BI Transport Req Error 8 - Error in Import and Method Execution

Hi All,
I have collected the Update Rule in a Transport Request. The Update Rule has couple of lookup routine(s) for the data and key field.
When Moved the transport request to Quality the same is ending with error 8.
Error at the time of Import
R3TRROUT 3AQ..........was repaired in this system
Object R3TRROUT 3AQ.......... is in repair status. Therefore cannot be imported
Procedure: If you still want to import release the relevant repair and repart the import
Error message at Method Execution Log
Object ROUT 3AQ.... has not been imported successfully
The Object R3TRROUT 3AQ.......... has not yet been imported without error.
Import Post Processing is not performed for this InfoObject.
Note : I have tried this couple of times but the error remains same. Checked the Routines in development and quality and they are all same....Could not able to analyse what exactly is the error.
Please help. I am not able to understand how to go a head.

Iu2019m going try to help you regarding your question,
I have been a similar problem with transformation, the transport request after accept in the system target have given a similar error. I have fixed following the next step:
u2022 I activating again the source and target, if those source and target was changed it is important to transport before the update rule.
u2022 When you are sure that you have the same source and target in both systems, furthermore both have been activated, you can move on with the transport request of update rule.

Hi,
Check the correct Error log in STMS_IMPORT and then select your error req and click on Log and expand teh message and see the exact error message and corretc it and re transport it.
Don't mix all obejcts in single request.
First Transport the Package then
1. InfoObejcts.
2. Cubes, DSO's
3.DataSources from ECC Dev to ECC Qty
4. DataSource Replication in BW Qty
5. InfoSources.
6.Transformations in between DataSource and InfoSource.
7.Transformations in between InfoSource and InfoCube/DSO.
8. DTP's & InfoPackages.
9. Multiproviders/InfoSets.
10. Reports.

No this is not a short dump message...these error message i am seeing the error message in the monitor...in the detail tab extraction 'Error occurred in the data selection " and then there is no trfcs and idocs processing and even processing also not happened.

I am getting the (Internal error in program CL_RSDD_VCUBE and method GET_SID-8-) this error while running the query on remote cube.
Source system is oracle.
We are trying to access the data in reports from oracle by using UD COnnect.
When i ran the report on the remote cube i am getting the above error
we are using bw 3.5 system patch level 15

Hi Folks,
I'm facing a problem with the transport of a workflow : it 's creating following error :
Diagnosis: The object R3TR SOBJ ZYBUS2000 has not yet been imported without error.
System response
Import post-processing is not performed for this object.
Procedure
Examine the import log for this transport request for error messages.
Repeat the import after removing the cause of the errors.
How can I solve this ? could you please suggest me.

Hi,
Check the transport log of the request and the long text where you can find the detailed descrition of the error. Change the BOR accordingly. Check the syntax of the BOR object ZYBUS2000 regenrate , activate it and retransport.

We have an periodically sheduled job which imports all released requests(queue). We would like that request with error is not imported over and over again.

Please do run the import job for transport in STMS only as described in SAP Note below:

The periodic sadly can only be done for "import all" & not "import single".
However, you can try the following unconditional modes:

Based on the error message” Could not allocate a new page for database REPORTING' because of insufficient disk space in filegroup 'PRIMARY'. Create the necessary space by dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting
autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup”, we can know that the issue is caused by the there is no sufficient disk space in filegroup 'PRIMARY' for the ‘REPORTING’ database.
To fix this issue, we can add additional files to the filegroup by add a new file to the PRIMARY filegroup on Files page, or setting Autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup to increase the necessary space.

I'd start with the following document, with one modification. At step 12 after typing GEARAspiWDM press the Enter/Return key once prior to clicking OK. (Pressing Return adds a carriage return in the field and is important.)

Xsl:import and xsl:call-template errors for xslt in mediator (ORAMED-03601)

Hello,
I decided for performance issues with bpel execution to use a mediator instead.
In my requester i have a mediator that justs recieves an xml message, uses an xsl transformation (version 2) on that message and then sends it to the EBS.
The xsl file that's works correctly when used in a bpel process has both <xsl:import..../>and <xsl:call_template.../> tags.
When i tried and used the same xsl in the mediator i get an ORAMED-03601 error:
ORAMED-03601:[Invalid transformer configuration]Unable to create transformer. It could be because of transformation file or configuration issues. Reason : "xsl/Xform_PriceListListABMReqMsg_to_PriceListEBMReqMsg.xsl"Possible Fix:Check log file for any exceptions and contact Oracle Support Services for further help
It works correctly again if i comment/remove all the imports and call-template and incorporate them in the xsl file itself.
Do anyone know if there are some limitations using xsl in a mediator instead of a bpel?

Import and Package errors (DBMS_RLS security)

I imported a schema recently, but i users can't log and i found out that dis package that was imported had a problem, and when i try to recompile it gave the error below

At least you can grant execute on dbms_rls to the owner of that package first :)
Then you need to compare contents of dba_tab_privs for imported user on source database and target. Missed rows in target database would be the missed grants.
Otherwise you need to check logs for any errors or just use show=y option to find out if missing grant commands present in dump file.

Import and Export MDL error with OWB Release 2

Getting the following error when importing and exporting MDL - any assist would be appreciated - never had this issue with previous releases - error as follows:
Error occurred exporting metadata to file "C:\TEMP\MY_PROJECT-20061208_1058.mdl".
java.lang.Exception: CNV0002-0038(ERROR): Cannot write to file ./../../reposasst/converter.properties. Please make sure that write privileges are enabled or that disk is not full.

I got the solution. OWB writes some temporary xml files before importing/exporting mdl and these files are stored in OWB home directory. The problem is write privileges on the OWB Home directory. I am not local admin of my system. Admin installed the OWB client on my system through his userid. Now if i try to create a directory or file in OWB home directory it thorws an error "Access Denied". I got the Admin rights on my local system for my userid and now OWB is working fine.

Error message using SQL import and Export Wizard with Excel spread sheet

I am trying to import an Excel spreadsheet using the Import export wizard that is provided with SQL 2014.
Everything seems to set up OK but then when I go to do the transfer "error message" comes up saying:
External Table is not in the expected format.(Microsoft Jet Database Engine).
This is a spreadsheet and there is no database, that is why I want to import it into a database!! So the reference to JET is a tad disappointing.
So why the error and how do I fix the problem?
As there are over 100 variables in the spread sheet rows, it would be great to have this automatically create the database and populate the fields.
I am using SQL 2014 Express and Office Excel 2013.

When import a .xlsx file to SQL Server using SQL Server Import and Export Wizard, you see a “External Table is not in the expected format.(Microsoft Jet Database Engine).” error message. This error message seems that the Microsoft JET Database Engine is
unable to handle something that is contained in the file.
So please make sure there is no unsupported content in the Excel file. Alternatively, we can use ‘Microsoft Excel’ as the Data Source, then Select ‘Microsoft Excel 2007’ as the Excel version to import the excel file.
