Billing payment has been declinded

hii im trying to download free apps. and its saying my previous billing payment has been declinced please entre another payment method which my bank did decline payments for fraud issues but ive now sorted it out with the bank. and they av took the block off. i just need help on how to do it coz its really starting to pee me of some 1 plz help!!

    I understand you are having issues adding payment information to your account. In my experience, this usually occurs due to two common reasons (though there may be more):
    If your account information does not match your credit card, you may get a message stating "The credit card was declined."
    To expand on the above, your billing name or address may not match the address listed on your credit card statement. Any discrepancy in punctuation, abbreviation, or capitalization can cause errors, which might prevent you from purchasing from the iTunes Store. If you moved, or if your zip code changed recently, ask your credit card company to make sure their records are up to date and match exactly what you are entering as your billing information.
    The iTunes Store will place a minimal authorization hold on your credit card each time that you update your account information (equal to around 1 USD). The authorization hold is not a charge. The authorization hold is placed on your credit card to make sure that the information provided matches the information on file with your financial institution. The authorization hold will not be displayed in your iTunes Store purchase history.
    If there are insufficient funds in the account to cover the authorization hold, you may experience issues with adding payment information.

    Was the card issued in and have a billing address in the country whose iTunes Store you wish to use? If not, that's why it's being rejected.

    You must contact iTunes support to get the problem resolved.

  • Vendor Payment has been done without doing MIRO Postings

    Hi,
    In the SAP system, Goods receipt has been done (MIGO) with respect to a Purchase order for the period of March 2009 fiscal year. Now FI user has made the direct payment to the vendor in April period of 2010 fiscal year for the qty. received without doing the Invoicing in the MIRO postings. Now there is a difference in the accounting entries as still the open invoice exists for the Purchase order even though the payment has been made in the SAP system. So, kindly suggest what can be done further to correct the accounting entries.

    Please let me know hich will be the correct solution for the issuein the below given points for the problem stated in the message:
    1. Doing the cancellation of Goods receipt documents and then marking the deletion of PO's.
    OR
    2. Running MR11 - GR/IR Clearence for the PO's for which GR done and IR not done.
    OR
    3. Doing cancellation of Vendor Payment and then doing MIRO for the PO's for which GR was done earlier.
    I think all above are OK, it depends which one is the most acceptable one for your customer, for example if goods has already been receipted physically, then option 1 is not applicable.
    I would like to say 3. might be the best way.

    I have the same case as you.
    In fact i didn't found any explanations for that but i resolved the problem by deleting the proposal and parameters also.
    Then, i created it again, i entered parameters and i save and it works fine.
    Other thing that you have to check: Please check if there is other payment run that still exist in the system and that use all or some parameters as the current one and delete them.
    Be sure that there no other payment ID that still open

    when we run the Automatic Payment Run, the payment proposal is ok. But when we run the payment it gives the Message "payment has been cleared ". and when we check the vendor line items it still remains.
    some times this occurs and when we try the next day the run is ok.
    what is the exact reason for this error?

    Well the term "hotlined" I have never heard before. In any case many states (like NY) just passed regulatory powers to the State Public Service Commission of which it may be called something different in your state. You could file a complaint with them. Or file a complaint with your state attorney generals office, they also take on wireless providers.
    The problem here is the staff you speak to are poorly trained, in days gone by it took one call to them and they pulled up your account and see the error and had the authority to remove any errors. They did not remove legitimate account actions, but used their heads instead of putting a customer off or worse lying to the customer.
    Its a shame you have to go through what you going through.

    Try to buy an App but get problem with PayPal :
    = To protect your account, this preapproved payments has been deactivated. To reactivate it, reset your PIN.
    Also try to use credit card, but does not take US dollars as I have Canadian credit card!
    I just can't buy the app.

    Try contacting PayPal to let them know the error you are receiving. It sounds like a restriction put in place that they can remove. Also double check that the credit card details they have is correct and not expired.

    I made a purchse for an iPad Mini on November 3rd, 2012 and everything was great, I had no issues with my Debit/Visa Card at the time of purchase. But then a week or so after I went to check my status of my order and it said this:
    "Payment action required: We are unable to obtain an authorization for the credit card you provided. /Nous n'avons pas pu obtenir l'autorisation pour votre carte de crédit. Please update your payment method to continue with this order."
    So, I thought that was a bit strange. So, I re-entered all my information and Devit/visa card number and everything and it was fine. A hour or so later, I got the same message. I honestly didn't know what was wrong, so I called Apple and they said they tried entering everything in, and it wouldn't work. So they told me to call the bank, and I did and the bank said "There's no restrictions and there should be problems whatsoever with your order. There's nothing wrong with our end". So I called Apple back, and they were trying again and again but still no luck
    So, I don't know what to do next. They said they would talk to the Payment team and get back to me and they should solve my answer by the end of the day. But I honeslty don't know what to do, because I was suppose to receive my iPad Mini on November 29th, but my payment method isn't working. I don't know what to do. This is a gift for my Dad's birthday too
    I've never had a problem with purchasing anything online with my Card, only on Apple. Also, I have the right amount of money in my bank to pay for it as well as my daily limit.
    If anyone has an answer for me, that would be awesome

    I called the Bank/Credit card and they told me that there was nothing wrong with my card, and I also verified with them my address and it was the same. I honestly don't know what to do, Apple didn't even know what was wrong.
