Bill paid over 24 hours ago and still no reconect

Well im tottaly lost here.
Yes i was late paying bill and the bb was suspended.
Ok, After much trouble (using my mobile to log into the bt website wich was real slow as i am in a slow connection area) 
I finally paid the bill online but guess what? that was over 24 hours ago! i have called the 0330 numbers for roughly about 2.5 hours (your call is in a que and will be answerd shortly sorry for the delay) 
fast forward to today and now it seems i have an order waiting for completion on December 24 for infinity 2 That i already Have!! what in gods name is happening? all i want is to be reconected now, my bill has been paid in full since yesterday!!!
Has anyone got any other method of contacting them as my account is in apparent suspention my call gets moved (you are being transfered to bt your account has been suspended as you have not paid your bill and you will not be charged for this call ) Or words to that effect.
So what do i do? i cant even chat to them as the only site i can get on my pc is BT.com and it comes back with an error when trying to connect to the chat server.

I paid for it through PayPal but when I look at my order history on the adobe website I says I have no orders or products. Is it supposed to take this long to show up?

    in the meantime, you can use the ai cs6 trial and when your order is confirmed and you receive a serial number you can convert your trial installation to an unlimited version without reinstalling.

    Woke up this morning hoping to have the code, but nope... still hasn't come. Just like you, I submitted my original request 25 hours ago now, and have yet to hear ANYTHING from Apple.
    I'm disappointed that the only answer I get is an AppleCare representative telling me to read the terms and conditions of requesting and then reading it and saying that it says processing will take up to 24 hours.
    I expected better execution of this up-to-date program from Apple. I'm guessing it has to do with the botched codes going out that are showing up as already used.
    Let's hope it will be today!

  • Over 4 hours now and still nothing

    creative cloud will not open any trial apps. It had my old email on file when i first downloaded it, stating it had sent a verification to my email. But never gave the option to send to my new email. I unistalled both the photoshop cc trial, and creative cloud. I had creative cloud earlier this year to try a few adobe products, but I did uninstall it several months ago, and I didn't think to updat my email before installing again. I have been having problems for over 4 hours now. I now have my new email on creative cloud, and have downloaded ps cc again (which states successful) but everytime I try to get the app to launch, it sends me to the adobe ps cc download screen, and i click download, and nothing happens. Please help!

    thank you, I am using windows 8, and it is 64 bits. It has a check mark and says next to the app that it is up to date. Now when I go directly to photoshop cc through my computer (not through creative cloud) it says trial has expired. However, I think it is saying this because I had unistalled and reinstalled both programs. And yes, it sounds like that person on the other thread has the same problem as I do. Please let me know if and when there is a solution. This is very frustrating, thank you for your time, and response.

    I bought a song in iTunes on my iPod Touch. It's a Second Generation, if that helps any. When I downloaded it and listened to it; however, I noticed that it wasn't the right song! iTunes had mislabeled it. I reported it to Apple more than a month ago and got the automated reply, but I haven't received any word since then. Meanwhile, I'm stuck with a song I don't want. I tried reporting it again, but I can't for whatever reason. Can anyone help me, please? Oh, the song was Sailing by Pieces of a Dream.

    Where did you find the download?
    Apple no longer has Lion on the App Store unles you call them, pay with a credit card, and they give you a special code for downloading.

    Does anyone else feel strongly that the support page lacks real 'support'. Some pages simply loop back and forth. I have had this issue for over a year. It seemed to have been resolved with someone telling me that my accounts could be linked. It weven seemed to work with some items but I have several expensive purchases, audio books etc, that I still cannot authorise. All help gratefully received, preferably dot point it so I can follow.

    I started an export PDF over two and a half hours ago and it is still going.  I can't stop, and I can't upload export anything else.

    I have the same problem - updates are stuck on loading, and the app store is now also doing the same.  I've tried resetting, but it hasn't made any difference.
    I haven't been able to load iTunes onto my computer - 2 hours on the phone with Apple, as well as 4 hours of my IT guy's time (which I paid for) and no one could help.  So going through iTunes on the computer is not an option for me.
    Is there any way of cancelling or resetting the apps just with the phone?
    Have had the phone for 6 months and this is the first time it's happened, but it's been stuck like that for about a week.  Now I can't update or load any apps.

    Don't know how long it would take to import that many photos but if you stopped import and ejected the card ther is something else wrong here.
    I would Force Quit iPhoto. Then Restart your mac. Then restart iphoto to see if any or all of your photos were imported. If they ae you're good to go. If they were not imported I would try importing fewer photos at a time and see what happens.

    Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild.
    If that fails:
    Restore from your back up
