Bills/Cancellation Issues

I telephoned on the 22nd January to discuss whether I could receive the same services at my new property as we'd been told that my flat block was monopolised by Sky and therefore would have to move to Sky, but didn't want the hassle of cancelling and such. Found out that as BT could not offer me the exact same contract, service and products that I had with them (I would have to downgrade my internet which isn't useful as I'm a PhD student and need a reasonable download limit) then the cancellation fees of £203 would be waived because BT couldn't provide the same service. I voiced my horror that it was so much (apparently until October even though my contract started April 2013). Agreed to the waive of fees. Spoke to a lovely lady to Christine who confirmed this and assured me it would be cancelled and a bill issued to pay for the services we had used and the cancellation fees explained on the bill as being waived.
Received an email asking for £110 - £31 for usage (fine, I'll pay that) and £79 for cancellation charges. Telephoned today (Sunday 9th Feb) and spoke to a lady (I want to say Surjit) who told me I would have to pay the fees. No matter how many times I explained, I still got the same response. After 25 mins, I asked to speak to a supervisor who might be able to help as I could feel my annoyance leaching out and it wasn't her fault. Spoke to Sunil, who told me flat out that I would have to pay the full amount as my contract was still ongoing then offered me the same contract at a lower price at my new property. Explained that wasn't possible. Reiterated that I wasn't paying the fees. I began to lose my temper and told him I would phone a different day as this wasn't being resolved and I was told that no matter how times I would phone, I would still have to pay the fees. Has anyone had issues like this?

    I am trying to release to accounting a S1 document, but I am getting a foreign trade data error.
    I went to maintain the header foreign trader data of the billing cancellation document (S1), but this section is grayed out
    and the system wont allow change.
    Is there any way I can maintain or fix this data, so I do not accumulate junk?

    Thanks for the reply.
    To add a bit more information, F1 document is released to accounting.
    Foreign trade data was not maintained, and was able to be released to Accounting (along with CO-PA)
    with no issue. It is just when this document was cancelled via S1 that the system started complaining about Foreign Trade Data.

  • Excise / Billing cancellation

    I want to make a check for billing cancellation, that ,first the user has to cancel the excise invoice and then only he can cancel the billing document when he cancelling billing document,
    similarly if he is cancelling a delivery then first he need to cancel the excise invoice and then delivery doc.
    plz guide me as how i will maintain this check, as complusory, using which functional module or user exit

    Yes in the said user exit only, I had applied the same logic in Form USEREXIT_READ_DOCUMENT as follows:-
    data: v_vbeln like vbfa-vbeln.
    if sy-tcode eq 'VL09'.
    select single vbeln into v_vbeln from vbfa where vbeln = likp-vbeln and vbtyp_n = 'U'.
    if sy-subrc = 0.
    message 'Cancel the Proforma Invoice and the Excise Invoice' type 'E'.
    endif.
    endif.
    In fact, my case is that the end users without closing the delivery related proforma, they were cancelling the delivery document which standard allows to do so.  So I have applied the above logic and it is working fine all these years.
    May be you can try with any other user exits also which the ABAPer can do this.

    Subjcet: Bill Accounting issue  frieght clearing  provision account is not getting cleared at the time of accounting.
    Error in ZIVA for invoice parking and ZIVB for invoice posting
    my user tying to post the invoice through ZIVB with reference of PO number . So at the time of posting this transaction he is getting error like  Balance not zero: 651.25  debits: 1,378.75  credits: 2,030.00
    that difference amount stands for freight clearing - 651.25
    Before that he was posted to ZIVA for Invoice parking with reference of PO
    Can any body give me suggestion on the same

  • How to enable "Billing Document- Issue Output To- Issue output to" in VF03

    Plz let me know how to Enable "Billing Document --> Issue Output To --> Issue output to" in the VF03 transaction (2nd screen).
    After entering the billing doc no. n then pressing enter items will be displayed. Then in the menu bar under "Billing Document" there will be "Issue Output To" option will be there.
    Under that again " Issue Output To " & " Screen" options will be there, which by default displayed in disable mode. Is there any option to enable them.

    You can use USEREXIT_NUMBER_RANGE in MV60AFZZ. This check happens while saving. So if won't allow to save if there required condition is not met.

  • Invoice cancellation issue!!

    Hi All,
    I have a inovice cancellation issue. A PO was created in the year 2007 & an inovice was posted for
    the same. The tax rate at that time, when the PO was created & the invoice posted was 6% but now the tax rate is 5% and when I try to cancel the same inovice, system doesn't allow me to do so as there is difference between the total amount of the invoice which was posted in 2007 & the reversal document because of the difference in the tax rate.
    Is there anyway by making the FI adjustment that I can reverse the inovice document.

    You cannot reverse the invoice document for the year 2007.
    You are in 2008, FI people will not allow and moreover is
    Posting period is closed , it is difficult  to reopen.
    solution: Please check whether the vendor is supplying the material in this financial year if so you can adjust the amount in the current invocie

    Discuss your requirements with a Workflow consultant as there is no such thing as SD standard workflow.
    Well, this if I am understanding workflow as in SAP Workflow.
    If you are referring to processes, as in if you are able to cancel an invoice yes that is SAP standard - use transaction VF11.

  • Can i make at vf02/vf03 billing document issue output  from a select list

    i have 2 output types YN30  an YN38 who are automaticly created ok
    but when i want to output it  sap doesnot show a choice for two types  but instead
    it shows onley the default from TVFK
    by example at va02  you get a choice from all types that are created for this order
    anyone can help me

    compare sales order output
    with invoice output
    in customizing the look identique
    but in sap
    va02   enter an order  > menu sales document > issue output to
    then a popup window is displayed with all documet type that are created for this order
        you can select one > print or display
    vf02 enter an invoice  > menu billing document issue output to> print or display
    and then  there is nolist  but onley the default document type
    you can change that or search in all types defined in sap ( not in onley the types created for this invoice )
    i need that the user can choose between the 2 types
    we work in sap 4.6C

    Thanks for the reply but in incompletion log there is no group for billing and there is no new entry option also . I want to add the block for billing .when invoice will cancel it will ask for the reson.Untill the reason is not enter the invoice will not save.

    Please check your FI document - that might have cleared partially,  check my earlier thread;
    No automatic clearing after cancel invoice VF11
    Also, check the OSS notes provided by Atif.
    Do revert if you still could not solve.

    Hi Caprin,
                   with reference to your issue,  you need not cancel the invoice, you can map this scenario as sales returns and can be filled with subsequent free of charge delivery.
         process for sales returns:
       a)  va01   select document type RE , with reference to billing document, in that u can choose whatever the line item and  desired quantity also.
      After that   u can do the post goods receipt and accordingly u can deliver the goods at subsequent free of charge delivery.

    I am having issue where I have cancelled billing document corresponding to a contract, then also I canu2019t rebill the contract. I found in the header billing plan the status is showing is B(Partially processed) which is partially processed and for a line item it is showing C(Completely  processed), though I have cancelled all the invoices. Can some one help.

    Try running reports SDVBUK00 and RVV05IVB  to correct the status and/or billing index after carefully reading their documentation.

  • Production Order Cancelled Issue

    Hello PP Gurus,
    I have a issue related to production order
    I creae a Sales order with order qty 10
    Then I created 2 Production Order with Transaction CO08 each with 5 qty.
    Then I go through the transaction MDBT and Then ME57. ME57 shows that I need to purchase 10 qty.
    Then when I do MD04 it shows that the 2 production orders and the purchase requisition fo 10
    Then again I do MDBT
    It shows that the 2 production order were cancelled and a PR is opened in its place
    Kindly tell me the reason why the order are cancelled and the PR is still there.

    First I would like to know, whether the material is In housed production or external procurement?
    I feel as per the master data of the material, the material is externally procured. Then why you want the production order for the material.
    It shows that the 2 production order were cancelled and a PR is opened in its place
    I feel as per the  schedule line category in sale order/ material master, the material is relevant to purchase not a production, that's the reason the order is cancelled.
