Then I'm at a loss. Mine has switched automatically from the start, favoring Wi-Fi, any of its registered networks, whenever available. May be similar, when I got the i5 about 16 months ago, the local carrier was starting to roll out 4G service. The phone would regularly lose all carrier connection, voice and data. Haphazardly would reconnect when it felt like it afterwards. Initially did the Off/On dance to speed things up, but discovered that using Airplane Mode would do the same without the lengthier power cycle. After awhile, the carrier 'fessed they were having capacity issues and later the problem went away. So yours too may also be a carrier issue. -

You can't delete an iTunes account, all you can do is remove personal info from it and stop using it - any items that you downloaded with the account will remain tied to it.

New iPhone user here. I registered an Apple ID and tried to use it at iTunes. I was asked to enter billing information. After I did that, it shows a message "contact iTunes support". Same message appeared even I tried different credit cards even Paypal. Need help! Thank you.

my ipod touch wont turn on ive tried restoring it but every time i do it just says its waiting for the ipod to respond. meanwhile my ipod is no longer a black screen but the apple logo with a loading bar underneath that after leaving for 8 hours hasnt moved.
Try:
- Another cable
- Another USB port
- Reboot the computer
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

Duplicate Outputs proposed in Billing Document unexpectedly after 3 months
We are facing a weird problem in some of our billing documents. After the billing document has been saved and the EDI output ZEDI issued, some days later (or even some months later), 2 or 3 duplicate outputs have been proposed (automatically ?) and the IDOCs also have gone out of the system. But the status of the duplicate outputs remain in "Yellow" status and their Processing Log does not contain the new IDOC #s but the original IDOC # that was sent first.
We are at a loss to determine root of issue, Users don't remember changing the billing documents at these times but even if they did, the "Multiple Issuing" checkbox is not selected in the Output Type "ZEDI" and hence, outputs should not have been proposed.
Has anyone faced such an issue before ?

PDF video continues playing after leaving page
Hi all,
When I publish a video as a PDF, it plays through Adobe smoothly. However, when I click on a hyperlink within the PDF video linking to Youtube or somewhere externally, the PDF video keeps playing causing 2 audio stream overlapping.
Is there a way to pause the Captivate PDF video after leaving the page to watch a Youtube video via hyperlink?

client want separate report and transaction for cash bill and credit bill
so can do separate sales document type and billing document type to map above requirement
e.g. Z1OR and Z1F2 for cash bill
Z2OR and Z2F2 for credit bill
if customer pay in cash they will use Z1OR
if customer want thr credit they will use Z2OR

regardsIt depends on how your delivery document should be generated.
If for cash sales, if you want delivery document to be generated automatically in the bacground once sale order is created but not for credit sales, then you should have two sale order types.
Otherwise, it is not necessary to have two order types. Also it is recommended to have two billing types for your requirement but again it depends on the process how it is going to be.
If you are asking whether it is required only for reporting purpose, then I can say, yes you can have one billing type. But I am sure, Payment Terms and Inco Terms should be different for these scenarios and that is why, I said to have two billing types.

Failback after "Protected Network" failover in Hyper-V
Hi everyone
I have a two node hyper-v cluster on Windows Server 2012 R2. I use "Protected Network" feature combined with LACP teaming at the Hyper-V level. Protected Network works fine, it meens when network connection of
a particular VM is broken, the Live Migration begins and VM starts working on a second node.
The problem is with a failback action. In the VM properties I have set the preferred owner and I allowed failback immediately. After loosing a network connection Protected Network feature migrates the VM to a second node (not preferred).
But after the connection is reliable again on the first node, the failback does not happen. When I for example restart a Cluster Service on the first node, then all VMs are migrated to a preferred nodes. Failback also works fine after restarting
one of the nodes. It does not work only after Protected Network failover.
Do you think failback is possible with Protected Network feature?Hi Konrad,
First , my apology for the delay .
I built the cluster for this test and I configured a HA VM to allow failback immediately and preferred owner but it only applied to node failover .
(I unplugged the cable to trigger failover for that VM but it didn't failback after I plugged the cable back )

After a network interruption, my Photosmart 7510 prints pages with a "d" on them. I have Windows 7. There is no error message on my computer. When I check "See What's Printing," nothing is shown.

Why is the router getting reset?
Have you tired using a different router to see if this stops the issue?
Restore Network Defaults:
On the printer control panel, touch the Wireless icon ( ).
Touch Settings .
Touch and then slide your finger up on the display to scroll to Restore Network Defaults .
Touch Restore Network Defaults .
Touch Yes to confirm your selection.
Restart the printer, and then connect it back to your network.
You may need to run the Update IP address icon located in the HP folder in All Programs to update the computers with the new IP address assigned to the printer.

Lumia 800 crash problems after running Network Set...

Long post coming up but if somebody at Nokia reads and makes sense of it and a fix comes about then it'll have been worth it.
Phone: Nokia Lumia 800 (sim free)
Firmware: 11500
Location: UK and Ireland
Since I got my Lumia 800 (November) I've been traveling between UK and Ireland a lot.
The phone works fine in the UK but in Ireland, when I put in my three.ie sim the phone keeps crashing during network related operations such as coming out of flight mode or reading/replying to a text message.
It's not a dodgy sim because this is the third one (I get a new payg sim each month) and this problem has occurred throughout.
At first I noticed that I could not configure the phone where MMS and internet data worked at the same time. If I added the 3internet APN then data worked but MMS didn't. If I deleted the APN then MMS worked but data didn't.
Another problem with this phone in Ireland was that it kept crashing whenever I took it out of flight mode. Again, this did not happen in the UK with my UK (Three network) sim.
As this has been happening from the first days that I got the phone I've been looking for a solution/workaround the whole time and I remember one of the first bits of information I found was somebody suggesting that the phone worked fine with the first sim inserted (which in my case was the UK sim). That stuck with me and when the Network Setup app (from Nokia) appeared I thought "ah! this makes sense, now I should be able to switch sims".
Unfortunately the app did not fix the problem of not having a unified network configuration for data and MMS.
This week I bit the bullet and reset the phone with the Ireland sim inserted. O...M...G...!!! Internet data AND MMS now work (in Ireland) and I have not gone anywhere near the APN configuration.
I used the phone for an hour surfing, checking emails, sending texts and MMSs, all was good.
Then I thought about the Network Setup app and wondered what it would do, so I ran it. The very next incoming text message crashed the phone! Then I rebooted and found that internet data did not work.
Next I repeated this process. Reset phone with three.ie sim inserted, checked that internet data and MMS worked (they did), ran Network Setup, internet data no longer worked, opened an incoming text...it didn't crash.
So, not a reproducible problem
Next test: flight-mode toggling. This one IS reproducible.
Location: Ireland
Sim: three.ie
Fully reset phone.
Before running Network Setup: flight mode toggles=20, crashes=0
After running Network Setup: flight mode toggles=20, crashes=12
Fully reset phone again.
Before running Network Setup: flight mode toggles=20, crashes=0
After running Network Setup: flight mode toggles=20, crashes=11
Fully reset phone again.
Before running Network Setup: flight mode toggles=20, crashes=0
So now I'm not going to run Network Setup, I'll head back to the UK on Friday and see if my phone continues to work properly with my UK sim.

Phone just crashed when coming out of flight mode and I have not run Network Setup.
MMS and internet data are working though so I'll just not use flight mode at night...or on planes> Try moving closer to a window, or even going fully outside

I have over $25 left in my i-tunes account from i-tunes gift cards. However the system keeps trying to bill a credit card rather than accessing the gift card balance first. Anyone have a similar problem or have some advice?
Either you're trying to gift content, or the iTunes Store servers are checking the validity of your account, or there's a problem on Apple's end.
