Billing Document to be shift to other customer accounts with same invoice number

Hi,
For a long period of time we were maintaining different projects and site of a customer in a single account.
Now there is a requirement to distribute individual invoices to respective individual customer accounts for that site or project.
But doing that we also want to shift the invoices with following:
1) invoice numbers should be same (as it was generate originally)
2) Keep the same purchase order number
3) keep the same date of the invoice (as it was raise in the main accounts)
4) Keep the same salesperson
5) after doing step 1 to 4, we also want to close the main account by offsetting entries to avoid duplications.
After practicing above, we want the following result:
1) individual statement of accounts with the same invoice dates, Purchase Order Number and saleman reference.

We knew by their PURCHASE ORDER NUMBERS and to separate them from each other,
we will make a manual list in EXCEL to upload in the SYSTEM.
customer code: 55555 (merge account for all projects and sites):

from above we know with reference to LPO that there are 3 projects, so we will make excel sheet for 3 projects as:

excel sheet2:
1112   13.12.2012   proj2/00002    3500.00
1115    15.12.2012  proj2/00003    1300.00
excel sheet3:

now to upload in the system I want to make 3 new accounts:
55556 (for project1)
55557 (for project2)
55558 (for project3)
but problem it that we want to keep date and invoice number exactly the same as originally booked in customer account no. 55555.

    I have 3 Sales Order with 2 Sales Order belonging to Sales Org A and one belonging to Sales Org B. The Invoice generated for all the deliveries for Sales Order has the same Invoice Number. As per the standard functinality it is not possible to generate same Invoice Number for Sales Order belonging to different Sales Organisation. I have chekced the Table VBFA the preceding document for the Invoice Number I am getting 3 entries. Please could you help me out in analysing his issue. Where the possible error could be ?.

    Kindly check as it could be due to the Single Invoice generated for collective three Deliveries.
    As per the standard functinality it is not possible to generate same Invoice Number for Sales Order belonging to different Sales Organisation
    This is not a standard Functionality.But if you have made a Logic in the Copy Control Routine then it could be possible.
    Single Invoice Number can be generated for one or more Deliveries if you process it through VF04.

  • Same invoice number for two delivery documents

    Dear Folks,
    We are having the following business flow:
    Contract- S.O.- Del- PGI- PI- Excise Invoice- Commercial Invoice
    Now The system is generating the same commercial invoice number for two delivery documents.
    1.The two deliveries have 40 and 50 MT of materials respectively.
    2. The proforma invoices are separate for both and have quantity 40 an 50 MT respectively. Excise Invoice is also diffrent and of right quantity for both of deliveries.
    3. In one of the delivery (40 MT) it is showing aditionally "Confirmation of service" in document flow.
    4. But while doing commercial invoice the system created a single invoice with quanitity 50 MT ONLY.
    5. In the document flow of both deliveries it is showing the same invoice number.
    Please advice.

    Hi Raghu
    In standard settings,system always tries to combine the deliveries into one invoice if they have same Payer, Billing data, Destination country,Payment Term and same Incoterm.
    This is controlled by the routine "001" in the copy control table "Delivery to Billing" (t.code VTFL).
    Possibly, in your case, the above criterias are same and routine is "001" in the copy control table.
    If you want separate invoice for each delivery, then in the copy control table (t.code VTFL), go to item level and in the field VBRK/VBRP field put routine "003" and save it.
    Now, system will create separate invoice for each delivery even if the above criterias are same.

  • Auto Clearing of Customer Account with Special G/L W

    Dear Experts,
    Currently auto clearing of customer account with norm items is running smoothly.
    When we tried to run the same for Special G/L Indicator "W' in F.13 tcode , it is not happening (Category 'W' special G/L transaction were
    not selected).
    Even we tried to change the rules in Ob74 but no luck.
    We can do manual clearing through F-32 but the volume is very high on every day.
    Since we considered Open PDC's is one of the criteria for credit control customer in our business and hence system is blocking
    all customers where documents having special g/l w even though net amount is zero in fbl5n.
    Could you please suggest me how to do auto clearing.

    Are you trying to clear Bill Of Exchange (SGL Code W) with F.13 ?
    You have to use the remittance process (FBWE and report S_ALR_87012211).

  • Clearing Customer Accounts with a credit balance

    Hello Gurus,
    We have a requirement to use automatic clearing to clear down customer accounts where the credits exceed the debits and leave an AB document on the customers account for the remaining credit balance.
    I think I should be able to acheive this using OBA3, but I can't work out what I should be populating
    Any help would be appreciated

    In the customer master assign a different credit memo term than the payment term.
    Try changing the credit memo term for 3rd Invoice as such it do not fall in your selection criteria.

  • Move AR Customer Sites into different Customer Account under same customer

    We are going to upgrade the ERP AR from 11.5.10 to 12.1.3.
    We would like to rearrange the customer account and customer site.
    For example,
    There is one customer Name "ABC" and customer site "DS01", "DS02", "OM01", "OM02" in 11.5.10.
    Target to rearrange the customer site into 2 customer account as follow,
    Customer "ABC"
    Account : "Account 1"
    Site: "DS01", "DS02"
    Customer "ABC"
    Account: "Account 2"
    Site: "OM01", "OM02"
    However, there is existing transaction link to those site already.
    Please advise if it is possible to split some AR customer sites into two account by data patch or by upgrade.

  • Trying to compose a new email. Addind the name in the "TO" ared brings up other names beginning with same letter but I can't clear these other names.

    Addressing an email problem. Manually putting a email address is the TO area brings up other names ( with same first letter) from the contact list. this list of unwanted names freezes in place and won't go away unless I restart Firefox. This list blocks my view of the address and composition area. This has been happening for a few days. If i use Chrome, I don't have this problem...only with Firefox. My OS is XP if that matters.

    Tried clearing. No Change. I select "NEW" then manually type in a email address which then pops up additional names for me to select/ highlight . I can select or highlight additional names if i want to but I can't get rid of the names or the window where these names appear. Even if I select my IN BOX or SENT this window with all the names is there and obstructs my view and use. It can't be deleted

    Hi,
    If your configuration is correct, an accounting document will get created during invoice creation even if the value is zero. Acct doc is created not based on the value, but based on the account key to which the condition type is linked.
    Generally in free goods, there will be net price (gross price- discounts). You can link this netprice condition type to an account key. The netprice will anyway be nullified by NB00 condition type which is applicable for free goods pricing. You can also link NB00 to another account key.
    Now the values will nullify each other in invoice. Similarly the values will be nullified in accountnig doc also and they can be posted to any GL account you wish.

  • How to handle a Customer Plants with same Physical Address

    We have customers that have multiple plants in the same physical address.  I need to be able to ship to the physical address but in va03 I also need to tell which lines are for which plant. So my question is how is best to handle this?
    Here are the options I can think of.
    1) Each customer plant will be its own ship to even though they would be the same physical address and contact information.
    2) Create a Partner that will hold each plant that will be attached to the ship to.  This would work similar to Manufacture and Manufacture Plant in Purchasing.  Then this customer plant partner would be attached to the sales order line in addition to ship to.
    3) Use Option 2 but figure out what SAP standard partner for customer plant is.
    Does anybody have better ideas?
    Which one is the most appropriate to do?

    You can map them as different Unloading points and enter the details in the Customer master unloading points details. When the slaes order is created, a pop screen will show you the different unloading points to chose one among them. This should solve your issue.

  • Pdf attachments do not come through on iCloud mail but they do on other email accounts on same device

    I have several email accounts set up that appear on all my devices: iMac, iPhone and iPad.  I use 2 email accounts for work purposes, and good thing I use two. I receive pdf attachments in non-apple email accounts, but the same email sent to my iCloud address comes through minus the attachment and shows only "winmail.dat".  I am using the same device to read the email from the different accounts, but the problem is consistent with all my apple devices. This has to be a setting in iCloud mail but I can not figure it out. Please help.

    Basic troubleshooting steps clearly outlined in the User Guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as NEW.
    If the basic troubleshooting steps don't work, then you'll need to bring your phone into Apple for evaluation and probable replacement.

  • How to Filter a DVWP for other list items with same name?

    I have 2 lists, Clients & Engagements.
    The Engagements list has a lookup field to the Clients list (to the Title).
    The Engagements list often has more than on listing (job) for the same client at one time. I am trying to create a DisplayForm on the Engagements list that will also include a DVWP that will list all other items in the Engagements list that have
    the same Client Name ([Title]).
    I tried to use a parameter but not sure which one or if that is correct way? I have looked at the Query String but don't see anything in there to relate the other items together.
    The other option is I could use a Workflow to copy the [ID] column from the Clients list into a [ClientsID] column in the Engagement list but I figure there is an easier way since I already have a lookup column linking the two lists.
    Any help or direction would be appreciated.

    Sudip, this is probably me not understanding the correct terminology for each type of webpart it seems in my reading I have either not understood the reference or the writer had them mixed up.
    Just to clarify I am using SharePoint Foundation 2010.
    I have attached a few screenshots so you can see what I am referring to, so we can avoid any confusion or misused terminology. I created a new test site and 2 new lists so I don't have to block out client data.I have created 2 lists Clients & Jobs. The
    jobs has a lookup to the Clients list. I have been trying to create 1 new display form on each list.
    ***Jobs**
    I want to open the DispForm for the job but also at the bottom of the display list all other jobs with the same client name. (seems straight forward)
    I have inserted a DVWP for the Jobs list and when I try to use a connection the filter list has blank columns for both lists.
    While focused on the upper display form section, I use the "Add Connection"  button and select
    "Send Row of Data To",
    Webpart on this page
    Target webpart=Jobs(1), Target Action=Get Filter Values From
    And the columns are blank and can not be changed or selected
    If I start over, still focused on the top Display webpart and select but select Get Filter Value from the columns are then active but obviously this is backwards from what I am trying to do.
    If I try to follow the Get Filter values from while selecting the bottom DVWP that was inserted, again the columns come up blank.
    I have used connections successfully on different pages and even on this page but not in the fashion I am attempting now.
    This is why I thought I could/should be using/passing a value in the query string then use filtering. I have used the ID in the query string previously but that will not work in this scenario.
    I also considering a similar DispForm from the Clients list showing all Jobs for the open client but have the same issue. This would likely be a more appropriate view but I am interested in seeing if both can be done.
    Honestly my gut is saying filtering and query strings is how I should be doing this but again I am no expert. That's where I started a few weeks ago but despite the numerous guides I have found to do this I still can't get it to work. There is either
    missing instructions or skipped steps or it was done in a different version of SPD and I can not find the tab, feature, etc anywhere even after googling and reading.

  • Billing document text in customer line item.

    Dear SD Champs,
    While posting collections from customers, our users are entering some text in the "Text" field. BSEG-SGTXT.
    Whatever text is entered over can be displayed in customer line items fbl5n.
    Users want the same facility in billing document. i.e., they want to enter some text in either the sales order or billing document. This text should be displayed in the same text field in fbl5n against the billing document.

    If I understood you correctly, I think the best way is to set a text at sales order with a control copy to the billing document and this one with a control copy to the accounting document.
    If it is so, you only have to maintain the copy control for the sales documents.

  • Custom Automatic Release for Billing Documents

    Dear SAP Experts,
    I have a requirement to make an automatic release after billing document has been created under our custom condition. I could not remove POSTING BLOCK option in VOFA since only some conditions could make these billing documents will automatically released.
    Through the following thread (http://forums.sdn.sap.com/thread.jspa?threadID=2018810) says that it is posible to create the billing document and change manually the option to "automatic released" in the header but I still could not find how to do that.
    Could you please advice me, is there any user exit that is possible to put our condition and make auto release of billing document? or at least how to create billing document manually via VF01 and change the option not to block payment?

    As I mention before, only in certain condtion the billing doc will automatically released so it is not always automatically released, that is why I could not turn-off POSTING BLOCK indicator in VOFA.
    I finally found exit (USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMK) that I could use to change the billing doc indicator for automatically released although it is not satisfied me 100% since this exit has been run twice (before and after save) and one of my auto release is to compare the net value in the header (before save, net value in header is still 0).
