BFC 7.5 application closes automatically
I'm currently using the BFC 7.5 client application and sometimes when I open a scope in Scope Builder, the BFC application window closes automatically. When I check in the Admin Console, i could see that I still have a session although I do not see the application window.
Has anyone encountered this issue?

Before you proceed with Note 1264609, Can you confirm the following?
What is the Service Pack version of FC installed on your client, Is it the same as on the Application Server?
What is the .net version on your client?
Did you have an old installation of FC on your client before installing 7.5?
Is this issue happening to just you or do other users have the same issue? - if just you then you may need to enable the FinanceLogConfig.xml locally - please refer to the Administaration Guide Alternatively you may need a clean re-install of BFC
If all users then you need your IT dept. to apply SAP Note 1264609
If you are logged in as Administrator do you have issue?

my app is fixed, I uninstall and reinstalling and now is working perfect. The only issue that remains is the synchronized, creative cloud always makes copies of my works adding the word "conflicto" to every file name.

When I use the applications and the internet on my ipad the screen closes automatically and goes back to my Home Page - What can I do?
Try closing all your apps completely and then do a reset and see if they work after the iPad has restarted : from the home screen (i.e.not with any app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of each app to close them, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
To reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. -

So, I have created a cool project that was a lot of hard work in After Effects CC (Mac), While rendering a project in After Effects CC (Mac) , the application closes half way, saying it quit unexpectedly. I have tried to render this project at least 5 times, shutting and restarting my computer. Please Help!

MilanElement 3d renders using your graphics card. Unlike After Effects, what GPU you're using matters a lot for Element.
As it is, you don't really have one.
You could try rendering an image sequence and then picking up your render where it left off when it crashes, but if a certain frame is just too much for your computer to handle, there's not much we can help with. I'd suggest adding a GPU that Element can use. -
Can't find an application close event.
I have a script that runs on the document close event. It looks like the document close event doesn't fire when the application is closed while a document is open. I checked for an application close event in the Script listener log, but there wasn't an entry for it, and the document close event wasn't present either.
The script I'm making writes a file in the same folder as the opened document that indicates that the file is in use. Then when the document is closed, the lock file is removed. It works except when you close the application. There is no document closed event firing, so the documents just close and the application shuts down without any events firing.
Is there a way know when the application is closing?
I found a possible work around that would be a huge pain. The idea is about loading a custom external library that performs cleanup when it is automatically unloaded when Photoshop closes. This is the prototype for the function that would do the work:

There is another work around that invloves some button that the user has to remember to click to close the application. That would be awkward and open to user error.

I don't feel like getting a whole build environment setup for CS just so I can get a pre-close event in Photoshop. I implemented a script that the user will run in order to close photoshop. I saved a shortcut to the script in "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS6 (64 Bit)\Presets\Scripts". The script closes each document and runs my event handler. Then it exits. Check it out, it seems to work:

Hello supporters, I have an ipod touch 5 blue with ios 7 in his last update, and when I connect my pc to my ipod with REFLECTOR to mirror with AIRPLAY it closes automatically in my ipod. I mean... ALL is connected, the router wifi, internet, and reflector on pc is open.... When I press the button of AIRPLAY on my IPOD TOUCH 5 on IOS 7 it let me choose a few options: Ipod touch; and my PC... When I choose MY PC it let me to enable the MIRROR button... When I press the MIRROR BUTTON, it closes automatically all the menu and returns to the task bar and when I try then the same thing later now the menu doesn't closes but when I tap on my AIRPLAY DEVICE "PC" it doesn't selecct, I cant select my pc, and I can see it on the airplay devices in the menu... In conclusion I cant set up my airplay mirror. Why? I think all its working great on my ios device and with my pc.. I said that cause all the people on youtube and on the internet can run it perfectly with that software and I can't! Hope you can help me soon

Tomcat Server window closes automatically when I start it

I am using Apache Tomcat 4.1 to work a small Web application. Each time when I start the Tomcat server the window comes up and closes automatically. Is something wrong with my configuration ?
Do I have to make any changes to server.xml ?

bobby.I think Tomcat 4.1 works fine with JDK1.5.0. Untill last week I was able to work on my application.
This problem started after I did a reboot. Ever since then I am having this problem
I tried to set the JAVA_HOME from the CATALINA_HOME dir and this is what I got,

The following is a general list of things you may try when the issue is not in a specific file (you may have tried/done some of them already); 1) and 2) are the easy ones for temporary strangenesses, and 3) and 4) are specifically aimed at possibly corrupt preferences); 5) is a list in itself, and 6) is the last resort.
1) Close down Illy and open again;
2) Restart the computer (you may do that up to 3 times);
3) Close down Illy and press Ctrl+Alt+Shift/Cmd+Option+Shift during startup (easy but irreversible);
4) Move the folder (follow the link with that name) with Illy closed (more tedious but also more thorough and reversible);
5) Look through and try out the relevant among the Other options (follow the link with that name, Item 7) is a list of usual suspects among other applications that may disturb and confuse Illy, Item 15) applies to CC, CS6, and maybe CS5);
Even more seriously, you may:
6) Uninstall, run the Cleaner Tool (if you have CS3/CS4/CS5/CS6/CC), and reinstall.

i think i found a kind of bug.
After syncing my iPod touch 2G with my iTunes 8(which is connected with my Apple-ID) all the Apps from the appstore will not work correct.
They show up when i open them and after 2 Secons they will close automaticly.
The standart Apple-Apps work fine.
My solution:
Go to Appstore with the ipod and install any software, so that you must type in your Apple-Id and password. After this all will work again, until the next sync.
This works fine, but it's really enoying for me to do that every time.
Any other solution?That happens sometimes

Since recent updates of iOS, I have noticed when using my iPad that my apps close automatically when I have to leave the room or am otherwise distracted for a few minutes. It is sometimes time consuming to sign back in and get back to the task where i left off. Is there a setting I can change so it will keep the apps open until I am ready to close them? Did you have this problem before Restoring you iPad?
If you did then did you restore with a backup. You may have reinstalled something that is conflicting in this back up
If not then sounds like either something went array with the clean install or a hardware issue.
I know it's long winded but have you tired a clean install then downloading the apps again?
