Big problems in store (Whitehall PA) with Battfield pre-order + coupons + DLC +GCU

I preordered Hardline in store and went to pick it up today. I had two coupons. The 5 dollar off a new game for GCU and a 10% off coupon I got from the post office.
The cashier rang up my preorder and scanned the 5 off coupon and something happened and her manager voided the transaction. The seond time around the coupon no longer worked. She basically accused me of trying to use the same coupon twice like I'm a theif. The 10 percent coupon worked fine.
Also no pre order codes were printed on my receipt and I didnt get them in an email.
I have copies of the original recepit where i put down a 5 dollar deposit.
A Post Void recepit with the managers and cashiers initials
Another receipt staped to the Post Void
And a final receipt with the GCU + 10% discount but no DLC or 5 dollars off discount.
I'm also worried I wont get my 10 dollars forpre ordering because of all the weird transactions.
Basically I need my DLC codes and another 5 dollar off coupon to replace the one they wasted. I guess I'll have to wait the 15 days to see if I get the 10 bucks for pre ordering or if that messed up too.

I am happy to see that you have received support with your code concerns, and I can also confirm that your My Best Buy bonus is currently pending as it should.  I needed to do a little research to find out more on the $5 off coupon.
From what I have been told, the welcome packet $5 off coupon does not stack with movers coupons, so only one should have shown up.  By needing to do a post-void on the first receipt though, I regret that the used coupon is not also able to be used on a different transaction.  I will send you a private message for additional information.

  • Having some problems with a pre-ordered album

    Okay so, I preordered an album called FROOT by Marina and The Diamonds. I got my instant download of the two songs that have been released already. Today, she released a new song called Immortal, but i can't play it. From my understanding of preordering, when a song comes out, you can instantly download it and listen to it. Well, next to the songs that I can listen to say Play. But next to Immortal, it says pre-ordered like all the other songs in the album but those other two songs. I want to listen to my music so I need help. Can anyone solve this problem? I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

  • Can I pick up GTA V at midnight with online pre-order?

    So I preordered online for in store pickup and I received an email today saying that my order is ready for pickup.
    I was wondering if I could go to the midnight release and pick up the game or do I have to wait until the following the morning?

    Tonight is a big night for gamers and I know plenty of people are excited!
    Since you've already received your email confirmation you can absolutely show up at the midnight opening as long as your store is holding one and pick up your pre-ordered copy. There should be one waiting for you at customer service with your name on it.

  • Issues with gaming pre-order shipping - improvements needs to be made

    Titanfall comes out today. I pre-ordered this game a few weeks ago on BestBuy.com because the 20% off and the $10 certificate were too hard to pass up. I placed my order, put expedited shipment since I knew I couldn't make it to Best Buy after work on Tuesday (I carpool right now) and called it a day.
    Except here's the thing. Not only did the game not ship in time to arrive by today, it shipped UPS Standard instead of expedited. Talking to some others this seems to be a trend. 
    Certificates, 20% off, these are all great incentives to pre-order my games at Best Buy, but not being able to meet release day shipping even for Elite Plus members who get free expedited shipping?  That isn't even counting the fact that Best Buy didn't ship expedited like they were supposed to. Now I won't get the biggest release of 2014 so far until tomorrow. A day later than I would from most other retailers. These issues really need to be improved and it is largely an operational thing; the games have been sitting in your warehouse for at least a week, why my game didn't ship until 3pm Central time on Monday is beyond me.

    I've had the chance to review both of your accounts and can confirm that your orders were, indeed, shipped via expedited shipping. Depending on on your proximity to the fulfillment center that processed your order, UPS Ground may be listed as the shipping method rather than UPS Second Day on UPS' tracking site. Rest assured though that your copies of Titanfall are all expected to arrive within the 2-3 day window provided when you placed your orders.

    When in use and or charging an iPhone will get warm that is normqal
    Too hot to touch is not normal .I would take it to an Apple Store genius bar ,in case the battery has become unstable
    Maybe not charge unless you are present

    I started the whole process according instructions, but somehow almost finishing it the phone started a loop for 15 hours now! It is not working. Someone suggested to complain with ATT&T to get a credit for no phone service.

    After reading your reply i feel there is some programming debug happening in your system
    See that materials are not getting updated  with the  correct sales orgs and DC combinations in  the proper delivery tables that is in LIKP and LIPS
    Rightnow i dont have access to SAP to guide you further
    In SE16 in both  LIKP and LIPS tables please check whether the material is available in the correct sales org and DC combinations
    Mostly it will not be there
    That is why you are having problem in delivery
    Why delivery tables is not getting updated has to be checked with ABAPer only
    Please try to create another sales order for this material and see whether you are getting this error at order itself
    If in MM01 if the material is extended for the above sales orgs and DC's
    Then again there will not be any error in sales order
    Then we can conclude that there is problem in delivery tables

  • Pre-order points missing and pre-ordering problems at the store level.

    During the week of July 6th-July 12 there was an ad for pre-ordering certain movies and getting 100 bonus points for each movie.  On July 12th I pre ordered Rio 2, The Amazing Spiderman 2, and Transformers:AOE (Steelbook edition).  The employee was able to successfully pre-order Rio 2 using the provided in store pre order card but had difficultly pre ordering Spiderman 2 and Transformers.  Rio 2 and Spiderman 2 had set release dates while at that time Transformers did NOT have a release date until recently.  These pre-orders were done in three different transactions. 
    Picking up Rio 2 on 7/15 was not a problem.  The employee did an exchange in the system.  The 100 bonus points never posted.
    The Amazing Spiderman 2 had a lot of problems.  The employee thought I already bought it and picked it up on 7/12 when I went to pick it up on 8/19 (the release date).  At the time of the pre order purchase, there was no announcement of the BB exclusive Magno pack for the same price as the regular blu ray release.  Again the employee did a return/rebuy.  This employee also stated that the employee who processed the pre-orders Spiderman and Transformers did it incorrectly since it looks like she did it as a normal transaction instead of a pre-order.  The points have yet to be posted.
    Transformers: AOE (Steelbook edition) now has an official release date of 9/30.  My question is will the system allow for employee to process the pre-order pick up since it is outside of the 45 day window?  I am hoping it won't be but seeing how the employees have been processing pre-orders incorrectly when picking them up I expect problems when doing so. 
    I have also noticed a price drop for transformers (6760435) from the time I pre-ordered it on 7/12.  Will the employees be able to adjust the price and give me the difference?
    Not all stores carry the pre-order cards making this a difficult process for everyone (it takes me on average 30 minutes to pick up 1 pre-order instead of in and out within 5 mins like usual) because someone didn't do it correctly the first time.  So my question is, how should employees process a pre-order if there is NO Pre-Order card in store??  I would love to continue to pre-order at best buy, but am getting tired of having employees screw up my pre-order.

  • Online pre-order Epic 4g with $75 early upgrade

    Does anyone have experience with the pre-ordering a phone with the $75 dollar off upgrade?  Do I just select the full upgrade cost ($250) and then Sprint and Best Buy figure it out in the end and charge me the remainder later?

    be careful this is a bait and switch.  The BB web site states they honor the upgrads with all providers and if you put your number in will state you qualify.  When you go to  the store ... big bad change.  They will tell you nope we do not honor that ... cannot help what the web site states and want to charge you the full  500.00 dollar price for the phone.

    Let me share what I was told when I arrived at best buy store. By the way I will file a complaint to corporate about this and will see about filing it to better business bureau... I pre ordered my smash brothers bundle in store ( couldn't do it online because there are issues with my account for a year now and after numerous calls to fix it which I have been given so many ticket numbers,best buy just cant fix their own mistakes). I arrive at the store to pick up my pre order and the employee responds with a dissapointing tone"don't tell me you preordered the bundle." the employee just walks back and forth. She then asks her co-worker which she then tells me "we don't have your preorder...we only filled orders for the people who preordered online and fully paid the game." I asked for a manager and told him this is the second time best buy has messed up my pre orders and provide me with poor service. He then says that they only filled the orders from online purchases and who paid in full which makes me feel like I didn't matter only because I placed a $5.00 deposit to guarantee my copy.overall I received poor customer service, he did not own the situation and didn't offer at least some type of compensation to a "former" loyal elite customer. In general, best buy has given me poor service throughout the year by not fixing my ability to order online for a year, messing up my pre order of Mario kart 8 by charging me for the free $10 gift card which was supposed to be free for pre ordering the game and then refusing to give me a refund for the $10 charge, and finally telling me that even though I pre ordered, because I didn't pay the bundle in full I don't get my copy at all... Not even a phone call,common courtesy to notify me. This is it! Best buy will never get business from me and I will never recomment it to anyone. Amazon on the other hand does everything right, and owns the situations and strive to make things right.Amazon is now my go to for shopping all electronic and entertainment needs. Amazon even allowed me to place a new order for the bundle and will receive it next week versus best buy saying " we don't know when we will get them." In short I cancelled my pre order from best buy and took my business elsewhere. Finally when I asked the supervisor for corporate's contact information, he refused to provide it. Now I need to check online and hunt down that information

    Reading through your description of events I can certainly understand why you would be disappointed.  It is not our intent to leave any customers out when they pre-order a product with us.  While we are working to fulfill our in-store pre-orders that were not yet completed, I can also understand your desire to cancel the order and go where you could get an order shipped out to you.  I am sorry that was not us this time.
    I will certainly document your feedback so that we can learn from it and ensure that our stores are adequately equipped to fulfill orders as our first priority, but provide all care and courtesy when things don't go quite as intended.

  • Help with pre-order bonus Castlevani​a Lords of Shadow 2

    I recently placed an online order for Castlevania Lords of Shadow 2 but it was cancelled almost immediately from bestbuy.com itself for some reason.  I'm really trying to lock in a pre order bonus with this game and I am unable to go the store personally today and pre order.  I was hoping that the proof of placing an online pre order was enough to get the bonus if I go to the store tomorrow and buy the game regularly.  Like I said I can't make it to store today, and really wouldn't want to drive all the way over there to pre order then come back the next day to pick it up if i could just make it one trip instead.  Please respond quickly as I'm weighing in my options with gamestop and amazon at this moment if you guys won't allow this.

  • Calling stores for Ipad3 pre-order info

    I have been calling all the best buy stores around here for pre-order info, and all of them are saying that they will offer pre-order, but they don't know yet.  They are waiting on final word from corporate headquarters, that's why.   Some of them said, it could be later today, or tomorrow.
    So how are some of these other Best Buys offering pre-orders already?  Did any of you guys do the pre-order today at your Best Buy?  
    I am going to sound really annoying to these Best Buy stores, calling every 2 hours to see if they started pre-ordering haha!

    The "pre-order" the majority of stores are running from when I called is this: Buy a Best Buy gift card, varies between $50-$100, and they write down the color and model you want. That saves a spot in line technically. Problem is, they don't have any idea how many Apple will ship. Therefore, if you want a 64GB 4G White one, and they receive 3 when the truck stops, and you're number 4 in the book, you're screwed. Apple decides how many to ship. Best Buy has no decision power in that. Im number 3 at my BB. Let's hope Apple doesn't raid the supplies they were gonna send to retail stores to fill their own pre-order since they're out already! I read there's already a 3-day delay for those who HAD a pre-order thru Apple! =(
