Billed, no change in shipping status?

Apple charged me for my new 17" MBP a week ago but my order status remains "not yet shipped".
Not a huge deal since now scheduled for 27 Feb shipping but in past orders by the time they charged me the order had already shipped or status was preparing to, and shipped next day.
Starting to wonder if they've overlooked the order or has this been normal for these so far?

Thats what is going to happen to me too I think, on Monday. I don't understand or care for them re-billing me for the second time and letting it age out again, days from the ship date. My card company will no doubt be calling as they do whenever anything looks slightly unusual. And then when they do try to bill/ship it will probably get denied and I'll have to call the credit card to ok.

Someone changed my shipping address to theirs

I got a shipping confirmation email telling me that my order had been shipped. However when i ordered my laptop, the shipping address and billing address were the same. On this email notification, the shipping address is now somewhere in Ohio while the billing address is mine. How can this error be corrected? I've already sent an email to customer service but I'd like to know if there's anything I can do before it's too late.

Thank you for updating us. I have sent a request to intercept the package and to have it forwarded to your billing address. This process usually extends the delivey up to five business days. You should receive new tracking information once the package is re-routed to your billing address. The online status tool will also update to reflect the change once the request is completed. Shipping status becomes backordered even when item is present in inventory

Hi,
1.The shipping status becomes 'Back ordered' after pick ship release process.
2.The onhand quantity form(inventory-->on-hand,Availability--->on-hand quantity)
shows zero(even when 100 qty is present) when queried for that particular item.
3.When tried increasing the quantity (inventory--->transactions-->miscellaneous transaction)it shows 100 quantity available. If i try adding more it shows the following error:
APP-INV-05647:The remote call failed because no manager was available.
I checked the following.
1.The status of the four interface managers are active.
2.The columns for "Available" and "Target" for the Inventory Manager and the Remote Procedure Manager were not equal and tried restarting them. Even then the numbers are not equal.
how to solve this problem?

Probably the quantity you are seeing in the ATP form must be reserved and so your pick release is getting backordered.
I did a quick Metalink search for your error, and the following is the result:
fact: Oracle Work In Process 11.5.3

symptom: Receive error when processing WIP transactions
symptom: APP-INV-05647 The Remote call failed because no manager was
available
symptom: Locks for the process INVTRM in table
MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS_TEMP
cause: The cause of this problem is still undetermined.
fix:
Update file wipsorvb.pls to version 115.26 or higher. Apply Patch 2084821 or
later.
Someone else tried the following :
Change the following profile option :
TP:Server Side Online Processing = No
and this solved their problem.
Try it out and check whether this resolves your issue.

Shipping status tracking in B2B with out XSI

Hi Gurus,
We are implementing the the standard B2b application with ECC6.0 as the backend.
We are not using XSI fuctionality in ECC to get the information of the shipping status.
But they still get the the tracking number (VL02n) in to the ECC. Now We need to get this Information Into B2B shop for status tracking.
Do we need to XSI to be enabled to bring the tracking Information into B2B?
How can we do this with out XSI?
Can we still use the tables TCAURL , TCAVAR with out creating the Express Delivery companny.
If this need total customization can some one run me through the steps on how we can achive this.

When you tracking number, I hope you mean the Airway Bill Number or Bill of Lading that is seen in transaction "Edit Delivery" vl02n.
The display of the delivery number is a standard feature of the B2B Webshop. This will be displayed at the item level.
However, the bill of lading to be displayed is not standard. There is development required in both, ABAP and JAVA (ISA) level.
We had implemented this in CRM ISA, so we had to use a Custom FM (RFC) by using a standard BAPI to return the Airway Bill Number when it was provided the delivery number as the input.
Further, the JAVA web page that displays the order status has to be modified to call your custom RFC.
This is the basic path for the solution.

Sales order as complete and change the delivery status.

We produces an order but then the customer calls and does not want the material so we in turn will scrap the material against the production order using transaction MB1A mvmt type 951 E.
Since the material were scrapped and no material were shipped against the sales order, the sales order u201Coverall statusu201D remains open and the delivery status is u201Cnot deliveredu201D.
To close the order we u201CRejected line itemu201D and moved on.
I would like to know if there is another way we can set the sales order as complete and change the delivery status.

you can use the status profile for the same. but a better way would still be to use the rejection reasons . the rejectionr reasons are very well integrated with the document flow as well as transfer of requreiemnts to Production
so a best practise would be to use rejection reason

Anyone have any luck with this? I know it says it HAS to go to your billing address, but it seems Apple.com lets you edit the shipping address after the order is in they system.
Would be much easier for me to ship to my office instead of my home. Has anyone done this?

IPhone 5 shipping status

I know that all of the iPhones are just kind of waiting on standby in Kentucky at the moment. Assuming a Friday delivery date, is it strange that my iPhone still says "preparing to ship" on apples website and that it still shows its in Kentucky or wherever they keep them? I'm assuming that they will change the order status to shipped tomorrow and do overnight shipping although that doesn't seem like the most efficient way to do it.

I just spoke to an AT&T rep, she told me that you can cancel the preorder and you can get it to the upgrade price from the apple or AT&T retail store,,, for cancellation she put my call on hold for 20 mins and transfer the call to the another department another department rep says right now our system says you don't hav any orders so we can't cancel the order.... Really they don't have any idea they are just playing with words.

OIM 9.1 DB Recon Changes Locked Account status in OIM back to Provisioned

I have a scheduled task that runs the OIM DBAccessReconTask but am seeing some unexpected behavior. Here are the steps to produce the error:
1. Provision a DB account to a user in OIM (this creates an account in the target database and the account shows in the user's resource profile with a status of "Provisioned")
2. Disable the DB account in OIM from the User's Resource profile screen (this successfully disables the account in the database and changes the account status to "Disabled")
3. Run the DBAccessReconTask
4. After the DBAccessRecon task completes the status of the DB account in the database is still disabled but in OIM on the user's resource profile screen it is marked as "Provisioned"
I did not expect this to be changed to provisioned in OIM since it is disabled in the database. Has anyone seen similar issues when running the DBAccessReconTask or know a way to fix this?

Thanks for the reply. Originally I thought your solution would work but after analyzing it closer there is a more fundamental problem we are having with the DBReconTask. We only want the reconciliation to take place going from OIM to the database and not vice versa (i.e. changes to an account in OIM should be pushed to the database but not from the database to OIM). However, currently if a change is made in the database (a role is added, the profile is changed, etc...) and the DBReconTask is run then it will be updated in OIM. Do you know how this can be achieved? These are the properties we currently use when creating the task:

How to enter serial number for sale order line which is in shipped status

Hi All,
We have 2 different items which are defined as Serialized at Sale order issue at item definition.
In one sale order,User has forgot to add serial number to one of the item at Ship confirm stage.
He has entered serial number correctly to other item.
Now the both Sale order lines are in Shipped status if we view them through Shipping>transactions.
I am technical guy and new to OM.Could you please let me know the process to enter the serial number for the item to which user has missed it

Hi Satya,
Since the item is already shipped, you cannot enter serial number for this line.
you have to enter serial numbers after pick confirm only.

As a workaround for the previous lines do RMA and try to receive the goods back to your subinventory.
For all new transactions follow the above notes.

We need to change the activity status if a follow up document is created from. E.g. If an activity is created type 001 then a follow-up activity type 003 as a follow up document from 001 the system automatically changes the activity status from open to in process. See if you can "exploit" CRM_COPY_BADI and function modules CRM_STATUS_CHANGE_EXTERN to change the User status or CRM_STATUS_CHANGE_INTERN for System status.

While i extracting Sales Invoice lines,i can get the shipping method and the shipping date,how can i confirm whether the item is shipped or not?.
Is there any table which contains the shipping status or any column in Invoice lines(INV1) which contains the shipping status?
Please help me to come out from that problem

Is it possible to change the user status of a TECO Order

Hello Folks
Is it possible to changes the user status of a TECO Order?
I have tried to change it using the FM 'STATUS_CHANGE_EXTERN'. Its working fine for NON TECO Orders but not for TECO Orders.
On the other hand I was able to manually change the user status for a TECO Order in transaction IW32.
I need to change the user status from NFBK to FBK.
Please provide some inputs for the same.

The simple way is via the Internationalization settings via ARD or RDP or Screen Sharing, either via System Preferences or (if enabled) via the menu bar. If you're looking for a lower-level approach, there's not AFAIK a direct command for this. I want to check the current user status of notification while saving the notificaton. If the current user status satisifies particular situation, then the notification should be save else not.

the problem over here is that the BADi IQS0_STATUS_MAINTAIN only allows to disable the user status.
the other function module STATUS_READ only fetches the data from JEST.
whereas my problem is that i want to check on the changed status on the screen(which is not saved also).
