Bill increased by $50 and the phone number is not letting me through.

I need to talk to someone about the $50 increase in my bill from last month, but everything I try to call customer service, they disconnect me as soon as I say I am calling about billing or canceling starz. That is ridiculous because they advertise that the service is 24/7, but apparently only if you are increasing the bill. I want to take care of this immediately.

Thanks for the details. All numbers should show up in the message history log, unless you are communicating via iMessage. When texting the numbers that are missing in the message log are you using your normal messaging app on the device or a downloaded app? Have the numbers that are missing been shown in your message log before?

How did you buy iWork (no 's', capital 'W')?
If you downloaded the trial version earlier, and have since purchased a serial number, iWork will ask you for the number the first time you launch one of the iWork applications after the trial period ends.
If you bought a retail box, or bought the individual applications through the Mac app store, no serial number is needed, but if any part of the trial version is still installed on your computer, you'll get a request to enter a serial number before proceeding.
In the last case, you must delete all traces of iWork and it's applications (but not the documents that you have created and saved), then reinstall the purchased versions from the DVD or from the app store.
For the simplest and most efficient means of deleting the trial version, go to Yvan Koenig's iDisk, then to:
for_iWork > iWork 09 > uninstall iWork 09.zip
Unzip the file, open with Script Editor and run.

FIrst try a soft reset by holding down the home & sleep/wake buttons until the Apple logo appears then let go & let the iPad boot up normally.
If that doesn't help then to make sure you have a strong internet connection.
Try resetting Network Settings
Settings->General->Reset->Reset Network Settings,
You won't lose any data but will have to log back into your wifi networks.
Once logged back in and when the pop-up appears, try entering your password again.

Make sure you're using the correct code. For most iTunes cards, the code is under the scratchoff area on the back of the card. Also, the gift card you're trying to use must have been issued in the country whose iTunes Store you are using; you cannot use a card from another country. If you're sure you're using the correct code and that the card was indeed issued in your country, contact the iTunes Store Support; instructions are at the bottom of the article from which you came.
