Billing error on CC start up

I keep getting an error when starting CC each day saying there is a problem with my billing. I've checked and the credit card informtion is correct. I've tried signing out of CC but the issue still comes up. I also can't contact Adobe through the online chat as it keeps crashing. Very frustrating as it says it's CC is about to expire in 3 days.

Hi Damos,
I have arranged a callback for you from one of our experts who will help you with the billing issues.

  • Billing errors & CS agent can't help

I would appreciate advice and/or action regarding errors on my bill that the Comcast Customer Service agents appear unable to address. Here is what happened. On July 14, I spoke with a Comcast CS agent. We agreed that Comcast would alter my service in the following ways: Remove DVRRemove HD service. To do this, Comcast would send me a cable box, which I would install/ set up. This would start my "new" cheaper service. On July 16, I received the new box.On July 17, I set up and, per Comcast instructions, I shipped the DVR machine back via the box and UPS shipping label that Comcast provided. My August 1 bill should have reflected the new (reduced) package of services and cost; and it should have included a reimbursement for the cost of these services for the period July 17 - August 14. When I received my August bill, I discovered multiple errors. The bill: invoiced me for the previous/higher package of services (e.g. failed to remove the DVR and HD service); ADDED a charge for "Additional Outlet Service"; AND,  failed to reimburse me for the period July 17-August 14 for the discontinued, but already paid, service. When I spoke to Comcast Customer Service, the agent said they can't address these billing errors until they track down the location of the returned DVR.[NOTE: Comcast's instructions regarding the DVR return said to wait 2 weeks to "give them time" to receive and process the DVR return; this time period has passed].[NOTE: evidently, Comcast does not track the codes for the UPS shipping invoices they provide to customers; the instructions did not advise me to do so].The Comcast agent said that I should "keep checking" with them to see if Comcast staff have managed to track down the DVR, and, as a result, adjust my bill/ invoice.I checked (again) today; and, discovered there is no adjustment to my August invoice to suggest that Comcast has tracked down the DVR and made the expected invoice adjustments. The deadline for paying this bill is next week.As a customer of many years, I feel that Comcast should take responsibility for tracking this, rather than delegate the responsibility to me.If Comcast is unable to track down their DVR and correct the August bill, I will have no choice but to not pay the (uncorrected) bill. From reading in numerous online fora, it is clear, that if I pay the amount - with the excess charges, I will likely find it very painful to get reimbursed.Any advice (from other customers) or action (on the part of Comcast) is most welcome.

When the regular customer service reps can't help, try one of these:Send an email to the team at "[email protected]". Include:
        Account number
        Full name
        Service address
Best contact phone number and best time to call
        A description of the problem
One of their problem resolution specialists should contact you to follow up, usually by phone. They seem to be quite a bit sharper than the regular reps.-OR-Use the feedback form at http://customer.xfinity.com/help-and-support/vp-contact-form.You might also try Twitter (https://twitter.com/ComcastCares/) and Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Xfinity).
Comcast sometimes responds to questions here in the forums, and sometimes they do not. When they do the typical response time is somewhere between a few hours and a few days.

  • Error message when starting MaxDB instance

I am getting the following Error message when starting the MaxDB instance after a series of failed attempts at starting the DB Manager Backup for our PI 7.1 server.
    "-24994,ERR_RTE: Runtime environment error

Does anyone have any specific pointers on where the issue could be.
    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi gurus,
I'm a complete newbye searching the forums in order to decrypt what is inconsistent to me (I'm acting as a substitute for a real dba): a sapdb refusing any more connection due to an 'user space exhausted' issue.
I do not even know if/where some admin tool is/isn't installed - eventually, what to look for - onto the running demianapachetomcat framework. Actually, all I have been provided was: 1. call 'Henplus' (done); 2. connect this way (jdbc:sapdb://localhost/database&options) and 3. select, upgrade, delete what needed. Problem arises on point (2): connection resufed 'user space exhausted'.
My question is: this issue seems so similar to mine, how can one eventually check/modify this '/sapdb directory space'?
Thanks in advance for any (much appreciated) hint, and be patient about my English and newbyeness (?).

  • I have an iMac 5.1 with Mac OSX 10.6.8 and 2 GB memory and an L2 cache of 4 GB.   lately I have been receiving error messages of " start up disk almost full; please delete files." is the start up disk the same thing as the hard drive?

I have an iMac 5.1 with Mac OSX 10.6.8 and 2 GB memory and an L2 cache of 4 GB.   lately I have been receiving error messages of " start up disk almost full; please delete files." is the start up disk the same thing as the hard drive?  I opened the hard drive and from the column on the left of the menu I've selected "search for" and under that " all images" then "all documents"  I've deleted a few files from each. Are documents and images that I have deleted from here also deleted from the folders on my desktop?

You should never, EVER let a conputer hard drive get completely full, EVER!
With Macs and OS X, you shouldn't let the hard drive get below 15 GBs or less of free data space.
If it does, it's time for some hard drive housecleaning.
Follow some of my tips for cleaning out, deleting and archiving data from your Mac's internal hard drive.
Have you emptied your iMac's Trash icon in the Dock?
If you use iPhoto, iPhoto has its own trash that needs to be emptied, also.
If you store images in other locations other than iPhoto, then you will have to weed through these to determine what to archive and what to delete.
If you use Apple Mail app, Apple Mail also has its own trash area that needs to be emptied, too!
Delete any old or no longer needed emails and/or archive to disc, flash drives or external hard drive, older emails you want to save.
Delete any other mail in your Junk folders. Also, look through your Sent Mail to see if there is anything that can be deleted.
Other things you can do to gain space.
Once you have around 15 GBs regained, do a search, download and install OmniDisk Sweeper.
This app will help you locate files that you can move/archive and/or delete from your system.
STAY AWAY FROM DELETING ANY FILES FROM OS X SYSTEM FOLDER!
Look through your Documents folder and delete any type of old useless type files like "Read Me" type files.
Again, archive to disc, flash drives, ext. hard drives or delete any old documents you no longer use or immediately need.
Look in your Applications folder, if you have applications you haven't used in a long time, if the app doesn't have a dedicated uninstaller, then you can simply drag it into the OS X Trash icon. IF the application has an uninstaller app, then use it to completely delete the app from your Mac.
Download an app called OnyX for your version of OS X.
When you install and launch it, let it do its initial automatic tests, then go to the cleaning and maintenance tabs and run the maintenance tabs that let OnyX clean out all web browser cache files, web browser histories, system cache files, delete old error log files.
Typically, iTunes and iPhoto libraries are the biggest users of HD space.
move these files/data off of your internal drive to the external hard drive and deleted off of the internal hard drive.
If you have any other large folders of personal data or projects, these should be archived or moved, also, to the optical discs, flash drives or external hard drive and then either archived to disc and/or deleted off your internal hard drive.
    Good Luck!

  • Error message on start up "Lightroom encountered an error when reading from its preview cache and needs to quit"

Error message on start up "Lightroom encountered an error when reading from its preview cache and needs to quit" I uninstalled and downloaded it again and still get the same error.  At this rate I won't have any chance to use the 30 day trial period as it simply isn't working.  I have see suggestions elsewhere to delete a particular file, but I don't have it.  Any ideas?

You need to trash the preview cache. It’s in the main catalog folder.
Delete the folder with the ending Previews.lrdata
The default location for the Lightroom folder is normally Pictures/My Pictures if you did a standard installation.
N.B. do not touch files ending .lrcat

    Hi Rongfeng,
There is not much information about the error in the log file you have pasted above.
Please repeat the issue and catch the log files once again.
Are you able to open SDM ?

  • Failed to run task sequence. Error occurred while starting the task sequence (0x8007000E)

    Hi there
Patch Tuesday yesterday (10th June2014). As always we deploy new patches first to a test collection where Windows 7 updates automatically apply.
Upon trying to rebuild any of the machines in this test collection, we were presented with the following error message:
Failed to run task sequence.  Error occurred while starting the task sequence (0x8007000E)
After searching about this, I found this page from Niall Brady, which explained the problem:
    http://www.niallbrady.com/2013/05/17/after-selecting-a-task-sequence-in-configuration-manager-2012-sp1-you-receive-threadtoresolveandexecutetasksequence-failed-code0x8007000e-in-smsts-log/
So I removed some of the machines from the test Windows update collection, and as per the advice in the above link, the error was gone and those machines could be built successfully.
So the problem is there were too many many policies downloaded (apps, packages and most of all updates) for the task sequence ram to store, hence the error.
    Now...
    ...I have a question.
The next logical step to my mind is to patch our OS image with all missing patches, so these do not have to be downloaded at build time. Niall mentions this as one of the resolutions to this issue.
However there seems to be some confusion over whether this would actually make a difference.
    I read through this link:
    http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/7e597b44-2586-4063-b6d0-cec48a7c11c7/sccm-2012-task-sequence-failure-0x8007000e?forum=configmanagerosd
There's seems to be no consensus on this.
Is SCCM 2012 clever enough to - when the task sequence is first started - to download ONLY the updates (policies) it detects as NOT present in the OS image...
    or
Will it simply try to download policies for ALL items deployed to it, whether the updates are present in the OS image or not?
I will be disappointed if SCCM 2012 SP1 CU2 isn't clever enough to only download policies at build time for the apps, packages and updates it detects as needed.
I'd be grateful for some clarity on this.
    Regards,
    John, Glasgow.

    Hi Jason
Thank you for replying, I appreciate it.
    1) We currently have 15 or 16 software update groups for Office updates, dating back a month or two. The latest software update group contains all the patches in the previous software update groups plus the patches released on 10th June. Do you recommend
deleting all but the latest software update group?
    2) I'm almost reluctant to ask this, but based on what you have advised, is it the case that when the task sequence executes, it will download policies for each update in each software update group regardless of whether it has already downloaded a policy
for an update in a previous software update group? So in effect it's downloading policies (for updates) it has already downloaded?
    3) I'm not clear on why there would be no policy for an image; in Niall Brady's informative page on the 8007000E error, he writes the following:
"The reason it has run of space could be due to four possibilites: too many applications, too many Windows updates, too many Task Sequence steps, too many referenced packages'.
Can you shed some light on why there isn't a policy for an image?
    Thanks again for replying,
    John.

Please let me know how to fix this.

    This problem connected with proxy-setings.
As the first steps you should try:
           1.  export system env variable:
    http_proxy=http://www-proxy.ru.oracle.com:80
    https_proxy=https://www-proxy.ru.oracle.com:80
    no_proxy=127.0.0.1,localhost
    and you can also export
        export OS_TENANT_NAME=admin
        export OS_USERNAME=admin
        export OS_PASSWORD=root
        export OS_AUTH_URL=http://<conntroller_IP>:5000/v2.0/
    2. and than restart mysqld, if it is running, stop iptables and repeat installation process from beginning with the currently generated answer file
if we are exporting variable OS_PASSWORD, its value should be the same as value for CONFIG_KEYSTONE_ADMIN_PW in the currently generated answer file.
This OS_PASSWORD will be written by packstack in the /root/keystonerc_admin file and will be used as admin's password for login to  Openstack dashboard.

  • Error message while starting Console

    Dear All,
I am getting given below error message while starting Console.
    Start Failed :2
    Invalid Credentials.
    tell me the solution

    Hi Pavan,
Check if you're connected with <SID>adm on OS as said Pinkle and if that user belongs to administrators group.
If yes you can check if the SAP<SID><Instance_number> and SAPOSCOL are started (and in automaticaly start mode).

Your problem is an OS, not Oracle problem, so it wouldn't help to play around with different init.ora parameters, as long as the basic problem persists. The note addresses W2K, you are on W2003, that may the reason for the different OSD error numbers.
