Hi ichab0d,
All purchase from App World are billed through [email protected] If you didn't purchase any app then look for support email ID (for that particular apps) which is also available at the bottom on that email message. Send them a query let them know what has happened to you.

Tap Settings > General > International. Make sure the Region Format is correct.
As for your Apple ID. Tap Settings > Store > Apple ID > iForgot

I am an Aperture user and I am tired of managing my old iphoto library seperately. In order to use the new combined aperture/iphoto abilities i need a newer version of iphoto. Apple says that the new iphoto is free, however my iphoto (version 8.1.2) did not update. How do i update iphoto so that i can use the library with Aperture?

HT201303 Billing error for cards app

Hi
I used the card app on my iphone to send my parents an anniversary card and it just gave me an error when i tried to purchase the card. I finally went to Wal-Mart and purchased a card for them.
I just checked my bank account and apple charged me 5 times! 1 ea for the cards app that gave me an error on trying to complete the order. how can I get this refunded?

Charged for an app I didnt buy?

Hello, a few weeks ago i noticed there was a japanese app on my phone and i didn't know what is was. I didnt really think anything of it but now looking at my bill i have been charged £6.99? It says it was for an in-app purchase but i don't even remember downloading this app so i definitely didn't buy anything in it.I haven't even used it. Is there any chance of me getting a refund? and how would i go about doing that? thanks

An app and an in-app purchase can't be purchased/downloaded by itself or without user interaction.

Options to log program crashes/errors for deployed apps

I've done a bunch of reading on the topic and am getting mixed information. In my case, I have a released application running on four Win7 targets. Ocassionally, I'm getting some application crashes. I am certain there is some firmware-level problems going on with my custom IO board as well, but I need some tools to troubleshoot why the CVI app is crashing.
I've seen recommenation to try the Windows Event Viewer, Dr. Watson (for WinXP targets), etc, but these are pretty generic.
This is a good thread, but didn't go anywhere.
And then there's the article on the ConfigCVILogging tool. This seems promising too, but it's unclear to me how I can package that EXE with my app distribution. Also, what setup do I need in my app so that it is aware of the CVILogging EXE?
Ideas?

It would be helpful if you could post screenshots of any errors you are seeing when these crashes happen. Could you describe how the applications crash exaclty? Does it always happen after a certain input or action or is it pretty much random? Does it happen in the same way on all 4 test computers? I think you are a little confused about the way that ConfigCVILogging tool works. I believe the way it works is that any time the run time engine DLLs are called that application will know about it and make entries to the log. So running your executable should visible to that process.

Perhaps Oracle support doesn't want to here this, but the best information for OCJ4 is available either by scanning the mailing list at www.orionserver.com or looking at www.orionsupport.com - a site developed by users of Orion with no actual association with the vompany. I've been working with the app-server for over a year now and have certainly been frustrated at the lack of documentation - and of course Oracle hasn't improved it. Oracle should have spent much more time training their technical staff before giving it to the marketing chumps to run with. I believe that the move of Oracle and Orion is a good one from a technical perspective however - I am over the major bump in the Orion learning curve and I absolutely love the product - but I'm not sure that the Oracle staff are over that (what can be) tough first part of the curve. Hopefully they are all hunkered down with Karl and Magnus from Orion trying to learn all the required stuff.

"Assign Access Control" returns error for essbase apps in shared services

I installed and configured Oracle EPM 11.1.2 (Foundation, Essbase, Planning, Reporting&Analysis):
OS: Windows Server 2008 Sp2 (32bit)
Default Installation with default ports,
Installation of all components on the same server,
no clustering
EPM System Diagnostic says that everything is OK.
Now I want to assign filter access for an essbase database in the Shared Services.
Starting the menu item "Assign Access Control" in Shared Services returns the following error:
Error 404--Not Found
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
+10.4.5 404 Not Found+
The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent.

here's what I found out so far:
I get the error if I start the shared services console via the URL "http://servername:port/interop/index.jsp" and then select the "assign access control" for an essbase database.
If I start the shared services console via the workspace everything works fine.
Does anybody know what to do so that it also works if I start the shared services console via URL?

Unknowner publisher error for signed apps

We have an AIR app (signed with Thawte code signing cert)
that we use to associate to a certain file extension. When we
download and open a file with the extension that is associated with
air app in IE7, IE throws "Unknowner publisher" warning for the
application exe. Is there a way to sign the application exe also so
that users will know we are not shipping any untrusted executable
in our app?

relationship between the signature applied to the .air file and the
authenticode signature that Windows is looking for.
