Please help me!

Hi, thanks for quick response. We have huge numer of reports, we copied them one after the other still doesn't work. Below are details.
Repository path(xml-server-config.xml) : /app/oracle/oracle/xmlp/XMLP
under this we have a folder structure : FCReports, in which we copied all the folders.
After logging onto BI URL, click on more... you will see the folder FCReports name but nothing shows up under this. Any file or any other permissins to be checked.? This folder does have read/executable permissions.

1, iOS only works on iPhone, iPads or iPods. These drives were probably made with an operating system that preceeded OS X such as OS 7, OS 8 or OS9.
2, No, the data on the Zip Drives is formatted for the Mac.
3, If your reformat them then all of the data is wiped
4, The problem would be that the PC can not read the files as formatted on the zip drive by the Mac
5, There are services that might be able to migrate the data for you but I seriously doubt that Staples or Office Max can do it for you. The services that migrate data charge big bucks so be prepared to pay for it.

  • Can I show pictures from my sx50 on my hd television.

Does any one know the steps to show pictures on sx50 on a hd television?

Just to lend some confidence to this, I do this all the time. But you will need a miniHDMI to standardHDMI, that's if you don't have a miniHDMI socket on TV. I don't, I have a standardHDMI socket. What's great is that I can control most of the Preview functions from the comfort of my sofa using my TV's remote!

  • Why do the Screensaver not show pictures from my Aperture Library?

    Hello,
I have a new MacBook Retina and everything is fine, but the screensaver. When I choose a screensaver with photos (like Ken Burns) and an Aperture folder, the screensaver only shows "Fotos laden..." (German for "Loading pictures..."). When I choose the folder, I see all the pictures in the dialogue, but the saver itself don't shows them.
Using Aperture pictures for the desktop work by the way.
Any ideas? I already repaired (new database and stuff) the Aperture library, but it doen't helped.
One more hint: when I tried choosing an Aperture folder, the screensaver even don't work with the preinstalled pictures or normal picture folder on the HDD.
    Thanks for helping me!

Connecting from one computer to another is one thing. The iTunes sharing feature is something completely different and is meant as a way for people to allow others to listen to their library from other computers on the same network that also run iTunes. It isn't meant as a direct connection from one iTunes library to another.
Think of it sort of like turning on the "Broadcast" or "Radio Station" feature of your iTunes to allow others to listen in on your library if they are interested. But you wouldn't want those people going in and making changes.

  • My moments won't let me see my old picture from the summer like in August. Why is that? Where did my pictures go? It only shows picture from December.

    Its about my photo.

I have decided to dedicate this thread to the wonderful errors of Lion OSX. Each time I find a huge problem with Lion I will make note of it here.
Today I discovered a new treasure of doggie poop in Lion. No Save As......
I repeat. No Save As. In text editor I couldn't save the file with a new extension. I finally accomplished this oh so majorly difficult task (because we all know how difficult it should be to save a file with a new extension) by pressing duplicate and then saving a copy of the file with a new extension. Yet then I had to delete the first copy and send it to trash. And of course then I have to secure empty trash because if I have to do this the rest of my mac's life I will be taking up a quarter of percentage of space with duplicate files. So this is the real reason they got rid of Save As: so that it would garble up some extra GB on the ole hard disk.
So about 20 minutes of my time were wasted while doing my homework and studying for an exam because I had to look up "how to save a file with a new extension in  mac Lion" and then wasted time sitting here and ranting on this forum until someone over at Apple wakes up from their OSX-coma.
are you freaking kidding me Apple? I mean REALLY?!!!! who the heck designed this?!!! I want to know. I want his or her name and I want to sit down with them and have a long chat. and then I'd probably splash cold water on their face to wake them up.
I am starting to believe that Apple is Satan.

  • How to show pictures from my iPad on a relatives tv

I am traveling to a relative's house in another city and would like to show some of my iPhoto pics on their big screen TV.  I will be carrying my iPad 3 and iPhone 4S. If I cannot do this wirelessly, what cables would do?

You can do it wirelessly by AirPlay if you have one of those Apple TV. If your relatives or you don't have one, I suggest to buy a iPad AV Adapter or one of those composites one found here http://store.apple.com/us/product/MC748ZM/A/apple-composite-av-cable

  • Album that show photos from one year ago today

I want to be able to create an Album that shows pictures from exactly one year ago to the current date. It would be auto updating.
any idea if this is possible?

Set it so that the date is in the last 365 days and the date isn't in the last 364 days. This will show photos from exactly 365 days ago.

I want to show Picture from my PC hard drive at selection screen of abap program ( SAP repo. mime type i know but i want specially from my hard drive on pc ).
how it can be possible ? if possible give code.
    Thanks,

    Hi
if you have a simple report " selection screen of abap program 1000  ".... I think it´s not possible....
    but.
If you have a "handmade" dynpro 0100 > try to use a HTML Container ( its start a Internet Explorer .. ) and shows you the gif, jpeg..
But it´s easier to use a external/internal UI adress ( Webspace ) for the picture, as the dektop space fg

  • Show Files from PC On STB?

I would like to show pictures from my PC on my Set top box and I would also like to view video files I've stored on my PC, on my STB.  Is this possible? In today's day and age, one would think you can do this.  Then again, I THOUGHT the "Redbox by Verizon" would show up on my Set top boxes as well...silly me...lol.

THIS IS HOW I DO IT
    w Windows 7 Professional
Stream your media to devices and computers using Windows Media Player
If you have a home network, you can use Windows Media Player to stream media to computers and media devices in your home. For example, if you have a networked digital media receiver connected to your home stereo system, you can use Windows Media Player to stream music, pictures, and videos from your computer to your stereo. This allows you to enjoy the contents of your Player Library anywhere in your home—even in rooms that don't have a computer.
Watch a demo: Windows 7 Play To demo
The following procedures explain how to get started. For an overview about streaming media, including information about device and network requirements, see Getting started with media streaming.
To connect a device or another computer to your network
Before you can stream media, you'll need to connect your digital media devices or other computers to your home network. Here's how:
Connect an Ethernet cable from your device or other computer to your wired network, or set up your device or computer to join your wireless network.
For help connecting a device or computer to your network, check the documentation that came with your device or computer.
If you're connecting a device, turn it on, and then follow the instructions that appear on the device's screen. If you're connecting another computer, turn that computer on.
For more information about adding a device or computer to your network, see Add a device or computer to a network.
To turn on home media streaming
If media sharing isn't already turned on, follow these steps:
Click the Start button , click All Programs, and then click Windows Media Player.
If the Player is currently open and you’re in Now Playing mode, click the Switch to Library button in the upper-right corner of the Player.
Click Stream, and then click Turn on home media streaming.
Turn on home media streaming won't be available on the Stream menu if streaming is already turned on.
On the Media streaming options page, click Turn on media streaming.  If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
    Click OK.
    Notes
If your computer is on a public network, you will be prompted to change the network location before you can stream media. For more information about network locations, see Choosing a network location.
If you have set up a homegroup, you might be prompted to share your media libraries with your homegroup before you can stream media. For more information about sharing libraries with a homegroup, see Share libraries with your homegroup.
To set up basic streaming preferences
After you turn on media streaming, Windows Media Player will automatically detect any computers and devices on your network that can receive media streams. You can stream media to all computers and devices on your network, or allow access to your media on a case-by-case basis. To choose which devices will receive your media streams, follow these steps:
Click the Start button , click All Programs, and then click Windows Media Player.
If the Player is currently open and you’re in Now Playing mode, click the Switch to Library button in the upper-right corner of the Player.
Click Stream, and then click More streaming options.
    Stream menu
More streaming options won't appear on the Stream menu until after you turn on home media streaming.
On the Media streaming options page, do one of the following:
If you want to stream media to all computers and devices on your network, click Allow All.
If you don't want to stream media to any computers or devices on your network, click Block All.
If you want to stream media to some computers and devices, click either Allowed or Blocked on the menu next to each item in the list of computers and devices.
    Click OK.
For more information about media steaming settings, see Change settings for streaming media in Windows Media Player.
To receive a media stream from another computer or device on your network
You can use Windows Media Player to receive a media stream from another computer or media device on your network so that you can play it on your computer. To do this, follow these steps:
Click the Start button , click All Programs, and then click Windows Media Player.
If the Player is currently open and you’re in Now Playing mode, click the Switch to Library button in the upper-right corner of the Player.
Click another computer's Player Library on your network listed under Other Libraries in the navigation pane.
If you don't see Other Libraries in the navigation pane, then do the following:
Click Organize, and then click Customize navigation pane.
At the top of the Customize Navigation Pane dialog box, click the name of the Library in the drop-down list, and then click Other Libraries.
Select the Show Other Libraries check box, and then click OK.
Find an item you want to play in the details pane, and then double-click it.
To stream media to another computer or device using Play To
You can use Windows Media Player to stream media, or play to, another computer or media device on your network.
    Play To dialog box
For example, if you have a digital media receiver connected to your home network, Windows will automatically detect it and allow you to play music on it using Windows Media Player. To play to another computer or device, follow these steps:
Click the Start button , click All Programs, and then click Windows Media Player.
If the Player is currently open and you’re in Now Playing mode, click the Switch to Library button in the upper-right corner of the Player.
If the list pane is closed or if the Burn or Sync tabs are exposed, click the Play tab.
Find the items that you want to play in the Player Library, and then drag those items from the details pane into the list pane.
Click the Play to button at the top of the list pane, click the device on your network that will receive the media.
In the Play To dialog box, use the playback controls to play, pause, or stop the media stream, and to change to the next or previous item in the list.
For more information about the Play tab, the list pane, and playback controls, see Getting started with Windows Media Player. For more information about Play To, see Using the Play To feature to stream media.
    Note
When you stream music to a digital media receiver, you might not be able to switch tracks using controls on the device itself or the remote control that came with the device.

  • ICloud pictures from other Person

I am showing pictures from a different person on my phone and pad if iCloud is on. Do not understand how this can happen.

Unless you accepted a shared photo stream from them it means that someone else has access to your iCloud account and has photo stream enabled.  If you didn't give someone else access to your iCloud account you should probably change your iCloud password: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2589.  After doing so, save any photo stream photos in your my photo stream album that are over 30 days old to your camera roll (by tapping Edit, tap the photos, tap Share, tap Save to Cemera Roll), as well as any notes or iWork documents that you are syncing with iCloud.  Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, then sign back in with your new password.  Note: this only deletes the account and any synced data from your device, not from iCloud.  It will be synced back to your device when you sign back in.

  • How do I get the pictures from my iPhoto on my external Hard Drive to show up in the already existing iPhoto on my MacBook?

I have an early 2008 MacBook. I had been using iPhoto on this MacBook until I purchased an iMac in 2011, at which time I copied my iPhoto Library from my MacBook to my iMac. Then I realized that my pictures and music were consuming the memory on my iMac, so I moved iPhoto and my iTunes LIbrary to an external Hard Drive. Now I am in a situation where I do not have access to my iMac, but will need to use my MacBook as my main computer for the next year. So, I have my iPhoto on an external hard drive and I plug it into my MacBook and see the iPhoto Library folder, but when I click on it, it opens up the old iPhoto that is still existing on my MacBook and will not show any of the new pictures?! At first I thought it wasn't able to show up anything because my MacBook was running two operating systems behind what my iMac was when I was running my iPhoto Library from that computer. So, I upgraded to OS X 10.7.5 and upgraded the existing iPhoto on my MacBook to iPhoto '11 version 9.4.3. However whenever I plug in the external hard drive and click on the iPhoto Library folder to open it up, it is still just opening up the already existing iPhoto on the MacBook (with my older pictures) rather than the iPhoto on the hard drive (with my newer pictures). How can I access my pictures that are on my external hard drive?

Thank you for your advice. I followed your directions, but came up with the same results. However, I did discover that whenever I open up the iPhoto Library that is already existing on my MacBook a certain set of pictures shows up. But then when I open up the iPhoto Library from the Hard drive another set of pictures shows up. BUT not ALL of my pictures are showing up on the iPhoto Library from the hard drive. At least the last two years of pictures are not showing up?! Actually, it appears that all the pictures are there from when I started using iPhoto about 5 years ago up until around the time that I got my iMac desktop computer and started using that (2 years ago). I have noticed that more recent videos I have made are showing up in a folder on the hard drive, but will not appear when I open up iMovie?! Any ideas on how to access my pictures from the last 2 years off of the hard drive???

  • When I had IEXP. I would save a picture from email to My Pictures. With Firefox it doesn't work. Saved pic shows a box w/IEx & no pic.

When I save a picture from my email to My Pictures the picture doesn't appear. A box appears in My Pictures that shows Internet Explorer (E) and no picture of what I tried to save. The jpeg also wasn't at the bottom drop down box. I could name the picture but it didn't transfer over. I use to have Internet Explorer when the pictures were put into the My Pictures but have now gone to using Firefox. Did changing to Firefox cause me not to be able to use My Pictures for the email pictures I'm trying to save?

Which method are you using to save the picture? Typically it works to right-click and use Save Image As.
If that option is not available or does not work, is the image a link (for example a small thumbnail image linked to a larger version)? In that case, you might try Ctrl+clicking the link to open the image in a new tab and see whether you can then save it successfully.
