Billing is created even though billing block is set

Hi Friends,
I have set billing block manually in sales order at header level. But the problem is, I could still create the billing document despite of billing block in sales order at header level which should not happen. as per my understanding system should not allow the user to create the billing if billing block is set in the sales order.
Can anyone please give me a clue why it is happenning.

goto to se11- VBAK (sales order header) and give your sales order number and execute and see the field FAKSK whether the field in the table is getting updated.
if it appears then the problem is with the coding,debug it and find out the problem

All Apple iTunes Store accounts must have a valid form of payment set up. Even for free apps and updates. The Payment Declined message comes from your card issuer or payment source; Apple is just a pass-through for the message. You need to find out why your issuer is declining your card.

Vendor Invoice paid - even though Payment Block set to "A"

I have encountered the following situation:
Late Nov 2010 - invoice created for a vendor
Early Dec 2010 - payment block on line items in accounting document set to "A" in t-code FB02
Late Dec 2010 - payment was made to the vendor, even though payment block of "A" set on the document
How can payment to a vendor be made on this document if the payment block is set to "A"? Can this be over-ridden manually by the user? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to transaction OB27 and restrict for manual payment and change of payment block in payment run.

The point is that there are four i product users for one computer in my house, and not everyone wants the same music on their device. Like I said before, the ipod is not syncing to the new library even though I plug it in when the new itunes library is pulled up. It keeps syncing to the old library...

Opening in the sidebar is the default for bookmarks that are created via a link or button on a website.
You can check the properties of a bookmark via the right-click context menu in the sidebar (Ctrl+B; Command+B on Mac).
In the Bookmarks Manager (Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks) you can click the More button in the Details pane at the bottom right.
Make sure that "Load this bookmark in the sidebar" is not selected.

No it's not stealing. They have an allowance that you can share with so many computers/devices. You'll have to authorize her computer to play/use anything bought on your acct. You can do this under the Store menu at top when iTunes is open on her computer.
As far as getting it all on her computer....I think but I am not sure (because I don't use the feature) but I think if you turn on Home Sharing in iTunes it may copy the music to her computer. I don't know maybe it just streams it. If nothing else you can sign into your acct on her computer and download it all to her computer from the cloud. Not sure exactly how to go about that, I haven't had to do that yet. I wonder if once you authorize her computer and then set it up for automatic downloads (under Edit>Preferences>Store) if everything would download. Sorry I'm not much help on that.

Yes, it will be a problem. Convert the images in Photoshop using the printer's color profiles or a standard CMYK profile.

We have a new MacBook Pro with Mavericks. The mail is automatically downloading from our Earthlink POP account even though the account is set to "manual."
Is there another way to stop Mail from automatically downloading? Is there another setting in Notifications or some other place I'm missing?
(We'd rather check for spam and delete online where we can just check off boxes and hit delete than download and then have to look at each message to delete.)

You can put an account into Offline mode by clicking on the account and selecting " Take "EarthLink" Offline"
