  • Oracle SSO error while trying to access a report

    Hi All,
I am using Oracle 11g reports and forms. My adf application(using JDeveloper 11.1.1.4) will use oracle reports through url.
From adf application we form a url for the reports like https://<server>:<port>/reports/rwservlet?server=devstage11g&destype=cache&desformat=pdf&report=spore001…
we send the userid parameter as a hidden parameter in the request as we do not want the userid information to be visible in the URL. It works fine in one environment. But in another environment when we hit the url it always give a page with a single line saying  "Oracle SSO". When we hit the same url with userid parameter appended to it directly, it works fine.
Checked the configuration difference, but not able to find any difference in the configuration. Please help me to find why it always gives "Oracle SSO" error.
    Thanks,
    Priya.

The settings for accounting integration contain errors
    Message no. DPR_FIN_GECCO004
    System Response
The accounting functions are not available.
    Procedure
Check the following in Customizing for Collaboration Projects:
Did you assign an object type to the project type for communicating with the accounting system? See the IMG activity Make General Settings.
Does this object type have the proxy class CL_DPR_OLR3_GECCO (for single-object controlling on internal orders) or CL_DPR_OLR3_WBSELEMENT (for single-object controlling on WBS elements)? See the IMG activity Define Object Types for Object Links.
Has an RFC destination been entered in this object type? See the IMG activity Define Object Types for Object Links.
In the project type did you choose the confirmation setting regarding 'Time Recording for' to match the integration scenario? See the IMG activity Define Project Types. For example, time recording for a role is not permitted in a structure-based scenario.
All the steps mentioned in the in the above error have been verfied and are correct but the error is still existing. Is there anything that I am missing here?

  • CProject - The settings for Accounting integration contain errors

    Hi,
I got error message "The settings for Accounting integration contain errors"  from cProject page when I choose controlling method  (Project Role, Automatic).
If I choose other controlling method then this the error message disappear.
Maybe some thing wrong while setup Role Type?.
    Please help!
    Thank you
    Long Nguyen

    Hi,
Are you using MULTILEVEL CONTROLLING ( PROJECT ROLE , AUTOMATIC)
    that means
Multilevel Controlling (Project Role, <b>Automatic</b>): In this method, the system automatically creates a PS project definition for the project definition and a WBS billing element at the first level of the hierarchy. More WBS elements are created for the project roles of the cProjects projects.
Multilevel Controlling (Project Role, <b>Manua</b>l): In this method, a user has to create the PS project in the ERP system. The user then has to assign the project roles of a cProjects project to the WBS elements of this PS project manually in cProjects.
    thanks

  • Integrating SSO in APEX 3.0

    Hi,
We're trying to integrate Oracle SSO with APEX follwing this how-to:
    http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/database/application_express/howtos/sso_partner_app.html
    We have two major issues:
    1) We're following the instructions to create an authentication schema like "Oracle Application Server Single Sign On (My Application as Partner App)".
After completing all the steps with no apparent error, we created our custom procedure:
         procedure process_success(urlc in varchar2) as
         begin
    wwv_flow_custom_auth_sso.process_success(urlc => urlc,
                                                                                                                  p_partner_app_name => 'MY_PARTNER_NAME');
         end process_success;
But when we access the application we get the following error:
ORA-04067: not executed, package body "PROVES.WWV_FLOW_CUSTOM_AUTH_SSO" does not exist ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called
         Error      ERR-10560 Error executing wwv_flow_custom_auth_sso.portal_sso_redirect.
It seems it is searching WWV_FLOW_CUSTOM_AUTH_SSO inside our custom schema PROVES, when it should call the PUBLIC SYNONYM.      We've checked and the synonym exists and we've granted acces to it from our custom schema.
    Any ideas?
    2) It's not clear for us which URL we should use when registering the app via SSO. If we have application number 104 (in APEX), should we call this URL?
    http://educacio-pc.es.oracle.com:7778/pls/apex/f?p=104
    instead of this one:
    http://educacio-pc.es.oracle.com:7778/pls/apex
    Many thanks.

    Hi Scott,
First of all many thanks for your reply!
I'd like to understand better what's the difference between "My Application as Partner App" and "Oracle Application Express Engine as Partner App" because the documentation is not clear to me. I think I misunderstood its meaning, I though that using "Oracle Application Express Engine as Partner App" was for integrating the whole APEX with SSO and not just one application; Therefore, I thought that the other one was for integrating just one APEX application. Isn't that true? As a I read from your post I can see it's more than this but it's not clearly enough for me, could you, please, provide me a link with further information? By now, we just need to integrate one APEX application with a previous Portal & SSO environment, should we use "Oracle Application Express Engine as Partner App" instead of "My Application as Partner App"?
I finally managed to solve that error and my schema now recognizes WWV_FLOW_CUSTOM_AUTH_SSO perfectly. By now I'm having the following error: Error      Unable to run portal_sso_redirect procedure as schema:
PROVES with partner app name: MY_PARTNER_NAME
Many thanks for your time & help!
    Josep

  • OIM 11g integration AutoLogin error (first login or forgot password)

    Hi,
We are currently integrating OAM+OIM 11g (R2). We have used a 10g webgate for this.
When the user logs in for the first time, and sets his password and answers the challenge questions, he should be "Auto logged in" when he is finished.
The same scenario should happen, if the user forgot his password, and resets it. He should be "Auto-logged in" when finished.
This is not happending for us.
The OIM logs tells us this:
ERROR: Autologin failed oracle.iam.ui.platform.sso.exception.AutoLoginException: Error occured while retrieving TAP partner key from Credential store
We have tried to verify everything recommended by this Oracle Support article:
How to Solve Autologin problems in OIM with OAM? [ID 1475297.1]
Any ideas what we are missing?
    Thanks & Regards,
    Henrik

    Maybe this is a something?
Whate should the value of the property OAM_SERVER_VERSION be, when running idmConfigTool.sh and using a 10g webgate for the integration?
Chapter 7.6 in the integration documentation states this:
OAM_SERVER_VERSION: 11g (use 10g if Oracle Access Manager 10g is used)
    http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E27559_01/integration.1112/e27123/oim.htm#CACFCJHI
Under chapter 2.4.5 in the idmConfigTool documentation it's described like this:
OAM_SERVER_VERSION: Required only when Access Manager server does not support 11g webgate in Oracle Identity Manager-Access Manager integration. In that case, value should be provided as '10g'.
    http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E27559_01/integration.1112/e27123/idmcfgtool.htm#CIHCICHD
When we ran the script, we had the value set to "11g" (because that's our OAM version)... now I'm wondering if I need to set this value at all..

    Henrik

  • EBS 11i with SSO error

After a successful (apparently) SSO integration with EBS 11i, I tried to connect for the first time as sysadmin and I receive these messages:
Your Oracle E-Business Suite account has not been linked with the Single Sign-On account that you just entered. Please enter your Oracle E-Business Suite information. The next time you sign on with your Single Sign-On account, it will automatically sign you on to the Oracle E-Business Suite using the following account information.
When i enter the EBS valid credentials it gives me the following error:
Unable to link account. This E-Business Suite user account is marked as a local account..
Could anybody explain what is happening here ? How could I connect as sysadmin ?
    Thanks,
    Paul

    Hi Paul,
    I used
http://servername.domain:port/OA_HTML/AppsLocalLogin.jsp ... and this redirect me to the SSO as well.
    AppsLocalLogin.jsp shouldn't really do that. :-)
Things to try, if you have not already:
On the client side, clear your browser cache, and restart your browser.
On the server side, you might need to recompile JSP files using $FND_TOP/patch/115/bin/ojspCompile.pl (with the --flush option), then bounce Apache.

Looks like a deployment/configuration issue with WSM:
Policy Manager cannot be established at "t3://host1.example.com:7011,host1.example.com:8001" due to invalid configuration or inactive state. .
This looks like a dev environment issue. Probably best to post to the internal forum.

  • 2008 R2 Hyper-V Integrated services error 61658...

Kind of got myself into a bad situation I think. I run a single Windows 2008 R2 Server w/SP1 that hosts 5 VM's that host two Windows Server 2003 SP2 machines and the rest are 2008 R2 Servers w/SP1. On one of the 2003 VM's I was having issues
with the mouse not being captured. I decided to reinstall the integrated services. The reinstall seemed to complete normally, but when it was done the mouse capture still did not work. So I rebooted just to check and still no mouse capture.
So I went into add remove programs and uninstalled it. I rebooted and then noticed the problems that caused. The uninstall made the VM lose the SCSI adapter and the NIC. So after getting a legacy NIC added I was able to be past that issue, but no
VHDs are accessible that were are connected to the SCSI Controller. When I try to install the Integrated Services, it gets part way through the "Updating Storport Driver" step and then throws this message: [ (X) An error
occurred: One of the update processes returned error code 61658.] This machine is our Active Directory (Domain) Controller.  Again to mention, this is only machine out of the 5 that is having this problem. Any help would be greatly
    appreciated.
PS: None of these are installed using Beta or RC's versions of the OS, the Hyper-V server and the VM's have all been in place for 2+ years working fine.
    Thanks
Update: A friend of mine looked things over and found a vmg...log file that shows the problem is when the Integrated Services install try's to run the a KB that fails to installed: (KB943295). So I will investigate.  But I did get the
server up and running again by adding a legacy network adapter and moving the two VHD files that were attached to the problem VM's SCSI controller to the VM's IDE controller.  So a band-aid I know but at least I was able to get 41 users back working
after 7 hours of pulling out my hair! I do need to know I have this VM functioning 100% as it should so I'll continue to work on it.

    Hi SScott2010,
Please try the following setps :
    1. backup the problematic VM first
    2. If the VM was migrated from virtual pc , please run "msconfig " --> click the boot tab then click advanced options --> select the Detect HAL check box
    3. make sure the service " cryptographic service " is running  automatically.
    4. restart the VM
    5. Install  the hotfix of kb822798  in the problematic VM :
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822798/en-us
    6. try to install the Integrated Service again.
    Hope it helps
    Best Regards

  • APEX 3.1.2 install with sso, error "requested url ../plsapex/f.. not found"

Question: why is sso rewriting the url from .../pls/apex/f?p=.. to .../plsapex/f?p=?
    Can anyone help?
    Thanks.
Abstract: APEX 3.1.2.00.02 install with sso config, error "requested url ../plsapex/f .. was not found"
    Situation:
Upgraded from Apex 3.0.0.00.20 to Apex Application Express 3.1.2.00.02
I get to my apex_admin and apex builder pages with url: [http://machinename:port/pls/apex] or
    [http://machinename:port/pls/apex_admin]
When I try to access our application using no authentication scheme everything is fine.
But when I switch to sso authentication, somehow strangely the url [http://machinename:port/pls/apex/f?p=application_number]
    is rewritten to sso [http://machinename:port/plsapex/f?p=application_number].

    1. I am able to get to the SSO page. I am redirected to the sso page first
    when unter the url [https://test.insitehome.org/pls/apex/f?p=119:1]
I am able to enter the username and password.
But once I click the login button I get the following message :
    " Not Found
The requested URL /plsapex/f was not found on this server.

    2. The mod_osso.conf file was not changed for our Apex upgrade. The contents of the osso.conf file though are not readable.
    I tried commenting out the
    #OssoConfigFile /u02/test_10gr2_hm2/Apache/Apache/conf/osso/osso.conf
line in the mod_osso.conf file. url rewrite to ../plsapex/.. did not change.

    Hi Sarilla
I assume you ran the script from the editor.
You HAVE TO run it from the normal FDM workflow "Import".
    Otherwise "Data access error"
    Hope this helps
