BI Publisher xmlpserver 500 Internal Server Error

Hi All,
I am fairly new to Oracle BI; we recently experienced a problem with BI Publisher after redeploying xmlpServer.ear onto OC4J. We are unable to connect to the Presentation Server. We are getting the following errors

Yes I'm running 64bit Enterprise Linux 5.
[oracle@BIFRONT-ZM db_1]$ uname -a
Linux BIFRONT-ZM 2.6.18-92.el5 #1 SMP Tue Apr 29 13:16:15 EDT 2008 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
I checked the path and this is what I found.
