Billing / no bills

Well for over 7 months i recieved no bills from bt i phone up and get bounced dept to dept, never received a paper bill. so i cancelled my direct debit due to not trusting making blind payments. and sent an online form requestion reply by email. no response went through online help who were a bit more helpful who told me i was signed up for online billing but my online billing account was unable for some reason to link my phone account the apologised made a new account which again didnt work. i emailed via the online forms again no response but about 2 weeks ago miraculously my phone line showed up for the 1st time ever on my account, im not happy that i get charges for not being willing to make blind payments due to the fact i was signed up for online billing yet never able to access my bills and not able to spend 40 minutes + being bounced from department to department trying to speak to someone , and online forms requesting replies by emails never answered. is there any way i can get this challenged by a competant member of staff who doesnt resort to its your bill , you pay it , not our fault your never receive bill.... any advice appreciated

    Yes, as long you have an open item on the customer account that needs paying.
    In F110 you see vendor_and_customer in the parameter screen.

  • Copying STO PO pricing condition to Billing During Billing creation

    Hi,
    MM and SD pricing conditions are not similar.
    And I cant use Copy PO Basic price in billing Document
    I was advised to try USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP or USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMK.
    How do I copy the Pricing condition from the STO PO to Billing during billing creation?
    Is there an FM i can use to extract the pricing condition given the STO PO?

    If the option of Raghavendra doesn't work for you (parameters in copy rule for invoice), try with VOFM subroutines (Condition formula for alternative calculation type) in the pricing procedure. Surely it will be slower, but it must work. How? You have in KOMP the values for VGBEL and VGPOS with the delivery number and item. So, seach the PO number in the same way. When you have the PO number, with the value of field KNUMV search the value of condition in table KONV.

    PD: I forgot. The userexits that you mention is to populate KOMP/KOMK for customer fields. See SAP Note 531835 - Using field PSTYV in the condition access for futher information.

    I guess you are using different document types for normal billing, self billing and retro.  So maintain different numbers for these document types in VN01 and assign the number range in VFOA (document type)

    How to identify the bill is First bill, Final bill or Normal bill.
    If the bill is first bill how we can identify this is by acquisition or change of tenancy.
    If the bill is final bill how we can identify this is by change of tenancy or loss.
    Please provide the tablets to get the above information.

    Please check the field ERCH-ABRVORG (billing transaction).  It shows you what kind of bill has been created (e.g., 03 = Final Billing for Move-Out). If the begin of billing period matches to the move-in date it is the first bill created for that particular contract.

    As per the standard you will get billing duelist for these options in VF04 transaction
    -->Order-related      
    -->Delivery-related   
    -->Rebate-related     
    --->Intercompany Billing
    There is no option Billing related
    So if you want you have do enhancement with the help of ABAPer.

    Hi, I ported my verizon number out on 12/25/2013, my billing cycle ends on 01/12. But I still havent received any email/mail regarding final bill.
    I even went to the link www.vzw.com/paymybill and entered my account number, it says 0.0 balance. Is this my final bill? Typically how many days it takes to get the final bill invoice generated after the billing cycle ends?

    If you paid your last invoice (pay in advance) from December 12, 2013 through January 11, 2014 there should be no further invoice due. However if you had any overages, early termination fees owed they should be mailed to you.
    You ported out way before your bill end date so you should be OK.

    Dear Abul Rahim,
    few years ago there was a SAP consultant in our company and together with my colleague bulit this solution. It was never used (for down payment is still used very old solution which is hard to modify so I decided to try this "new one").
    How it should work. Create standard sales order with requested materiál items. Then if down payment should happen, insert new service item with item category TAO. Then for this service item create FAZ invoice. After this document is cleared by incoming payment, delivery from sales order is created. And then standard F2 invoice.
    This scenario works well, the only thing I do not like is to fill "Billed value" manually to "Billing plan".
    As I assume, you mentioned use TAO item category for all "materiál" items. I am not sure whether this is proper solution. If I will have dozens of items to modify in case of down payment is necessary - sales people will hate me. And I am not sure how to handle delivery from this items. For me is preferred solution to use extra service item for down payment. If it means that there is necessary to fill amount, so be it. But if there is a way how to do it automatically, I would be happy.

  • Allow partial quantity billing for billing plans - VOFM - SAP Note 726039

    Hi Gurus,
    I got one task, telling that copy that routine 23 into customized ex: 902 in VOFM. Then change the copying requirement for the corresponding item category in the copying control (Transaction VTFA).
    reruirement is that the customer is paying cash in advance. Goods are partially delivered.
    ex:
    Order 10001206 creates a downpayment request for 10EA.  A delivery is created for 2EA.
    First clearing invoice 70700001 is created with billing quantity A in the copy control: A Order quantity less invoiced quantity. Hence the whole order quantity is considered for billing.
    For the second clearing invoice 70700003 (the first was cancelled) billing quantity B is used in the coy control: B Delivery quantity less invoiced quantity. Hence 2EA are considered as billing quantity. For an item that has zero delivery quantity an invoice with zero billing quantity will be created ( the behavior we see).
    Billing type        : ZBAC
    SalesDoc Type : ZSC
    Item Category  : zsak, zszs, zsao etc.
    They are telling the Solution like this.
    the quantity to be billed is calculated from delivery quantity minus the already billed quantity during the billing of a billing plan date
    Pls help me, I never used VOFM for enchancement.
    As an abaper what we have to do for this task,

  • Intercompany billing , standard billing from same delivery possible - customization

    Dear Gurus,
    I have a query  where i couldn't manage to get a proper reply from my peers, hence pondering this to the forum kindly help out.
    In a normal O2C cycle , when  standard billing gets created from delivery  then the cycle is tend to be complete and  if we try to create another billing  document we get an error " The document has already been fully invoiced"  which is appropriate.
    But in case of an intercompany billing document if we try to create another billing document from the same delivery type then we get the billing document  "IV"  created .
    Can you please let me know where does this setting exist ?  An earlier reply is of great help.

    To my knowledge the below are the two settings are important along with other inter company sales settings.
    1. in VOV8( for order type OR you assign inter company billing IV)
    2. In VTFL we maintain copy control between LF and IV

    Hi,,
    There is no such Indicator, Just goto VOV7 and maintain the Billing relevance K and create the Order and Delivery.
    Then goto the Transaction code VF01 and enter the Delivery Number and without Pressing Enter Key select the SELECTION LIST in the  MENU BAR and change the Quantity as you require.
    Please check that and revert back.
