how can I get back my money becasue I have been billed twice for an item purchased on iTune store...please help advise on how o reach iTune support team as i couldn't find how.

How do I get a refund for a item purchased on iTunes that I did my accident

Hi I tried to update my O's and doing so it crashed my phone so I had to rebuild it and as I did not sync my apps to pc it never intalled them back on my phone. So I need to go back into app store and cluck buy on all the ones I had purchased before. I clicked buy for a marine navigation (australia& Nz) app I thiought I had bought. But had not purchased this app before but the larger version (australasia). please help as I don't need to jounior version and would like a refund !!

For the other apps, if you are a resident of the U.S. and have iTunes 10.3 or higher installed, you can re download your apps without being rebilled.

IPod's music library only shows items purchased from iTunes store?

I'm really frustrated because I've only had this iPod since Christmas and it's already giving me grief.
My iPod is synced with 918 songs:
However, my music library on the device itself only displays 65, as seen here:
These songs are ones I've purchased from the iTunes store. All other songs on the device have to be manually searched for from the Home screen, and if you ask me this is kind of ridiculous. It'd be nice if, y'know, I could use my iPod to actually listen to my songs with ease, as is its purpose in the first place??
I've resynched numerous times and reset it.
What the heck am I doing wrong?

By the way... ALL music files back to 2004 still play fine on iTunes on the PC...

Hi Everyone! I had purchased ProCam from the Apple store on 5th Jan using my debit card and was charged 60 bucks for that. Now today again my bank account was debited for another 55 bucks. Is it some kind of an error? I have gone ahead and removed the card details from my Apple account since then. How can I get my money back? Would appreciate any help with this...

i am wondering if anyone can tell me how to go about getting a refund on my account with itunes for apps i have been billed twice for. this has happened befor and u used to be able to gointo purchases and report a problem and they would take care of it. now we have to go thru all these bells and whistles to just get a minor problem fixed.....how frustrating is that !!!!!!!!!

Select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you.

What the message says. In iTunes g the the Store tab in ther upper part of the screen and then clink on Authorize this computer.
