WHY THE NEW DATE IS THE 11TH INSTEAD OF THE 15TH AND WHY ARE YOU CHARGING US $353.85??? OOUR BANDLE PAYMENT WITH TAXES, FEES AND EVERYTHING WAS SUPPOSED TO BE $154.00 DOLLARS A MONTH, WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR GUYS BILLING PEOPLE??? I have always had my Yahoo Email, Calendar and Contacts synched to my iPhone. However, I noticed some Contacts weren't synching from the Yahoo account to my iPhone, so I thought if I just deleted the Yahoo account and added it back, I'd be fine. That worked fine for my Email and Calendar, but now I have NO Contacts from Yahoo on my iPhone. When I go to Settings, under Contacts, it doesn't even have the option for 'Default Account.' Help!

It's not clear exactly what you're trying to accomplish here. If you're wanting to set up SMS forwarding introduced in iOS 8, then please follow the directions below. Also, your Apple ID should be an email address.
To use Continuity for SMS and MMS with your iPhone and your Mac, iPad or iPod touch
Your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch need to use iOS 8.1, and your Mac needs to use OS X Yosemite.
Sign in to iMessage on your iPhone, your other iOS devices, and your Mac using the same Apple ID.
On your iPhone:
Go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive > You Can Be Reached By, and add a check to both your phone number and email address.
Go to Messages > Text Message Forwarding, and enable the device(s) you would like to forward messages to.
Your Mac, iPad, or iPod touch will display a code. Enter this code on your iPhone to verify the SMS feature.

My computer has been authorised and has the newest version of iTunes. My iPhone shoes the option of choosing my computer's music but my computer doesn't even show the option of music, but shows apps, movies, tv-shows and books. When i choose the option of find music to download from my phone, it says i have downloaded all yet i haven't and the music isn't in my library.
This was my first time when i bought anything from iTunes store and it also shows in my account information that i have bought these two songs but when trying to download them from my iCloud it doesn't work. Also when i click on the songs in my iTunes store on my computer, it says i have bought them but doesn't show the option of playing them. Is the problem in my iPhone or is this something to do with the songs' copyrights?Hi Petrafin,

Can't eject disc & it doesn't even show up on system!
I installed Parallels 5.0 from the installation disc, which seems to be installed just fine, but now I can't eject the disc and it doesn't even show up under devices. I tried all these things below except the last one (because I couldnt get my mac to start like it describes). What now? I just bought this Macbook Pro new a week ago - soooo annoying!
Ejecting a CD or DVD when all else fails
If you've tried all the usual methods of ejecting a CD or DVD from your computer's optical drive, there are some other methods you can try.
First, quit all applications that are using files on the disc. Then try one of these alternate methods:
Open Disk Utility (in the Utilities folder of your Applications folder), select the disc, and choose File > Eject.
Choose Apple menu > Restart and hold down the mouse or trackpad button until the disc ejects.
If your drive has an emergency eject hole, put the computer to sleep and insert a large, straightened paper clip in the small emergency eject hole of the drive (the location varies, depending on the drive). Push firmly until the disc ejects.
If all other methods fail, you can try to eject the disk using the firmware. (This may not work on all computers. For example, it does not work on Intel-based computers.) The steps below describe how to start up and briefly use the computer with only the firmware loaded, not the standard Mac OS X interface.
To eject a disc using firmware:
Restart the computer.
When you hear the startup sound, press and hold the Command-Option-O-F keys. (The Command key has an Apple on it.)
Release the keys when you see a white welcome screen.
At the prompt, type:
eject cd
Press Return, then wait a few seconds. The disc drive should eject the disc, and "ok" appears on the screen when the action is complete.
Type:
mac-boot
Press Return.
Your computer starts up normally and you see the familiar Mac OS X desktop.Open the Terminal application in your Utilities folder. At the prompt enter or paste the following:
/usr/bin/drutil eject.
If this fails then try this:
Boot the computer into single-user mode. At the prompt enter the same command as used above. To restart the computer enter "reboot" at the prompt without quotes.
I suggest that to start with you shutdown the computer. If you are unable to remove the DVD then it's possible there's a problem with your optical drive. Take the computer in for service. -
Why won't my ipod touch sync? It is all up to date and everything, and i know it is connected because when i plug it into my computer it charges, but it doesn't even show that it is connected so i can't sync all my new songs:(

My question is what if I have troubleshooted with holding the sleep/awake button and power and it's not changing to any other screen what should I do? It doesn't even show the battery strength wheither its completely dead or charging at all.
- If you did not charge the iPod for a couple of hours before you did the reset then charege and reset:
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Then connect to your computer and if iTunes sees the iPod restore via iTunes.
- Next see if recovery mode will allow iTunes to see the iPod so you can restore the iPod. For recovery mode:

- Last, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store. -
My time machine backup disc has apps from Mountain Lion that won't open now that I have Yosemite. They all say need to be upgraded to Yosemite. Go to app store. But app store sees that I have yosemite so doesn't even show me an udate option. How can Update these files??
How do you know they won't run in Yosemite? You're not trying to fiddle with stuff in your backup from the Finder, are you? If so you are likely to render that backup unusable.
WHen when you restore them from your backup, they should be updateable. -
My IPod was dead and I hooked it up to my computer it had the charging symbol but when it was charged up enough to turn its self on it stopped charging and my computer doesn't even read that it is hooked in I tried another chord and still doesn't work I would like to send it in but I do not know what Information I need to do so can some one please help me It was also a gift to me for christmas last year and she bought it in December I was wandering some one told me that Ipod touches have atleast a 1 year warranty with Apple and if it gets replaced can they put what pictures that are on it on the new one If you know the answers or at least one please please help I would be very appreciative. thank you

Okay so I was trying to re-download and app called, "Infinite Flight" as I came across a sign that said I had to re-pay. I had already purchased the app, this app didn't even show on the past purchases tab. But i had downloaded it before, this is not funny and should be fiixed immediately. ICloud on iPhone 5 has wrong email-deleting account doesn't work
I've been searching the boards all day - I just updated to iOS 6.1.4 to try and fix this, but nothing happened. I try to log into iCloud onto my phone, and a pop up asks me to enter my password for an old apple id/email address (my old college email.) But the only account that shows up in my iCloud settings.. and ANYWHERE on my phone... is my new, correct one. I don't know where it's pulling the old email from!
i took it to the genius bar - the support employee told me the issue started with me creating an appleid with my old email, buying all my apps & using itunes under that id... and then when i tried to create my NEW appleid years later, i didn't properly 1) transfer all the old apps properly to my new appleid and refresh them, and 2) didn't delete my old appleid.
the problem is i'm 100% certain that i deleted my old appleid, because i REMEMBER doing it, and now if i go in to adjust my account settings through apple, the old appleid doesn't show up. it's only on my phone. eventually he just restored my phone to the factory settings, and i started fresh entering my new appleid into a "blank" iphone. if you end up doing this, make sure you backup as much data as possible to iTunes or your computer or anywhere beforehand, because you lose eeevvverrrythingg. because of the issue with my appleid, i couldn't backup to iCloud.

Now when I try to re-rent the movie on iTunes a message pops up saying, "You already purchased this item. Go to Settings --> Downloads." Every time I do this There is not button that says "Downloads." Please help.
Mac responded to my question, they didn't download automatically into my library, they were still in the purchased section of the itunes store and i downloaded it from there. Thanks

I admit, I did drop my phone into a cup of juice, but only up to the home button was submerged. From then the sound wasn't working. I put it in a cup of rice, and the sound resumed working again, but soon after it stopped working again. Not only is it not working, but sound bar isn't even displayed. When you press the side bars nothing happens, when you go to music there's no volume bar at the bottom of the page, but my ringtone continues to work. Is there anything I need to do to fix it, or should I buy a new iPhone all together?
Did you try to reset your iPhone? Hold down Power and Home buttons together until Apple logo appears.

I downloaded the updated version of iTunes. Ever since then, my iphone won't even come up as a device. Everytime I plug it in, something comes up asking me do I want to trust this computer on my phone.. I've been using this computer for my iphone downloads and stuff for about 6 months now. I was wondering if this has happened to anybody else since the update and is there any solutions?
So, in iTunes, when you look at the shuffle's content (in the sidebar) and click on the playlist under the shuffle, over to the right, the songs are in your desired order, correct? Where do you look, or what do you do, that indicates the playlists are in alphabetical order? Are you saying that when you play the songs while using the shuffle, they play in alphabetical order?
If so, when you listen to the songs on the shuffle, are you using the playlist, or are you using the All Songs list? If you are in the default All Songs list, with the shuffle's power switch set to play-in-order (the middle position), the songs play alphabetically, I believe.
The 3rd gen shuffle uses VoiceOver. If you are in the All Songs list, you need to use VoiceOver to switch to the playlist (see manual linked below for details). When you are in the playlist (with the shuffle's power switch set to play-in-order), then the songs should play in playlist order.
