type I chose "Deployment - Apple App Store"
I compiled the app and tried to upload using Application Loader. It gave me the following error:
"Application failed codesign verification. The signature was invalid, or it was not signed with an Apple submission certificate."
All my certificates are current and valid, and have been installed without duplicates.
Any ideas? I'm not sure what else I'm supposed to do or where else to turn for answers.

Is that the developer_identity.cer file created in iTunes Connect -> Provisioning -> Distribution?
I created one and installed it in Keychain by double clicking on it in Finder.
It shows up in Keychain -> Login under "iPhone Distribution: My Name" and I can expand it to reveal a private key with my name underneath it.
Is that right?
