Billing address error

I can't buy anything from iTunes... Every time I try it says something's wrong with my billing information and nothing is, I've double checked to make sure. What's going on?

    When I tried to select billing address in Customer and Contracts Details for a particular project, I get error FRM-41830 - List of values contains no entries.
    But in actual the customer has addresses.
    Can anyone please tell me what kind of setup do I need to do.

    Dear Bala,
    Prerequisites for a Customer to get populated into Projects:
    1) Project Type > Contract
    2) Project/Template Status > Active/Approved
    3) Project Start Date and Customer Active Dates need to be checked.
    4) Customer Status > Active
    5) Customer need to be assigined to OU
    6) Contact Details > Bill to & Ship To.....etc

    If you have American Express, your 4-digit security code is on the front. If you have VISA or MasterCard, your 3-digit security code is outside the signature block on the back of your credit card. It happens to me also.

    i was trying to update the billing address of the credit card i was using and now it comes up 12000 which says its a credit card validation error. nothing changed other than that. why am i getting this error?

  • Account Billing Address Insert

    I am trying to insert an Account along with a Billing Address into OnDemand. I don't always have, or want to insert all the Billing Address information, but the service seems to require this. This problem can only be overcome by adding Accounts and Billing addresses one at a time or by inserting dummy data into the problem fields. Is there a alternative solution? Thanks.

    Try using billing address fields on the Account Interface instead of Billing Address child interface.

  • Unable to verify billing address...

    I have redeemed an itunes gift card and when I attempted to purchase a song, it said that I was using a new computer to access my account and therefore needed to verify my billing information. I did this and it told me it was "unable to verify my billing address". I checked it over and over again, thinking it may be my error but to no avail. I don't know what to do! Any suggestions?

As someone who makes the majority of her purchases online, I’m sure it was frustrating to find your order was continuously canceled, especially without a firm answer as to why.     While we don’t like canceling an order from our end, there are a few reasons as to why we may have to without first notifying you. It could be anything from the delivery address not being recognized by the assigned carrier (UPS or USPS) to an account detail not matching a credit card’s billing information. After looking through your cancelled order using your email address on the forum though, I’m unsure as to the exact reason why they were canceled.

    I have been trying to update my billing address so I can use my Itunes account, nothing seems to be working I have tried doing it every single way and I get different errors such as the zip code being invalid to your update has been processed but it still shows the same old address not the new.     You have to contact support and after about 5 days they was able to fix whatever the issue was.

    I would like to purchase the  phoyoshop+lightroom programm but I constantly get the following error message:
    "Your billing address doesn't seem to match the credit card you entered. Check to make sure you entered this information correctly, and if you still can't place your order, please call us at +1 800-585-0774. If you're not in North America, you can look up a local number here."
    I am positive that the information I entered is correct as I checked and tried it more than ten times.
    Does anybody know what could be the problem and how to fix it?

    I have the same issue. Haven't been able to get any work done for almost a week now. I have contacted the support chat 8 times by now - most unhelpful support ever. They all give me the same advice even though i say that i already tried that as if they are reading their answers off a pre-written sheet.
    I have tried 2 credit cards, i have confirmed everything, including the address, with my bank - all good there. Desperate for help, my boss is gonna have my balls soon -.-

  • Mail's behavior on encountering an address error in sending to a group

    I routinely send to a group of 100+ addees, broken into three sub-groups because of ISP (Comcast) anti-spam limits on the number of addees.
    Several times I have gotten the error message that something is wrong with an address and the post remains in the OutBox.
    I have found the error and corrected it but do not know if
    (a) the correctly addressed emails were sent and only the one with the error was held for correction and subsequent sending, or
    (b) only the one with the error was held and the others trashed, or
    (c) they were all held until the error was corrected and all were then sent, or
    (d) none of the above.
    I have some inkling that (b) is what happened but I can find no way to determine what Mail actually does upon encountering an address error or what I should do. The programmers must have devised a strategy and I'd appreciate knowing it.
    Can someone help me with the logic and what to do when such an error occurs?
    BTW, I am using Smart Groups and they seem to work flawlessly if I don't make an error in an address!

    Thank you for the info. I now know that a message addressed to a group is "all or nothing at all," i.e., if one address is incorrect (in my first case, a "." where an "@" should be) everything stops until the error is corrected and then all messages are sent.
    There was a second error of a nother nature in another group (about which I can't remember the details, but it was an obvious typo) that generated a different error message (I should have copied both!) and when I cleared it everything also seemed to be sent.
    It seems Mail is deliberately designed to be tolerant of us mortals, giving us a chance to correct a hitherto unknown error and then going about its business. Nice design.
    I'll let you know if I run into other problems. And you can be sure I'll be more careful when importing addresses into Mail.

  • ITunes will not accept my Credit Card Billing address

    I tried to update my credit card in iTunes, and each time, it tells me "Your credit card information does not match your bank's records. Please enter a U.S. credit card and matching billing address. Which I've done repeatedly. Apple keeps pre-authorizing an outstanding iTunes bill on my card, 11 times now! and the funds are blocked on my card, - close to $100.00 dollars. I've talked to iTunes CS for at least 2 hours, they keep telling me it's my bank. I spoke to my bank and they say that my card is fine. I charged something on Amazon, it went through fine. Charged something on Netflix, went through fine. B&H Photo, again fine.
    I realized that iTunes adds the 4 digit extended Zip Code, which my bank does not use, so I logged in appleid.apple.com and took out the extended 4 digits there, logged back into iTunes, and updated it, so it didn't have the extended 4. Then hit Done. - It came back with the same "does not match" error message, and it ADDED the +4 code again! - Of course it won't match if you keep adding things that aren't there!
    Has anyone else been able to resolve this matter? iTunes C.S. won't take responsibility and keeps putting the fault on me or my bank.

    Do you get any error messages when you fill in your card's details ? And you are trying to add a credit card, not a debit card (there have been a number of posts recently from people whose debit cards are being declined, and they are no longer listed on this page as being a valid payment method), and the card is registered to exactly the same name and address as you have on your iTunes account ?

    Hi, i purchases Creative Cloud susbcription One Year Plan.
    It accepted my credit card at firt, but now it says payment error, in the ecit billing address form i have wrote the exact data and adrres i used to get my credit card, but it still marks the billing address wrog.
    It only offers a phone adrres to US and CANADA, but i'm from México, please help.
    1.-  How is the billig address supposed to be formated?
    2.- Is there a phone for México to make the payment over phone?

    I've tried this a million times. My billing address just doesn't want to match with Apple's rigid security. I contacted my bank and they gave me THE EXACT address, and I typed it perfectly and still no dice. The zip code is also correct. The country, Puerto Rico, is also good I guess. The only thing I still have doubt is that Apple only has First Name and Last name, but on my card I have my first name, middle name initial, last name, and maiden name. I'm assuming this has got to be the issue. I've been at this for 2 months. The only way I can get around this is that iTunes does accept my Paypal account, but I don't want to use Paypal. Any help on this guys?
