Bilder Downloader stürzt ab

Nach der Installation des neuen Druckertreibers für meinen Dell 962, der über die Windows Update Seite von Microsoft verteilt wird, stürzt der Bilder Downloader zuverlässig ab. Das Übertragen von Bildern vom Fotoapparat mit Photoshop Elements 5.0 ist dann nicht mehr möglich. Auch ein Update auf PSE 5.02 bringt keine Abhilfe.
Also habe ich diese Problem per Email an Adobe gemeldet und folgende Antwort erhalten:

Ich habe folgenden Fehler festgestellt:
Nach der Installation des Treiber-Updates für den Drucker Dell AIO 962
(dieses Treiber update wird von der Microsoft Updateseite angeboten) stürzt
der Foto-Downloader beim Start des Computers ab.
Ein manuelles Starten des Downloaders ist ebenfalls nicht möglich.
Außerdem können die Voreinstellung von PSE über das Menü
(Bearbeiten/Einstellungen) nicht mehr geändert werden.
Wenn ich den Drucker deinstalliere, funktioniert PSE wieder einwandfrei.
Das Problem tritt sowohl bei PSE 5.0 als auch bei 5.02 auf.
Ich verwende Windows XP Home mit SP 2.

Wieso regelt Adobe das nicht intern selber?
Es handelt sich um einen reproduzierbaren Fehler und ich verstehe nicht, warum ich jetzt auch noch Telefongebühren bezahlen soll.

Accessing Mails with Webbrowser and from Windows Outlook is working correctly.
All Macs (also the ones with OS 10.6.8) do not anymore show any new messages in inbox.
Restarted Server, tried to disable autodiscover on macs and deleting/adding account and repairing database does not fix the problem. Also restarted server several times.
We have the same problem on 2 imacs retina with yosemite and on 2 mac pro with 10.6.8 and different office 2011 versions.
i tried to configure the exchange account in apple mail on yosemite and it also states "connected" and does list some folders but no new mails are getting in.
Windows clients and outlook on them works and syncs fine, and also when connecting via webbrowser at owa it must be a mac-specific/webdav issue.

there is one update popping up again and again even after everytime successull installation: Windows Mlicious Software Removal Tool x64 - October 2010.
i tried to configure a new user with empty mailbox and configured it with microsoft mail (mac - yosemite) as exchange and was able to send a mail from there (even if quite delayed).
but there are not coming in any mails.
same exchange accounts triggered by imap do work and also via owa.
Exchange Accounts in Outlook for MAC and also in Mail (Yosemite) do show the folder structures but there is no mails showing up. I can send mails from the exchange accounts created but they seem to be processed with a delay of like 15minutes and outlook
is giving error "end of file reached" but messages are send after some time.
Does seem like EWS is extremely slow, to slow perhaps to sync and therefore ending in timeout.
Also i cannot reach the server from externally over ssl https 443. if testing port 443 of exchange from outside the port seems closed even firewall settings of sbs 2008 and sonicwall ports are correctly open.
could it be there is something in regarding webdav which is very slow and leading to timeouts ?

Since Outlook running on Windows works well, it seems an issue on the Mac side. I suggest ask Mac for help so that you can get more professional suggestions.

In Design CC stürzt regelmäßig ab. Dateien beschädigt.

Hallo an alle,
Ich benutze derzeit die aktuellste Version von InDesign. Das hat bisher auch immer toll funktioniert. Seit ein paar Wochen habe ich allerdings das Problem, dass InDesign vor allem beim Nutzen des Textwerkzeuges und beim Ein- und Rauszoomen abstürzt. Ich merke dann, wie sich das Programm aufhängt, meine Maus verwandelt sich in das bunte Laderad von Mac OSX und danach ist das Programm weg. Wäre an sich nicht soooo schlimm ABER: Öffne ich InDesign wieder, ist die Datei, die ich derzeit am bearbeiten war, IMMER beschädigt (kein Fehlercode) und kann auch nicht wiederhergestellt werden. Nach einem Wiederherstellungsversuch stürzt InDesign nämlich wieder ab. Ich zerschieße mir also derzeit regelmäßig meine Dateien...

Hm muss ich eine Datei denn nicht erstmal irgendwie öffnen können bevor ich die exportieren kann ?! Oder kann ich dazu ein anderes Programm nutzen bzw einfach die Dateiendung umbenennen?
In der Datei befinden sich bei paar Bilder(verknüpft). Es sind alles JPEG oder TIFF Dateien. Schriften verwende ich in der Regel über TypeKit. Die Wiederherstellungsversuche von InDesign versuchen auch ständig irgendwas mit den Textrahmen zu machen. Was genau kann ich da leider nicht genau sagen =/....

Can't download photos from digital camera after latest software update

Hi,
since the latest update on the 28.9.08 I have trouble downloading photos from my Canon Eos 400D. I can't use "Digitale Bilder" anymore, nor Adobe Bridge Photo Downloader or iPhoto. I have to use my partners MacBook that doesn't have the update yet. Could it have something to do with the RAW-Compatibility-Update? And does Apple know and do something about it?
Or can I fix this myself?
I'd appreciate help.

I have a Powershot Elph340HS and a SD960IS, I've updated Canon ImageBrowser and CamaraWindow and it just says "no camera detected"... so I used a different usb to make sure it wasn't that, I've tried everything, Preview, iPhoto, even iMovie... all of which worked before for importing from my cameras...

Does that mean, you are running iPhoto 9.6 on MacOS X 10.10.1 Yosemite? Or are you using an older MacOS X? "New" iPhoto is relative and depends on your system.

Where is your iPhoto Library (Mediathek) stored? Have you moved it to an external drive, or is it still in your Pictures folder (the order "Bilder")?

Problem downloading Adobe InDesign CS5.5 family

I have subscribed for Online Store Download of Creative Suite CS5. Download of instructions plus the actual product downloaded successfully. Now wanting to continue downloading other downloads seen in my downloads. One I just downloaded is called Adobe InDesign CS5.5 Family. To download without Akamai Manager I downloaded the file using the Alternate Download Method.
So the download now resides on my desktop and a folder is titled Contents. When I double-click it shows font family folders. How do I install them into InDesign? Do I drag the icon onto my InDesign Application Icon...

WIe sind Deine Farbeinstellungen: Bearbeiten > Farbeinstellungen? Vor allem was sind die verwendeten CMYK-Richtlinien.
Das Problem ist dann gegeben, wenn Dein Dokument in einem CMYK-Farbprofil angelegt ist (und Deine Grafiken) und die Ausgabe erfolgt auf ein anderes Farbprofil.
Damit der Farbeindruck gleich bleibt, werden die Farben in ein anderes Farbprofil konvertiert, damit die Farbwerte gleich bleiben, wird die Einstellung Werte erhalten verwendet. Das ist eben in den Farbeinstellungen generell festgelegt, kann jedoch spezifisch beim PDF-Export abweichend gewählt werden.
Bei der Verwendung von CMYK-Bildmaterial steht man bei einem abweichenden Ausgabeprofil vor dem Dilemma, entweder man erhält die Farbwerte und verändert den Farbeindruck der Bilder oder man konvertiert und konvertiert daurch auch in buntes Schwarz.
Die einfache Lösung in InDesign ist, dass man ausschließlich Bilder, also Fotos, in RGB platziert und Vektoren als CMYK und dann bei der Ausgabe „Werte erhalten” wählt.

Photoshop Elements 12 wurde unerwartet beendet - Immer wenn man das zweite Bild für das Web speichern möchte

Hallo zusammen, ich habe mir vor zwei Tagen adobe photoshop Elements 12 Editor gekauft. Folgendes Problem tritt jedes Mal wieder auf: Nachdem ich ein erstes Bild bearbeitet habe und gespeichert habe, bearbeite ich ein weiteres. Wenn ich dieses Bild dann fürs Web ebenfalls speichern möchte, stürzt das Programm ab und folgende Fehlermeldung kommt: "Photoshop Elements 12 Editor wurde unerwartet beendet". Ich habe es bereits neu installieret, aber das Problem bleibt bestehen. Kann mir jemand helfen? Danke und Gruß

Direkter Bild-Import in Bridge CS6 bricht sofort ab

Beim Start des Bild-Importes aus Bridge CS6 heraus bricht der Import aus der Kamera ab.
Andere Windows-Tools importieren Bilder direkt von der Kamera ohne Probleme. Die Kamera:
CANON5DMarkII mit aktueller Firmware und geladenen Akkus.

Generell würde ich Dir empfehlen, nie aus der Camera selst zu Importieren, sondern immer über den Kartenleser. Ich selbst habe mehrere Cameras des selben Typs wie Du und auch andere von Canon, Nikon und Fuji. Meiner Erfahrung nach, kommt es beim direkten Import von der Camera zu mehr Schreibfehlern und damit zerstörten Daten als über einen Kartenleser, dabei ist es wurst, mit welchem Programm die Daten geholt werden.
Ein Fehler könnte sein, dass mehrere Photo Downloader installiert sind, die sich gegenseitig abschießen, kommt manchmal vor. Kompatibel sollte der schon sein, da diese Camera bereits seit der CS4 unterstützt wird.

Mit Adobe PDF aus Word 2003 erzeugen: empfohlene Einstellungen für Screenshot-Bilder ohne Artefakte?

Mein Word-Dokument beinhaltet Screenshots von Text-Dialogen (einige 100% und einige verkleinert).
Obwohl die Qualität der Bilder im MS Word-Viewer gut ist, zeigen die erzeugten PDFs Artefakte hauptsächlich an schwarzen Texten:
Die einzelnen Buchstaben sind verdünnt oder verdickt!
Die Betrachtungsqualität steigt auch nicht beim Hineinzoomen (z. B. auf 200%).
Ich versuchte Einstellungen ohne Bildkompression, aber die Artefakte bleiben!
a) Ich füge die Screenshots via Copy&Paste hinzu, wobei ich das Ausschneidetool "snagit" benutze.
b) Wie ist die richtige Einstellung des Adobe PDF-Creators, die keinerlei Kompression anwendet (= Original-Bitmap)?
Oder ist es ein Prinzip, dass in einem PDF Bilder immer komprimiert enthalten sind?

Danke für die Tipps. Leider ist mir gerade die Testlizenz abgelaufen, aber vielleicht kann ich ja noch einmal eine neue beantragen.
Ich nutze Windows 7Ultimate-64 SP1, MS Word 2003 SP3 und hatte getestet Adobe XI Pro.
Ein Screenshot mit meinen Testeinstellungen, die leider nicht zu PDFs ohne Bildstörungen geführt haben.

Premiere Elements 8 stürzt beim Laden ab

ich habe mir im Januar einen Dell Studio XPS 1640 zugelegt.
Dazu habe ich mir das Adobe Elements 8 Bundle gekauft.
Leider kann ich nicht wirklich Premiere Elements 8 nutzen. Wenn ich ein neues Projekt laden will und er die ganzen Daten lädt, bleibt er beim laden von Windows Media stehen und stürzt dann sekunden später ab.
Woran liegt das?

Ich war mir jetzt ehrlich gesagt nicht sicher, wie das funktioniert. Ich habe mal ein Bild hochgeladen von der, wo ich glaube, dass es die "hardwarebeschleunigte Wiedergabe" sein könnte. Da wo sich der rote Pfeil befindet, dort habe ich das Häckchen rausgenommen. Leider hat APE 8 danach immer noch nicht funktioniert. So langsam bin ich am verzweifeln. Das Programm war so teuer und es läuft einfach nicht...

IPhoto zeigt Bilder aus RAW Format (Nikon D5100) nur noch komplett schwarz an

beim Importieren über SD-Karte ist mir iPhoto vermehrt abgestürzt. Der Fehler tritt nur in Verbindung mit dem RAW-Format (Nikon D5100) auf. JPEG funktioniert tadellos. Falls der Import doch erfolgreich war (Anzahl der Bilder stark reduziert) sind diese alle schwarz.
Auch eine andere SD-Karte zeigt identisches Verhalten.
Ich nutze ein MacBookPro Early 2011 auf dem Yosemite läuft.

Schwierig Vorstellbar, dass das Problem ausschließlich bei mir Auftritt.
Wir hatten hier schon mehrere Berichte, dass das neue RAW update dieses Problem verursacht hat.
Du könntest versuchen, ob es einen Unterschied macht, wenn du den Update direkt herunterlädtst anstelle ihn vom AppStore zu installieren:

PSE 6.0 stürzt bei plugins ab

Habe mir heute den NIK Sharpener 2.0 inkjet edition gekauft.
Sobald ich den Nik starte, stürzt mir PSE 6.0 ab.
Gleiches passiert mir bei einem anderen plugin. Das Noiseware plugin läuft jedoch.
Verwende Vista. Weiß jemand Rat?

Depending on your camera, you may actually need to download and install the most RECENT version of Camera Raw which is version 5.6 (which should work with your version of Elements). Check the Camera Raw Product Page for more info.

Was ist los? Neuinstallation von Original-CD klappte nicht. Die alte Version aus dem Backup klappte auch nicht. Bitte um Hilfe. Brauche Photoshop für meine Arbeit im Druckgewerbe. Danke.

The CS2 servers have been closed. As a CS2 owner, Adobe has provided a no-activation Photoshop CS2 installer with a new serial number free of cost.
