Hi,
Can u get the table name and field name (name,other name,house number,street,city,postal code,country,country,tel1_number,extension) for fetching the details of BILL TO ADDRESS for PURCHASE order form

In PO bill to address is generally the Plant Address.
Are you talking of SAP standard smartform ? If you have Bill to number then you can find the address details from ADRC table by using ADRNR (KNA1-ADRNR).
Can you please be more specific on this.

Hi Ravi,
I don't know about a function module, but the vendor master table LFA1 has a field ADRNR pointing to the general address table with the fields for e.g. language and to the tables ADR2 for phone numbers, ADR3 for fax numbers and ADR6 for e-mail addresses.

Address details for next column.

Hi experts,
i have an issue, which the program downloads the customer data into an excel sheet.
while download to excel they are printing Communication address details in single cell line by line,
for that they used ' cl_abap_char_utilities=>newline ' class..
now my requirement to change the single cell address details to next column..
ie., they want to display address1 in one cell and address2 in next column cell... so on like that..
can you suggest me, is there any class or any other logic..

We are trying to output invoice / receipt from a cash desk. Where can I find the address details pertaining to this cash desk ? Or to which specific organizational object (that contains an address) is the cash desk assigned to ?

Shipping Point Address:
Goto the table TVST, give the shipping point and get the adrnr.with this you can go to ADRC Table and get the address field values.
Ship to Party Address:
Here is the link
1. VBPA-VBELN = LIKP-VBELN AND VBPA-PARVW = 'WE'.
2. ADRC-ADDRNUMBER = VBPA-ADRNR.

Changing account email address details for iCloud

I changed my email address a while ago and was able to make the change for my iTunes account, however I have not been able to access my iCloud account to make the change (it doesn't seem to have automatically changed that too). It keeps prompting me to enter the password but it will not allow me to change the email address, so the password does not work. Any ideas anyone?

I am using the Address Node in Smart Forms to print the Addresses in Tax Invoice Printing. How to get the address details for the One-Time Customers which is stored in the BSEC table using the same Address Function.
(We can directly get the address details from BSEC and display it by using a separate Text Node. But the address formatting according to the recipient country postal standards will be handled only by Address Function in Smart Forms right)

Now I can get address no. for ship to in XVBPA table and get the address detail. But if some one changed the value manualy how could I find the new value.
Mean is there any internal table which I could read to get the address detail for ship to partner function in user exit.

Hi even if someone changed the value manually in the correspondingaddr table,then table would again be updated in the address table from where you are picking the details using the address number.

Approval for Personal and Address details change from ESS

Hi,
I have to trigger a workflow when ever an employee changes his personal details(eg: Marital status) or address details from portal, it should send an approval to HR UWL and once HR approves then only it should update the data in the backend.
1. Any standard workflow exists for this
1. Is there any standard way of triggering the custom workflow
2. How to block the updation until it is approved by HR

Hi,
As suggested by Siddhartha, the HCM forms and processes is the best and most recommended way to handle such kind of requirements. Only thing need to bear in mind is this is launched through Adobe Interactive forms and not through webdynpros and also has additional licensing implications.

How do I create a submit button for my form? I would like it to send the completed PDF to an email address

Hi everyone,
I recently upgraded to Adobe XI and I can't find a "submit by email" button for my form. I created a button and tried to set up some actions but, I can only get the button to direct the user to a URL. How do I make it send the completed PDF to our designated company email address? I'm not too familiar with JAVASCRIPTS so I haven't tried that plus I heard it may not work with users with adobe reader.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the input. I think you might have a different version of LiveCycle than the copy I have since it looks a little different. However, I found the answer in Adobe help. I had to type "mailto:" before the email address to indicate it's an email and not a URL. See below.
To collect form data as attachments to email, type mailto: followed by the email address. For example, mailto:[email protected]

How to make multi-box fields for name or address in a PDF form to be filled in?

I would like to know how to make fields for name and address in a PDF form.
I am now using Acrobat 8 Pro on Windows Vista. I have downloaded a form in the format of a PDF file. Basically it is just a file holding images of pages of the document, and there are no fields for me to type something on it using computer. This form will be used frequently by me, but I don't want to print it out and fill it in every time by hand. I want to fill it in in the computer and print copies of it when needed. The output will then be much more neat and tidy.
I have seen PDF forms with blanks for typing name and address, which means the form can be filled in on the computer before printing. They are special, as these blanks allow users to type name and address with every character occupying a box in the field, which consists of ten boxes or so. These are not ordinary textfields. I want to make similar inputting field as well.
Does anyone knows something about making these input fields with each character using 1 little box in the multi-box field? Any ideas are appreciated.

I have one query regarding the fields details in particular form for all the users in company.
Let take an exapmle if i had created Purchase Order having fields in content tab as 1.Item No. 2.Quantity 3.Unit Proce 4.Total 5. Location.
While Login in User manager i set these fields only for Purchase order , but when i login from other user and open the similar purchase order the defaults fields are also seen including above 4 fieds .
Now my question is how to set the User choice fiels for the particular form that are common to all users.
Means whenever i login in any user and opens the same document the same fields should be seen....Thanksssss.........

You have to login with each and every user and do the Form Settings of every forms, so that all the forms look same for all the users.
This is a manual job and you have do do it with every user login.

Update ADDRESS PURPOSE DETAILS for Supplier

I am working in R12 EBS with oracle database 10g. I have a requirement to update the 'SUPPLIER ADDRESSBOOK DETAILS'.
ACCOUNT PAYABLES RESPONSIBILITY--> SUPPLIER-->ENTRY-->SUPPLIER-->ADDRESS BOOK-->UPDATE ADDRESS
Then you can update the supplier address details.This page contains two sections 'ADDRESS DETAILS' and 'CONTACT DETAILS AND PURPOSE'. In 'Contact Details and Purpose' section, *'Address Purpose' column contains 3 check boxes, named, 'purchasing','payment', and 'RFQ Only'.*
My requirement is, i have 50 suppliers, i need to check these 3 check boxes of Address Purpose' for every supplier.
I can't do it manually for each supplier; Could anyone suggest me the solution to update 'Address Purpose' for supplier. Is there any API or INTERFACE available?

Table for User Address details

Hi All,
I wanted to know in which table the address of the employees (users) saved in SRM5.0? I checked function module BAPI_BUPA_ADDRESSES_GET, but it just links the business partner number to the Address Guid. How do I find which address detail is linked to this Guid? I checked table ADRC, but couldnot find it there. Could anyone help me on this?
My actual issue is that, for a particular user,the address information doesnot showup in the shop screen(when I try searching for this user using 'shop for' option). The users in SRM are replicated from HR Org structure in ECC6.0
So, I wanted to know which table of SRM is not updated with the address linking this user.
For this particular user, I can find 2 address guids from the function module, BAPI_BUPA_ADDRESSES_GET. Is that the reason for this issue?
How do I resolve this?

The link between these two business partner number is Person number.. Following is the architecture..
1) User will have a Business Partner number in SRM
2) Company/org will have a Business partner number in SRM
3) There is something called User and company relationship will exist by person number, i.e. User's official information like Building, Floor, Room Number are stored under company's /org's BP address number refer to person number..
