BIG, rather funny translation error! in the dutch version!

they made a big error in translating the words at the ipod options page,
it's like, in the bottom you have the bar that says how full your ipod is and with what, like: "audio" "video" or "photo's"
only the last one "Free" in english, is translated as "Gratis" which also means Free, but in a completely different way, it means "For free"
like it costs 0 money!
so you apple staff might want to change that to "vrij" which means Free, as in how many space is "Free"

I am trying to do a Histogram in Numbers using the formula: = INDEX( FREQUENCY (....;....) ....).
However, I am using the Dutch version where the command "FREQUENCY" doesn't exist.
The litteral translation would be "FREQUENTIE" but there is nothing like it that fits the description.
I could really use some help!!

Yvan Koenig has produced a table of function name equivalents. According to his table, the Dutch equivalent of FREQUENCY is INTERVAL.

When trying to update my version of iTunes on my PC with Windows 7, I receive the error message "The older version of iTunes cannot be romoved". How do I correct this problem without losing all the music that I have in iTunes on my PC?

(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
(3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
(5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?

Error installing the Content version of Update rules

Hi experts,
While installing Update rule "0PA_C01 0HR_PA_0" from BI content following error is cming,
"Object Update rules E5ILYDNE80GVD52C5Y47ZBDKJ: Error installing the Content version."
Infocube , transfer rules are already installed. Datasource 0HR_PA_0 is also in place.
I have searched relevant quries in SDN.But i did not find the solution.
Could any one throw light on it?

Trying to update iTunes on Windows XP, get error message "The older version of Bonjour cannot be removed." I have removed several copies of the file Bonjour in a couple of different folders but the error message persists. What am I missing??

Unfortunately, this sort of trouble has gotten more complicated to deal with ever since Microsoft pulled the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from their Download Center on June 25. First we have to find a copy of the utility.
Let's try Googling. (Best not to use Bing, I think.) Look for a working download site for at least version 3.0 of the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (The results from mydigitallife and Major Geeks are worth checking.)
After downloading the utility installer file (msicuu2.exe), scan the file for malware, just in case. (I use the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware to do single-file scans for that.)
If the file is clean, to install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you've downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any Bonjour entries and click "Remove".
Quit out of CleanUp. Restart the PC, and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?

When downloading Firefox to my laptop I was automatically provided with a Dutch version (i.e. Dutch menu bars), probably because I reside in The Netherlands. I don't want the Dutch though. I want the English version. Obviously I can de-install the Dutch version. But I don't want it to be replaced with another Dutch version. Can I opt into an English version when downloading? If so, what button should I be looking for?

Translation error in the registration procedure for Hp E-printcenter

Not sure if this is the correct channel, but I just wanted to let you know that there is a mistake in the Dutch translations of the registration procedure for HP´s e-printcenter, which may confuse people.
In the screenshot below, you can see that during the registration procedure, you need to configure who will be able to send print jobs to your e-print account.
The first option (everybody) is ¨translated¨ in Dutch as ¨ideeën¨, which means ¨ideas¨. This may cause confusion for some people and considering the fact that this registration procedure is one of the first experiences that people have with the e-print center, I think it would be wise to have it changed.
The correct translation is ¨iedereen¨.

Translation error on the French language option

Hi, i'm fench canadian and just bought a Curve 8530. I've just updated my new Blackberry using the included sofware program. After that I was able to choose "french" as phone language. I Just want to report a translation error. When i add a contact and want to set his birthdate, the june month is written "Juil", and July is written "Jul". There is no "L" in june,even in french, which is "Juin". The abbreviation should be "Jun" And for July (Juillet in french) usually is Juil, not Jul. Can you guys send the information so they can check this ?
