[BIOS REQUEST] MSI 270X Hawk 2GB

Question

Hi! I have a problem with a newly purchased MSI 270X Hawk 2GB. I have tried it in the following PCs:
PC 1
Main Board: Asrock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3
Bios Version: 2.30 (newest)
Video Card: MSI 270X Hawk 2GB
PSU: FSP ATX-400PNF
12v rail Rating of listed PSU: 12V1: 18A, 12V2: 18A
CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K 3.3GHz
Memory: 2 x KINGSTON 8GB HyperX XMP Blu DDR3 1600MHz CL9 [KHX1600C9D3B1K2/8GX]
SSD: Samsung 830 64GB (Tried with a Samsung HD502HJ HDD too, on a fresh Windows 7 install, same results)
CPU COOLER: Cooler Master Hyper TX2
OC: No
Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64 bit

Main Board: Gigabyte G41M-ES2L
Bios Version: F3
Video Card: MSI 270X Hawk 2GB

It works with the default windows driver in both PCs, but when the AMD driver is installed it fails after the windows welcome screen. Sometimes the screen turns blue, sometimes black/grey, and sometimes there are blue squares in lines on the screen and the PC freezes up. To get it to work again I have to boot into safe mode and remove the driver with Display Driver Uninstaller, since the normal uninstaller doesnt work in safe mode.
Drivers I tried:
13-12_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc_whql
amd_catalyst_14.1_betav1.6
MSI Graphics Driver (both from the CD and the website)
Tried with both BIOS modes. Tried in both PCI-E slots in the asrock board. The 6 pin power connectors are split between the two rails.
I also have an MSI 270X Gaming 2GB, and it works in both PCs without issues. The previous owner updated the BIOS on that one.
I know that the PSUs are far from optimal, but they had no problems with the 270X Gaming on full load or my previous GTX275, even when I overclocked the CPU and had 4/5 hard drives in there. The PSU upgrade (XFX Pro 850W) is on its way, but it is still around a week or more until it arrives.

Both come up with: "File does not exist on this server"
None the less >>this<< is the latest
TV303MH.131 is normal vbios, TV303MH.141 is LN2
Create a bootable usb stick (https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=165175.0).
Then unpack the previously provided archive (131_141.rar) and put the included file (TV303MH.131 or TV303MH.141) on that stick.
Rename TV303MH.131 / TV303MH.141 to 131.rom / 141.rom. Put the atiflash.exe also included in the archive on the USB stick too. Now boot from the stick.
Type atiflash -p -f -noaper 0 131.rom (or 141.rom) [ENTER] and let it flash the vbios.
